Kekkei Genkai: chakra shuttoff- they are able to shut off their chakra flow completely, and able to be undected by shinobi that sense chakra itself. in that case, it can hide easily as a dead body during missions, or can 'play dead' as to make the oponent lower their gaurd.
and spirit enclosure- when the dead body is risen from the dead by a necromancer, its spirit is chained to its very body. even though it still remembers its past life, it cannot 'die' anymore. though the body it is in, can still rott.

Secret Clan Jutsu: (none yet)

History: there was this man named methuselah who owned a morturary in the land of tea. he was a lonely man and only talked to the bodies he burned or embalmed. soon, there was an epidemic and there was no time for embalming. so he snatched one of the dead children and began to study nercomancing. (not necrophilia, to those who have an avid mind) on the third try on the child, he came to life. though not fully. he had only trapped an artificial soul inside a dead body; it soon grew a personality but it stayed a dead body, only walking or running by the whim of the artificial soul and called it . it never knew pain, it never knew love. it was a sad child. after the old man died, the child grew and became a mortuist also, and took up the family buisness by being a necro, and thus made the first perfect shikai. Hitogoroshi Misendo Shikai. which meant 'murderer of the soul reaper and of the undead'.
hito felt love, hurt. he could smell, touch and taste. though it was all of memory of his past life which haunted him. he could not feel phisical pain though, so Shikai sent him off to be a ninja in the leaf. and thus starts the begining of this chapter.

You need to define your Kekkai Genkai more clearly. I am still not entirely sure what Spirit enclosure does.

Much better. One last thing what precisely does the rotting do and how can you stop it? Can you heal it or do you need to keep changing bodies?

they have to embalm themselves everyday. they cannot switch bodies but they use special refridgeration processes that are used in the morturary.
