| Okay done a little quickly so sorry for any mistakes or lack of detail. I’ve kept the clan the same but changed the name since I didn’t actually choose the other one, and some of the Kenjutsu will have the same names. So there are a lot of similarities, but it is a different character…
…And yes, I did get permission from Adam to make him. Genaral InformationName: Sora Toutetsu [Somone change it please?]Weight: 98lbs Height: 5"5 ' Age: 14 Gender: Male Looks: Sora’s hair is long and more than slightly messy, coloured a light brown it falls in bangs across his forehead; whilst it has a more frantic and unkept look about the back and sides which suggest he doesn’t look after it all that well. Underneath all of this are his piercing eyes, a heretic blue colour. Much like the colour of the waves as they hit the ocean’s shore, they stand out against the papery whiteness of his skin. Much paler than the palest human, but without the unhealthy tinge that you might expect from his sort of skin tone. His lips are a slightly darker colour and are forever slightly parted, through which his fangs are just about visible. The length of these two teeth are marked by two silver piercings under the gentle curve of his lips, an inch or so below, exactly where the fangs finish into a sharpened point. Enough about his teeth though, his clothes are far less extraordinary. He wears a badly fitting white and grey striped vest that hangs loose around his chest and stomach, suggesting it could be a few sizes too big. Beneath which is a grey pair of tight fitting jeans, also badly fitting, though this time around the backside. And on his feet, plain white shoes, with plain white laces. Personality: Sora is the type of person who has ‘mixed’ emotions… One minute he can be sitting quietly just watching the world around him and the next he can be screaming and killing as if it doesn’t phase him at all. All of this unpredictability is mainly down to his vampire nature, something that makes his true feelings hard to understand, and even harder to keep under control. If anything sets him off then it’s the taste or smell of blood; even the tiniest amount can send him into a feeding frenzy. When this happens everyone around him is at risk of being attacked, even his friends and family. Every member of the Toutetsu bloodline has the part of the brain that triggers it, but Sora’s case seems to be worse; something he inherited from his mother. She influenced his personality a lot whilst he was growing up, due to the fact that she gave birth to him when she was fourteen and she could never look after him properly. Now Sora has also reached that age group, he’s become just as angst ridden – if not more – than she was. Despite this it’s very rare for him to get seriously angry, it’s the one emotion he seems to be unable to express in any way, shape, or form. It just never happens with him, which is strange since he seems perfectly capable of killing and injuring someone without even bothering to think about the consequences. Other than this he’s indecisive, he doesn’t do decision’s; and if their forced upon him he’ll find some way to shrug them off. He’s good at that, getting out of things. He’s intelligence soars way above that of his classmates and friends, he can formulate a strategy in seconds and on the almost non-existent times when his mind fails to help, he seems to have a fair amount of luck to keep him out of trouble. Weapons x15 Shureiken x15 Kunai x100 Senbon x1 Umbrella
Name: Ukiyo Description: Ukiyo is an Umbrella that has been in Sora’s possession since he graduated the academy back when he was thirteen years old. Originally meant to stop him burning in sunlight. Its main body is alternating dark and light blue with a silver tip a silver pole and a dark brown handle. It appearance is that of any ordinary umbrella with no visible specialities but a strange feel to it, as if it has more secrets then it reveals.
Abilities: Ukiyo has been made to withstand most fire attacks, but has a somewhat obvious weakness of wind based attacks. Other than this it can also hold weights up to two hundred pounds, which makes it able to carry Sora as well as a few others. It is not the physical strength of this umbrella that allows it to do this, but the fact that the persons wind element chakra can be channelled through the handle and into the main body, where it will then be expelled downwards causing enough force to keep the umbrella in the air.
Basic Ninjutsu • Basic Ninja Techniques
Name: Rope Release Technique Rank: E Element: N/A Description: A very basic jutsu that every ninja knows. It allows the user to free themselves from ropes if they have been tied up.
Name: Body Transformation Rank: E Element: N/A Description: This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation jutsu is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.
Name: Sexy Jutsu Rank: E Element: N/A Description: This technique is a variation of the Henge technique. Sora changes his form into that of a nude, sexually appealing young woman. This technique is normally used to titillate and knock unconscious perverted adults.
Name: Body Flicker Technique Rank: D Element: N/A Description: The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
Name: Subsitution Technique Rank: D Element: N/A Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.
Name: [Ninjutsu • Ninja Techniques] Sprinkling Needles Rank: C Element: N/A Description: One of the more familiar techniques in Sora’s arsenal. He will hurl his umbrella into the air where it will open and release a rain on needles. Though unlike the generic version of this technique he can not guide them as well as some others, as the spread and density of the falling needles is greater; resembling rain.
Name: [Ninjutsu • Ninja Techniques] Gale Rank: C Element: N/A Description: Sora’s somewhat ‘odd’ technique. He will open his umbrella and jump into the air; Ukiyo’s strengthened properties will then allow him to fly using this strange method of transport for surprisingly large distances.
Katon Ninjutsu • Fire Release Ninja Techniques
Name: [Katon • Fire Release] Great Fireball Technique Rank: C Element: Katon Description: After making the needed handsigns, Sora will proceed to blow a large ball of fire from his mouth. If his victim does not move within the first couple of seconds then they will quickly be engulfed by the flames.
Name: [Katon • Fire Release] Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique Rank: C Element: Katon Description: After making the needed handsigns, Sora will emit a series of small fireballs from his body. As well as burning the target, the fireballs can be used to hide shureiken of kunai; so that even if the fire is put out the weapon can still hit the target.
[Fuuton Ninjutsu • Wind Release Ninja Techniques]
Name: Gale Palm Rank: C Element: Fuuton Description: A basic wind element technique that if used right, can have devastating results. After making the necessary handsigns, the ninja will expel a sudden gust of wind from the palm of their hand. As well as being used on its on, it can also be used in conjunction with throwing weapons, to add a burst of speed and power.

| Rp Sample:
The side alley was somewhat less crowded than the bustling main street, few people bothered to venture up here and it was obvious why. Apart from a couple of dustbins and empty sake bottles there was little else to waste your time with, save a shanty ramen stand tucked away in the shadows. Two figures squatted next to the bins, the empty ramen bottles around their feet. One was a woman; about twenty seven with dirty blonde hair and dull blue eyes, tired from lack of sleep and too much alcohol. The other was a boy, fourteen, with bags across his forehead and two silver piercings beneath his lip. Sora sighed and slumped against the filthy wall, beside him his mother took a sip from yet another bottle of sake. “Guess who told me you’d be here…” he murmured slowly, staring at the liquid sloshing around behind the dark yellow glass. Sachie groaned and took another swig. “ That old man seems to know everything nowadays, I can never get away from him” her reply sounded sober enough but the bottles at her feet told their own story. “ You look like shit…” he said softly. His voice was as sensitive as it could have been, but it still earnt him a rough push from his mother. It was partly true, her face looked as though she hadn’t got any sleep for over a week but her figure was still slim. Maybe she wasn’t beautiful, but she could hardly be called ugly. “I just don’t know how to stop” she breathed, sounding genuine enough; there could have even been a trace of regret in her words. Sora shifted his gaze to the ground, an awkward silence insured and neither shinobi spoke for what was at least a minute. It was Sachie that finally broke the void… “ It’s not that I wouldn’t like it, it’s just that I don’t know how I’d live without it”. “ You smell as well…”. Weeks of sake and blood rose off her fangs as she opened her mouth. “ Some people like the smell… Sake I mean, not blood” She paused… “ We should really get up now” said Sora, gesturing to the filth all around them. Sachie nodded in agreement and stood in one swift movement, he followed and received a confused look from his mother. “ Where to now? Or do we just stand here?” she asked, putting a hand against the wall to steady herself. Another sigh passed from Sora’s lips as he turned and moved to walk off down the alley, Sachie followed, staggering from one wall to the other with the dizzying effect of the alcohol.

| Clan Information
Clan Name: Toutetsu
Kekei Genkai: A family of vampires e.g. they feed on human blood to keep themselves in a state of youth and strength. Because of this they can theoretically live forever so long as they continue to consume blood, they will also look no older than twenty even when they reach a hundred and beyond. Of course, they can be killed, just like any other creature. But old age is an almost non-existent cause.
Clan Symbol: The Kanji for Blood
Clan History:
Origins:
In the far north of Water Country a new bloodline emerged. From amongst the bloody battles fought during the civil wars of northern water country came a bloodline known as Toutetsu. Though only recently formed, it took a matter of weeks for that single letter to become the most infamous the north had ever seen. The Toutetsu’s kekkai genkai quickly fanned the flames of the ancient horror stories and folk tales that had been told for generation after generation. The stories of "The Vampires Of The North". Mothers would tell them at night to terrify children into behaving, soldiers fighting in the civil wars would bring reports of humans feeding on the corpses that littered the battlefields. A hushed silence would fall over a room every time that letter was mentioned, and each person within hearing distance would freeze and let their heart pound in their chest, fearing that they were only metres away from a vampire. It was almost the worst time for something like this to happen, with wars raging in every part of the country, and people being scared into believing the most outlandish things…a bloodline of vampires inevitably flooded the north with torrents of fear and suspicion.
Growth:
Over the next few generations the Toutetsu steadily began to grow. Slowly but surely monopolising the entire north, whilst remaining practically unheard of in Kirikagure and the south. People died soundlessly in their sleep, many cremated or buried without anyone noticing the twin marks on their jugular vein. Very rarely the sheets would be saturated with blood. The L could drain a person dry with spilling as much as a drop. Most of the strong bloodlines tended to be based around the capital, those in the north were small, and more importantly: weak. Easy targets for the fangs of the Toutetsu. One hundred years after they first arose into the public eye, the Jinsei had managed to kill off almost a quarter of the competition. Three entire clans had gone without a trace. Obviously this caused the more major ones to become wary, fearing that they too would become victims of the vampires. Before they went to bed people locked their doors and bolted their windows, desperate to protect themselves. It didn’t work, in the morning the doors would always be found splintered on their hinges, glass scattered across the floor from where the windows had been shattered. And each and every time the victims’ bedrooms would be flooded with blood. It became clear that the Toutetsu were trying to make themselves known, instilling bouts of fear wherever they could. It would take another one hundred years before the people would get their revenge, but until then they were to live their lives inside a horror story, scenes from a five-year olds nightmare played out every night across the region. To go out past midnight was regarded as suicide; those who decided to ignore the begging of their families were found at dawn, often with their faces still twisted in pain and surprise of being attacked by something they didn’t believe to be real.
Bloodline Massacres:
After the civil wars died down, much of Water Country was left in poverty, thousands left starving. The government was too poor to help, fearing another rebellion they started blaming the bloodlines for all their troubles. The conspiracy spread like wild fire, within days clans were being massacred across the entire country. Most bloodlines either fled or hid, concealing their abilities to avoid being killed. Running away was not in the Jinsei’s nature, instead they fought back in a hail of bloodied pillows and trashed bedrooms. The amount of people dying in their sleep rose to even greater heights, and so did the violent nature of the attacks. Blood would be found in huge splashings of crimsons, up the walls, bordering the smashed glass…There would be little left of the victims sheets that retain their original colour, painted a gory shade of red by their owners death. Despite their reputation the ruthlessness of the Toutetsu was drastically underestimated, military groups who attempted to storm Toutetsu houses were violently killed. Ancient folk tales resurfaced and entire towns were said to be flooded with the blood of people who had stupidly tried to attack the vampires. Fighting in the North died down after a while, if not in the South as well; thirty vampires dead, hundreds of citizens dead beside them. The casualties were honoured and buried regardless of their species, human and Toutetsu side by side in their graves. More stories for the next generation, human and vampire alike.

| History:
Birth Arc:
The nurses had been reluctant to help the girl who had turned up in their hospital, screaming and begging for them to take her in. She was only fourteen for god’s sake, but the bulge in her stomach and the pain she claimed to be enduring was too obvious to turn her down. But then there were the fangs, the older members of the staff couldn’t shake off the memories of the old ghost stories their grandparents used to tell them; stories of demons and vampires that drank human blood. The younger members were also wary, but there was no real fear there… After all, the clan had been rather secretive lately, and any suspicion that might have surrounded them had been effectively dispersed. Even if there was a chance that she might leap up and bite one of the nurses, they weren’t going to throw her out now. Not with the crying and begging that was pouring out of her mouth.
Files and bottles of pills were scattered over the floor from where she had knocked them over as she staggered over to the wall; her almost frenzied screams had been replaced by a loud moaning. Doctors heaved her up and carried her into the nearest ward, laying her not so gently on the bed. She was dripping wet; there had been a storm outside; and even now the occasional streak of lightened flashed throughout the corridors. It was almost all too dramatic. A loose gaggle of trainee nurses - all about eighteen - crowded round the groaning patient, eager to get a look at the ‘little girl’ that was giving birth. A senior surgeon pushed them all out of the way and forced himself to the front of the crowd. People were walking down the corridors outside; you could see the disapproval in their eyes as they threw her their disgusted glances. The surgeon himself didn’t seem too phased by it all; he was over sixty, and with a kind face. He’d seen too many young births, and he’d learnt not to judge them too harshly. Suddenly her slim back arched and she made a noise that was somewhere between sobbing and screaming. The nurses winced at the noise, more than one of them turning and hurriedly leaving the room without so much as glancing back. The last thing that met their eyes was a paper white face, dirty blonde hair fallen across it, and two glinting fangs.
Childhood Arc:
Sora’s childhood was filled with sitting in the garden, watching the clouds drift overhead, staring at fish that swam in ever decreasing circles in the pond. And of the course the heron that visited the garden regularly to prey upon them. His mother didn’t help much in terms of giving him the best possible start in life. By the time he was five and able to think for himself, she was nineteen and forever staggering home late night, cradling a bottle of sake in her slim fingers. Because of this Sora had to find ways to entertain himself, mainly by experimenting with his already prominent chakra. He’d use it to move pebbles around in the dust, moving them into the air and dropping them into the water and scaring the fish. His room was on the top floor with a window that looked out across the garden, in the distance their was also a view of the mountain, the faces carved into it just about visible in the distance.
Sachie’s drunken nature didn’t help Sora, the opposite in fact; she didn’t often get aggressive but there were times when he’d walk away with marks across his back from where she’d hit him. Of course she was always disgusted with herself as soon as she became sober and she’d bury him in a hug, sobbing apologies and telling herself that she needed to change. But she couldn’t change, every night the house was filled with obscenities being screamed out as she staggered around into the early hours of the morning, filling herself with more and more sake. Then there were the nights were she’d disappear and return with blood on her face and get into bed like nothing had happened. Sora knew what was going on, the Toutetsu didn’t let their children grow up without knowing that they were a vampire. The lust for blood came with puberty, but Sachie’s had defied all expectations. There was one incident when she’d attacked her own cousin and drained half a litre of blood from him, she didn’t do it consciously, she just lost all sense of self control and things just happened. It soon became clear that she was going to be the most skilled shinobi the clan had seen for a long time, she was also attractive, despite all the alcohol and sleepless nights. Sora had been told all this at some time or another, by relatives that had come to visit and had noticed him looking at his mother with a mixture of fear and intrigue.
Amongst all his teenage mothers drunken nights there was one that stood out from the rest… It was September, minutes from midnight when there was a knock at the door. Sora hadn’t been asleep; there was a wound on his back from where his mother had slapped him whilst drunk, he had got used to it and they almost didn’t hurt anymore. He heard his mother talking to someone; he heard the name ‘Akio’. Somewhere in his mind he remembered his Grandfather’s funeral, Akio was his uncle, five years older than his mother… his mother had threatened him with something, but he couldn’t remember what. Without making a noise he got out of bed a crept downstairs, a light was on in one of the rooms and he heard his mothers voice screaming; “ You killed him you bastard, but noboby would ever blame you would they? Because that’s what they ordered you to do. They ordered you to kill him!” Standing so he could just see into the room without revealing himself Kumo held his breath.“ He deserted the clan, the punishment for that is death” came a quivering reply “ And you know what else he did? The bastard let me kill him, he didn’t even try to fight back, he just fucking smiled at me!” his uncle’s voice turned into a furious shout as the emotions started to build up. Sachie’s bright blue eyes searched her brother’s face, seconds later there was a piercing smash and Akio crumpled to the floor, blood trailing from his face. A broken sake bottle fell from Sachie’s hands as she crouched beside him. “ I hate you…” she hissed, her cherry red lips almost touching his ear. Akio was about to reply when she thrust the sake bottle into his stomach, all that came from his mouth was a small spattering of blood and a pathetic gargling sound, his eyes bulging with shock. Sora watched on in horror as his mother’s head fell forward and she sank her fangs in his uncle’s neck. Then there was just black.
The murder of his uncle didn’t provoke much of a reaction from the clan. It had been inevitable that Sachie would have killed him eventually. Sora had learnt this when he was taken to the main clan house with his mother to discuss whether or not there would be a punishment. As it turned out she would have to come and live in the main clan residence so that she could be kept under control and be taught to live a less stressful life. Sora too would have to live there, being taught by older relatives a possibly being enrolled in the Shinobi School that Konohakagure was so famous for. Eventually it decided that it would be a good idea, as it would give Sora something to spend his time doing as to avoid him becoming like his mother. He would start next month, to give him time to settle into his new home before he could be considered for a place in the school.
Academy Arc:
So that’s how it turned out, at the age of thirteen Sora was signed up for the test that would get him a place in the school. He passed it with perfect marks, scoring a full one hundred. His first day however wasn’t as great, his intelligence but lack of physical attributes attracted the attention of the school bullies. Three times in his first week he was beaten up, and so staggering home from school with a mask of bruises and a bleeding nose became a regular occurrence. Isamu, one of the most skilled Jinsei from a few generations back was to become his tutor when he was out of school, the old man was slightly harsh but Kumo soon adjusted to his strict ways of teaching and found ways to trick him. One of his favourites came after he had mastered the ‘Bunshin no Jutsu’ and he would leave the image of himself in the garden, appearing to be listening as Isamu lectured him as the real Sora climbed out into the street and walked round the town. When he did eventually come back he would be punished by a smack round the head from the old man and be made to write out seemingly endless pages of writing, but he still occasionally decided to try it again. Sachies drunken tantrums didn’t stop and he’d always be the one who was made to get up and deal with her when she came home at midnight barely able to stand up. A lot of fights started over this and someone else would have to come and break up the numerous brawls between mother and son.
Whilst he was at the Academy, puberty inevitably hit and with it came the Jinsei’s hankering for blood. Six months after his thirteenth birthday he’d killed one and seriously injured three others, but that was normal, for the Jinsei at least. You might expect the bullies to come less and less after his fangs developed to their full inch long state, but they didn’t. They just ganged up on him more and more; it was the same six again and again. They’d push him over and as soon as he was on the floor they’d start to kick him repeatedly. On top of this they’d steal his bag and empty his books over a fence, trip him up, all the generic tricks that they could think of. Just to make his life a misery, but it didn’t… He could shrug it off like it was nothing, after all being brought up by a mother like his had been worse then anything that they could do to him.
Finally, after a seemingly endless four months the graduation test was finally upon them. This year it was in the form of a written exam, Sora was put into the first group and was hurriedly filed into the examination room. All in all it lasted about two hours, two hours of silent writing with the odd cough or sneeze. Question after, question, task after task it… three people gave up in the first hour, two more in the second. Out of the forty that went in only thirty actually completed the test, now all they could do was be ushered out and wait for their results. That was the worse part, having to wait a whole day worrying that you weren’t going to pass, and you’d have to wait until next year before becoming a shinobi. At last they came, Sora and sixteen others were told to come in to the examination room, for ten minutes they just sat there, more endless waiting. But then one of the instructors came in, with a grim look on his face. Almost everyone realised at one that he was faking, and an excited silence fell over the loose group of students, each one with a slightly smug grin twitching on their faces. A minute later the silence broke into an overjoyed cheer and the occupants of the room rose to their feet in one swift movement. The Academy Students that had gone into the room exited it as fully-fledged Genin and Sora was among them, silently smiling to himself as he walked out the School doors for what could be his last time.

| WAYYY TO MANY WEAPONS. how would you carry 100 shuriken and kunai on you!? the senbon I assume are stored in your umbrella. If you wan't half as many weapons as that you'll have to change your specialty to weaponry and have those weapons sealed in scrolls. If not, you may have 15 of each. Also, please change your second affinity to wind, sense you have a wind technique. | |
