he has straight black hair along with pale skin. his eyes are a grey color and has no pupils whatsoever. he wears mostly black and carries around a cold coffin that fits his stature. the black clothes hide the stitches along his body in which he had wrapped black cloth around for some reason.
Personality: he usually acts nuetral to any circumstance and is polite to the extreme. during fights he talks to the person as if they were having a cup of tea. (ex: * hito grabs the mans sword and twists it out if his hand, holding it up to the mans neck* "how are you this nice day? anything new?" man: '.......')
he only show emotion when he think he should. when someone cries he tries to look confused, but sometimes he accidentally makes it look like a smirk.

Special Abilities: it can fold its large blade and become a staff, it could also expell sharp blades at both ends making it a double shafted spear, and it can hold and use chemicals inside the spine of the staff and expell the through the blades.
Origin: he picked it from four things. a bow and arrow, claw gloves, a spike jacket with spike swords, and of course the scythe. he chose it because it was easier to have and disquised itself well. he also like it because it was given to him from the first shikai before he was deployed to the sand and he like s chemicals and to blow Poo, crap up with small things.

Background:
academy: after a few months of mourning his parents and waking up from the shock of his own death. he started to talk again, not much, but enough to ask if he could learn about his old body so he was able to walk around. throughout those months, he wasnt able to walk. he had to just lay in a sanitary room going through the rotting processes until his own blood ran dry. after that, he spent two years learning on how to control his own body and feelings so they stay contained. everything he learned was all about the will to learn and move. if he lost that, he would have to learn all over again. another year later and he was deployed from his home in the snow and to the hot, sand desserts of suna. he was allowed to pick a coffin, clothes, and some other stuff he would need for the journey.
genin: after a horrible year of academy where he had to relearn how to read and write, he began exploring his abilities. but mostly in his phisical abilities. does this hurt, does that smell and how hard can i hit until i break a bone kinda stuff. and yet, he is still learning.
Rp Sample: hito sat in the shade of a choked palm tree in the sunakagure watering hole as people walked by. it was a sunny day, a friday. the academy students, including him were out enjoying their freedom at being young. hito wonderd if those kids had a past life, or if he was the only one that remembers. he took out a book and began to read. though, after a few minutes, he felt someone standing in front of him. as he looked up, he saw shira. the schools taijutsu wonder. she glared down at his small figure. " why dont you do tai? afraid to break a bone?" she demanded.
hito continued to look up. he gave a quick smile and returned to his somber face. " yes, though im glad your more brave than me to break several bones. no wonder your at the top of the tai class. how are you fairing?" he flatterd her. which suprised her none the least. but before she could retort if what she thought his 'smart allecky' attitude he was already running torwards another dark corner to do his homework in.

Kekei Genkai: pale skin, dark lips and nails along with the habit of being close to the dead. ( an attration to sutures, sythes, coffins, cemetaries, ect)
Clan History: there was this man named methuselah who owned a morturary in the land of tea. he was a lonely man and only talked to the bodies he burned or embalmed. soon, there was an epidemic and there was no time for embalming. so he snatched one of the dead children and began to study nercomancing. (not necrophilia, to those who have an avid mind) on the third try on the child, he came to life. though not fully. he had only trapped an artificial soul inside a dead body; it soon grew a personality but it stayed a dead body, only walking or running by the whim of the artificial soul and called it . it never knew pain, it never knew love. it was a sad child. after the old man died, the child grew and became a mortuist also, and took up the family buisness by being a necro, and thus made the first perfect shikai. Hitogoroshi Misendo Shikai. which meant 'murderer of the soul reaper and of the undead'.
hito felt love, hurt. he could smell, touch and taste. though it was all of memory of his past life which haunted him. he could not feel phisical pain though, so Shikai sent him off to be a ninja in the leaf. and thus starts the begining of this chapter.
