Description:
Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear
and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack
suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby
elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or
disappearance.

The setting sun stretched across the horizon with limp rays that barely
reached Sora's face. He planned to master this jutsu if it were the
last thing he did. The cool afternoon breeze caressed Sora's cheek as
he continued time after time again to perfect and maintain this jutsu
but he kept screwing it up. Every single time something went wrong and
nothing happened. This time he was sure that he would perfect it,
hopefully. As he formed a tiger handsign dust and leaves around him
rustled and began to swirl into a funnel like shape and the wind around
him compressed and his speed and reflexes were momentarily boosted as
he appeared with a flicker of speed ten feet to his right. He rejoiced
at his success in learning this jutsu and couldn't wait to use it in
battle or just casually throughout the village, like getting to a
destination quickly.
