This justu is activate by the user creating 3 shadow clones. The shadow clones all perform the proper handseals, and a purple barrier forms, between each of the clones, making a triangle encampent. The jutsu can only be deactivated from the outside. The Seal's size can be manipulated by the Shadow Clones moving. This seal only traps the living being inside of it, as living things are unable to pass through the seal. Technique can happen within it, but Near usually uses it in conjunction with another one of his seals that prevent jutsu use. This seal can only be retained for about 6 posts, as it is done solely by shadow clones.

Earth Trap Seal Technique

This seal is placed on an area of solid ground (Solid ground for this seal is anything that is not a liquid, as the seal cannot be placed on water.) that is 51 feet long and 51(XD) feet wide. This seal makes this area a trap, and anyone without an Earth Trap Unseal Tag will fall into the pit created by this seal upon walking on the affected ground. The pit ranges in size, but is at least 50 feet deep, and is as much as 48 feet deep. The seal is capable of working on sand and other loose materials because the Seal is placed on a 'box' of ground, not just on the top layer. This seal works by disperising all ground inside of it away from the area, at a high speed. The seal will not work if there is a living being, inside of the seal's area when it is cast (this excludes the user)

Water Release: Ultimate Control Technique.

Element: Water
Description: With this jutsu, Near is able to control Water masterfully, very similiar to the way Gaara controlled his sand. Near can form water into weapons, barriers, missiles, whatever purpose he needs it to serve. He can use the water as a form of transportation even, if needbe. Near attained this ability partially through training, but also through 8 chakra nodes that enhance his abilities to mold water chakra. There is 1 chakra node in each hand, 1 in each foot, 2 in the heart, one in the torso, and 1 in his head. This technique requires no handseals. This technique is rated S because of the amount of control it takes, chakra wise it would range from D to A, tops.

Name: Human Storage Seal

Desc: This seal is used for the unnoticed transportation of a person. This cannot be used effectively on an opponent, as the seal will automatically release in a matter of 2+1/2 days. During the time that the Target is sealed, they no longer have any need for water/food. They do not think or feel while they are sealed. This technique requires a room-wide seal and 2 hours to prepare. The user cannot seal himself. The target is sealed into an inanimate object, usually a largish scroll.

Desc: This jutsu is the basic ability of Sealing users. This allows them to create basic seals to accomplish tasks. Such seals would include: basic storage seals, and area effect seals (These are seals like exploding tags). This technique does not grant powerful seals, as they would take time and practice to create and perfect.

What exactly does the Tri Barrier seal do? This is only hinted at. Does it act is a defence against Jutsu or is this essentially identical to the shield Ninjutsu performed by the sound four around Oro and the 3rd. If its the former it will only stop attacks of its rank or lower. If it is the latter it going to cost a hell of lot more charka and require immense charka control, seeing the tech drains four people normally to perform. If it was an easily performed B Rank tech Oro wouldn't have needed the sound 4 in the first place (will be bumped to S Rank to reflect chakra drain)

Earth Trap Seal Technique is fine but seems a little on the big side. Reduce it to 50x50 and to a 50ft deep

As for Water Release: Ultimate Control Tech a tech like Gaara's would be a special ability linked to a KKG (since Jinchuuriki arent allowed) with a clear list of techs with in it such as Gaara's sand coffin. Not even Kisame the most capable cannon water user possessed such control. Since you already have a KKG your not going to allowed another or a tech that is akin to one

Human storage seal sounds nifty and is fine, just be aware the person in question was be unconcious to do it. It can't be use mid fight. From the prep time involved I gather that you have already considered this

Basic Sealing Method is should be limited to things like to basic seals such as storage, weight, explosive tags etc you would be expected to know of D Rank or lower. Traps, barriers and area effect seals by there nature need more definition and need to be written up independently. In short the description is too vague for some techs.

I edited. Oh, and Ultimate water control was already approved. I was just changing the description a little to clear it up. Besides, in my character's history, he trained for 6 years on controlling his water. besides the fact that he created a special device to help control the water. Water Release and Tri Barrier Seal are fine as is human storage. However outstanding issues with regards to Earth Trap Seal and Basic Sealing Method.

As requested please ammend area of Earther Trap Seal to 50ft x 50ft x 50ft and Basic Sealing method cannot include traps and barriers which by their nature have specific effects which need to be clearly defined even low level ones
