An Ice Cave

Near the Snow village capital, on its North side, a small cave resides. The entrance to this place is hidden by two Oak trees, and there is only one passage into the cave. This cave is a part of Mount Frost, the largest mountain in Snow country. The mountain it self looks like its made out of ice, but its actually cowered by a thick layer of snow. The snow in this country rarely melts, so the landscape is always the same.

Suddenly, trough the two Oak trees, a figure passed in a flash. It was followed by a small gust of wind, which quickly made the snow from the trees fall, and cower the entrance. Now, the cave was even more hidden from the outside world. But, it was also possible for someone to see pass by the trees, and see the place where the entrance to the cave was hidden. But, only a person with good sight could see it.

When the figure walked into the cave, its entrance could be revealed. The inside of the cave was made out of strong rocks, cowered by a thick layer of ice. Of course, the temperature in the cave was bellow 0°C, so the ice wanst melting. On the floor of the cave, a huge frozen crater was standing. But, why was it here? Only the figure who just entered knew the answer. That was the reason why he came here.

The figure who just entered was wearing a long black cloak, which cowered his whole body. Nobody could see who this figure was. The only person who knew who was this man, it was the man him self. Right after he came here, the young man started to stare into the crater, thinking about something. Since his face was hidden, his face expression could not be seen.

He continued to stand there watching, carefully.

After a few minutes, the figure finally started to move. He turned away from the crater, towards the entrance into the cave. But, before he left, Light had one more thing to do. He suddenly grabbed his cloak, quickly pulling it off, and placing it on the ground. Now, hes favorite outfit could be seen, together with his cold face. Even his head band was seen, standing on his forehead, with a cut trough the Sound Village Symbol.

After taking off the cloak, Light slowly started to walk towards the entrance of the cave, not leaving any sound as he walked. Clean, quiet steps, unheard by anyone. When Light was a meter away from the cave, the snow on the entrance, suddenly moved, letting Light pass. This was the power of the Huton Kekkei Genkai. After he passed trough the entrance, Light suddenly stopped. He looked around for a second, and then he vanished, with the snow carrying him.

A few moments later, Light returned to the cave to start with his jutsu training.

He set on the ground and he started to meditate. Meditation was a simple work out, which relaxed ones mind, and it was Lights favorite way of relaxed. While meditating, he released himself from all of the stress he had, focusing only on important stuff. That was, planning what to improve his village. A hour later, Lights chakra was replenished, so he was ready to continue. Next jutsu on his list was a simple C-Ranked wind jutsu, by the name Fuuton: Kamikaze [Hair Wind]. The reason why Light was learning that jutsu was because, he figured out that he only knows two wind jutsus, so he needed more. This jutsu was just what he needed, a defensive and offensive jutsu. Also, this technique was perfect for combinations with other jutsus.

Before learning this technique, Light first had to learn how to learn it, so he took a scroll out and started to read it. After a few minutes, he was done with memorizing the hand seals and the way of doing the jutsu, so he was ready. Since the scroll had no use now, Light returned it to his pocket, so he could do the jutsu without being disturbed. After placing the scroll into his pocket, the young Yoshitoki quickly made a set of hand sings, concentrating on his wind chakra. With the hand sings done, Light summoned a few pillars made out of wind, right in front of him.

With that, this jutsu was done.

Fuuton • Kazekiri no Jutsu (B-Ranked)


After learning the Futon Nipou – Kamikaze [Hair Wind], Light decided to continue with learning more wind techniques. Since he was not tired from learning the previous jutsu, he decided to continue with his jutsu training without stopping to rest. So, he slowly placed his right hand into his pocket, taking out a scroll with Wind techniques of all ranks. This time around Light wanted to learn a really strong ninjutsu which was strong enough for killing people. The first jutsu which was like that was Fuuton – Kazekiri no Jutsu [Wind Cutter], a powerful B-Ranked technique.

From the inscription he had on that jutsu, Wind Cutter was a technique which enables the user to create a very large blast of slicing wind to attack his opponent. That blast of wind is able to cut trough any opponent, and it requires only one hand sing, the sign of the Dragon. As he noticed that the only hand sing needed is the dragon hand sing, a smile appeared on Lights face. He was finally going to learn a jutsu which requires his favorite hand sing. Not to mention that it was very, very powerful jutsu.

After reading all of the instructions, Light calmly placed the scroll into his pocket, and thus he was ready to start with the jutsu learning. The first thing needed for performing this jutsu was to create a blast of wind. For starters it was supposed to be only a quite small blast, larger blasts Light left for later. He quickly made a Dragon hand seal, while at the same time, he concentrated wind chakra into the area around him. As he did that, the air around him gotten thicker, and it slowly started to blow from Light towards the tree in front of him. A few second later the blast of wind reached the tree, leaving a cut on the tree.

Well, the first step was done. In this moment, Light was able to create slicing wind. But, for him to finish the technique, he needed to learn how to make that win even sharper. That way, instead of making small cuts, it could slice the tree in half. Also, the same would happen to any opponent who gets hit by this jutsu. Without wasting any more time, Light quickly made a Dragon hand seal again, and he started to concentrate on the air around him. This time he made the wind more deadlier, by adding more wind chakra. When the wind he made reached the tree, it sliced it like butter. Another powerful jutsu was learned.
