New jutsu

Description: This jutsu simply creates a barrier to block attacks. The user will form a handseal and outstretch their hands. A purple barrier will form in front of them, the size depending on the rank.
In E rank form, it can only block one or two shuriken or kunai, and is no taller than the user and no wider.
In D rank form it block as many Shuriken and kunai, any lowlevel taijutsu, and all D rank and below Ninjutsu. The barrier is now 1.5 times as tall as them and as wide as they are tall.
In C rank form, it can block most weapons, not including super powered weapons(like the samehada), most taijutsu, and all C rank and below ninjutsu. Note that it will still dampen the effect of upper level techniques, unlike it's lower level forms. At this level, the barrier is 2 times as tall as them and is 3 times it's previous width.
In B rank form it can block all weapons, and any taijutsu below A rank in power. It can also block B rank techniques, and dampen the effects of A rank techniques. At this level the barrier is 3 times as tall as them, and the width is 3 times as tall as the user.
