Training Ear Comm [P]

OOC: This rp shall be performed as Kozo.

Kozo rested on top of the Hokage's building ledge, his legs swinging back and forth hanging off the edge. He performed a series of hand signs many times, attempting to focus his chakra with their aid. Kozo's intent was to send a message to the Hokage using Ear Comm, telling him "The Jutsu works." Assuming that was if the Jutsu would work for Kozo, he had rusty skills at Jutsu, however this one was simple enough. He stood up and rested his arms by his sides, focusing hard on his chakra flow and his target. Kozo suddenly felt a bit different, as if he was connected in some way to the Hokage. He immediately attempted at speaking, "I've managed to make Ear Comm work sir." Kozo then disconnected from the Hokage, leaping down from the building top. He walked through the front doors to go and report his success and describe how to make it work.
