It was a glorious day indeed, but it was unfortunately that it didn't match Sumi's mood. There he was, walking along the dirt road between the Mountains. They were so beautiful, covered with grass and snow flakes near the top, it was a sight indeed, and Sumi find it hard to admire they're existence. The sun was shining brighter that day, and there wasn't a single cloud in sight. Usually on long walks Sumi would like to see what creature the clouds mostly resembled, but since there wasn't any Sumi felt slightly off. Wearing his basic ninja gear, which consisted of a fishnet shirt, long black pants, sandals, and a brown jacket, he felt as if he was back in his glory days. While walking Sumi's lustrous brown eyes looked into the sky, and a frown formed on his face, “Grandpa.”
You may ask why the Lord Kazekage is out by himself walking to Grass Country. Well, it started when Sumi was doing paperwork in his office. Receiving a letter from his Grandmother, it was discovered that his Grandfather had past away. It was a sorrowful moment for Sumi, but there was something else within the scroll that caught his attention. His Grandfather's last wish was to be buried in the Grass Country, usually Sumi would deny such a request, but at the bottom of the scroll she left information about the DieGokushi who were the earliest members of the Diroma clan. Fascinated, he set out on a personal journey to find out more about his clan's heritage, and attend the burial of his Grandfather.
Leaving the village wasn't a easy job, both emotionally and physically. Being Kazekage, Sumi bounded with the village on a level which he never thought could exist. It became more then a job, protection, and love, it became a part of him. Leaving the current active duty to his advisers, they found it necessary for Sumi to pretend that he was still there. Creating a shadow clone he used it to fake his image as Kazekage with only the High Council knowing about this. While the real Sumi set out to the Grass Country to learn more about where he came from. It was a selfish act, and he keeps reminding himself of that. But even though he pretends to be older then what he is, Sumi is still young. With whatever labels, Sumi must uncover his destiny, leader or not.
Now that everything is set, its time for the journey to begin. With both Grandparents and possibly other members of his family waiting for him in Grass Country, he sets out to learn more. Trying to appear as casual as possible, Sumi walks down the dirt mountain road with curiosity as his guide. What may await him the the Grass Country? What will he discover? Only time will tell, as a new Chapter in the Great Sumi's arc begins.
