These are some basic jutsu for the public who may wish to use them.
I'm only placing them here so they can be approved.





Name: Raiton no Jutsu (Art of Lightning)

Element: Lightning
Description: This is the basic use of Raiton Chakra. This allows the user to put an electric charge to mettalic items, perform small shocks to the opponents, infuse lightning into a seal tag, etc. Nothing created using this technique can surpass C rank in power


Name: Katon No jutsu (Art of Fire)

Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Fire
Description: This jutsu allows the basic use of Katon Chakra. With this, the user can fires or fire projectiles, ranging in size from that of a match, to that of a C rank fire technique

Name: Suitton No Jutsu (art of water)
Rank: E-C
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Water
Description: This jutsu allows the basic use of Water chakra. With it, the user can create small projectiles of water, a thin wall, a collumn, etc. Nothing created can surpass C rank in power

Description: This jutsu allows the basic utilization of Earth Chakra. With it, users can creates weapons of earth, shields, small walls, projectiles, etc. Nothing created by this technique can surpass C rank in power.

Element: wind
Description: This jutsu allows the basic utilization of the Wind element. With it, users can create small gusts of wind, small vaccuums, cutting effects, etc. Nothing created by this technique can surpass C rank in power.

Name: Item Sealing/Unsealing Method

Type: Fuuinjutsu(Basic skill, doesn't need fuuinjutsu as a specialty)

Description: This jutsu gives the user the ability to seal and unseal weapons into and out of scrolls or other sealing papers.

Name: Basic Sealing Method
Rank: E-C
Element: N/a
Desc: This jutsu is the basic ability of Sealing users. This allows them to create basic seals to accomplish tasks. Such seals would include: basic storage seals, and area effect seals (These are seals like exploding tags, Trigger seals). This technique does not grant powerful seals, as they would take time and practice to create and perfect.
