| The FamilyShiro Clan Hyouton; The simultaneous mix of the water and wind elements. This requires near perfect chakra control and the Shiro clan's bloodline. This clan is special because they don't require a source of water or ice around them them. They just need to combine the wind and water element. There ice is also very resistant to heat and Katon techniches. Long ago, in war driven Kirigakure existed a rare bloodline.. They were once called the 'Bloody Ice Assasins' but they have banded together, into a family called the Shiro clan. Although they may be family, the clan wasn't close... They each had there own way of life and techniches. Everyone was there own person and there was no head person. Long ago, at the start of Kirigakure, there was a war between the Mist's clan and the feudal lords. Many clan's banded together to confront the country's soldiers. They were called 'Kiri's White Rebellion' which was a fitting name. The Shiro clan was in the front lines of the rebellion, they reaped the lands and took many lives but alas they lost the war but at the cost of there blood nothing was won. The clan began to get more bloodthirsty and looked only for killing and would disobey there generals. This is what caused them to drift apart and start there own rebellion, only to kill people. Because of there leave, the Kiri White Rebellion started to lose and they surrendered. The Shiro clan was blamed and everyone turned there back on them so they were given no respect, fame or life. They were outcasts. Later on, the people in Kirigakure were afraid of them and detested them for making them lose many lives. They started killing off anyone with a KKG, many fled the village or hid there abilities from the world. The goverment didn't even raise a finger to help them out causing the clan to fall apart and scatter around the world. The Shiro clan is now endangered and there KKG is a very rare thing to see. There are no secret clan jutsus, for each individual came up with there own jutsus but there were a couple of common techniches.- Spoiler:
Name: Touketsu Bunshin - Frozen Clone

Description: This is a very basic techniche among ice users, they utilize ice to make a solid copy of themselves the only thing is that they have a blue shade making them look diffrent from there originals. These clones can take heavy physical damage but a simple ninjutsu techniche can easily break them.
Name: Touketsu Rando no Jutsu - Frozen Land Techniche

Element: Hyouton
Description: This is a very complicated and strategic move to use. This requires 6 seals to be put in a circular area with a radius of 50 meters. One seal will put it in a middle and the rest will be put 50 meters around the main seal. The user will then begin to do a rapid set of hand seals in the middle of the area and draw blood from there finger. Finnaly, they slam there hand on the main seal. Seal's begin to form all over the area and everything the seals touch start to freeze. This is a very hard techniche to do without the opponent interrupting the process and it causes slight exhaustion.
Name: Tsubame Shimo Arashi (Snow Storm Swallows)

Tsubame Shimo Arashi is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Haku's clan bloodline. The user will create ice swallows which they can launch at the opponent. As they fly through the air, these deadly birds can hone in on their target. However, a sufficiently hot enough counter can melt the ice swallows.
Name: Hyourou no Jutsu (Ice Prison Technique)

Hyourou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Haku's clan bloodline. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will touch the ground, causing columns of ice to rise from the ground at the foe. If caught, the ice will rise up around the target and imprison them. The user can also use this technique as a defensive measure, raising the ice to form a shield against incoming attacks. However, this technique can be penetrated by enough heat.
Name: Sensatsu Suishou (Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death)

Sensatsu Suishou is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Haku's clan bloodline. Unlike every other hand seal, the user is able to create the technique by forming hand seals on only one hand. To create the needles, the user forms the needed hand seal and then kicks water into the air with their foot. The water then rises into the air and takes the form of a thousand needles. These needles then come raining down on his target.
Name: Makyou Hyoushou (Demonic Crystal Ice Mirrors)

Makyou Hyoushou is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Haku's clan bloodline. After forming the necessary hand seals, nearby water forms long flat mirrors 360 degrees around the target. The user them self then places themselves inside one of the mirrors. Once inside the mirror, they can then use the mirror reflections to confuse the target. Utilizing the reflections, they can then almost instantaneously move from one mirror to the other. Due to the speed, the target will appear to be moving in slow motion. Because of this they can then unleash numerous needles into the opponent with little difficulty. Using this technique for long periods of time however, will gradually eat at the user’s chakra.
