Description: While the opponent caught in the Kage Mane No Jutsu Shikachi can perform the string of needed handseals and focus a small amount of Chakra through his body down to his shadow. The lightning travels through his shadow to his opponents. Once it reaches his opponents shadow it can travel through there body, and paralyze them for a short amount of time. The reason that Shikachi cant send the lightning through his opponents body enough to kill the opponent is because he isn't a high enough rank yet. This is a jutsu made up by Shikachi himself, and can also be used with his weapon because of it's special ability.

Shikachi was full of energy today, and more energetic then usual. He was on his porch waiting for the sun to come up. For some reason he was awake unusually early, and yet it was settling and peaceful.
Today is the day Shikachi thought to himself. He had pleny of ideas for new Ninjutsu that seemed fairly easy to learn, he was hoping to learn them all in one day. It took him 4 minutes to jog to the training grounds from his house but from then on it got intense.
Shikachi arrived, and had to stop and put his things down. The first jutsu he wanted to learn was a special jutsu that he had been practicing but never really got the hold of it. He was gonna name it...... Lightning Shadow Jutsu, yeah that was a good name for it. Proud of himself for thinking of such a good name, he began training. He started by thinking the jutsu out in his head to get a picture of what he should do. He had the image and then began forming handseals.
He had no partner so he walked up to a tree after forming the handseals and used Kage Mane Jutsu to attach his shadow to the tree's.
Now i just have to focus my chakra through it. He focused on his lightning chakra and tried to make it go through his shadow. He saw it travel halfway then come back. He tried a little harder making sure that it made it across to the trees shadow. Within 3 seconds lightning was all on the outer layer of the tree, it could be seen if payed close attention to. It was a success.
"Yes" he said aloud then moved onto the next one.
