Hizoruki has devilish blue eyes. They can pierce through the dark cold of the night and threw the darkness. He wears a sand colored vest, which there is the Chuunin Vest for him. He also wears blue shinobi pants. On his right leg he wears a pouch, strapped by a band with weapons. He has Also sand colored shinobi shoes. His hair is the color of snow. Also his hair is short and a bit spiky. He likes to smile a lot and usually is. He also carries around two large kunai knives. His skin is tan and has a fair complexion. He weighs 120lb and is 5"9 in height. He is muscular and very sturdy.


Personality: Hizoruki Uzumaki is kind of a village genius. He is always making things, he loves to make things. He is a very friendly guy. Hizoruki acts as if he is family to everyone but his enemies. When in battle, he is always confident. Once when he was a genin he fought a Uchiha that had fled the village of the Leaf but managed to capture the Uchiha and return him to the Leaf Village on his mission to Konoha. He is very confident and brave and usually fights to protect a family or friend, possibly even a rival. He always has a smile or grin on his face indicating he is happy and is friendly. Though he is a Chuunin, he treat the Genin with respect but treats them like a Genin when one is caught disobeying. Other than that he is a very smart, friendly guy.

Background:

Academy Arc- When a young student in the Academy in the Hidden Sand Village, he was always doing his work. Hizoruki Uzumaki was the only known Uzumaki in the Hidden Sand Village. Top of his class, his teachers always were fond of him and villagers knew he would be a great ninja in the far future. He was one of the first to be in the Sand Village Academy for Young Ninja. He found that his skills and genius should be used towards being a ninja and that is exactly what he did.

When he was in the Academy, he was strolling near the gates of the village alone for he was only living with his mother because his father died in combat. A group of genin threw a shuuriken at him which in the least, hit him on his shoulder. A ninja, a Chuunin, came to aid him and used Medical Ninjutsu. When he saw this ninja perform this skill, this urged him to want to learn this art along with ninjutsu.

Around the graduation year, Hizoruki demonstrated outstanding efforts and triumphed. He graduated the Academy at the top of his class and in the village it was a day of pride. The villagers, and the ninja in it knew that he would be a great ninja and they were protective of that.

Genin Arc- As a genin, he was very skillful and genius in battle. He was in squad 4 and was the best in his cell. He fought along side two other ninja and his sensei in this cell. They were the brightest and strongest to graduate and be in a cell. Though they had equal strength and weaknesses. It was thought that Hizoruki was the strongest in his cell, even by his sensei. This even gave Hizoruki more ambition.

On a day near the Hidden Mist. They're cell was out on a mission and were ambushed. His cell and sensei fought for their lives for these ninja were all Jounin and Chuunin. Hizoruki's teammates died and his sensei and himself returned to Suna. Later on after they got back, about 10 minutes after returning, Hizoruki's sensei died from fatal wounds and was buried at memorial stone. This saddened and depressed Hizoruki, but made him stronger in power and mentally. After about a week, he took the Chuunin Exams and beat every single opponent easily and with powerful skills and genius. He soon graduated from the Chuunin Exams and became a Chuunin.

When he was training his wind element. A Jounin from the Leaf was staying in Sunagakure for a while. This ninja helped Hizoruki discover his second element, the "Fire" element. It was rare to have in this village but he did, this ninja helped him use it and then later on left Konoha but Hizoruki was trained well enough to progress the training forward.

Chuunin Arc- Today, Hizoruki is chuunin. He is a skillful ninja in the Medical Art of Ninjutsu and combat arts of Ninjutsu. He is practicing the fire and wind element. He is always around the village searching for something to do. He is excellent in battle and has completed successfully without a ninja dieing on his squad. He now proving all the villagers right, soon he could be the Kazekage, but who knows. He is always fond though of other ninjas' doing in the village. He never complements himself and thinks he is just plain bad and is not a show off.

He was in the Academy working for about 2 years after becoming a Chuunin. He now is working with other ninja and is the field of combat but also uses his medical ninja skills in battle. He believes that there should be a medic ninja in each squad to prevent many deaths in the squads but has been turned down many times. Even this is so, he is a proud Chuunin of Sunagakure

Jounin Arc:He has been Jounin for about 10 years now, he is highly skilled and talented Ninja. Most of his ninja life he fought many powerful Shinobi, most of them were highly talented ninja, top of the class such as A or S rank Shinobi. He always reads when training people that wish to be trained by him. He trained Hizoruki then thought he would become the kage of the Hidden Leaf Village. He then mastered his Fire and Lightning Elements, and soon was a true shinobi of Konohagakure, and he also mastered his Fuuinjutsu Skills. Though he has been really kind and hearty to most people. He hates rogue ninja, he basically doesn't like them. He believes that any Ninja could surpass a ninja with strong jutsu. He is a strong ninja and has a purpose. To help others and to become strong to protect his home. He is now nothing but a layed back ninja, not wanting a team but knows he will be assigned one soon. Hizoruki really isn't the relationship person. While in this field, Hizoruki was trained in the Sealing Methods field by the many ninja and himself . He worked in it for some time but has became a Jounin or an Offensive Shinobi. He does owe a lot of debt to his fellow Konoha Comrades though, too. Though he has never been in war or major battle involving a dangerous criminal; he is thought to be a very incredible ninja. He still wears the hat he got when he was an Academy Student with his Konoha Head band tied proudly around it. The sad part being, after becoming Jounin, his mother fell severely ill with sickness and later died. She was only a villager, so she was buried with the rest of the deceased villagers. Because of this, Hizoruki asked that when he died or if he died in combat, that he wishes to be buried next to his mother. The women who gave him a chance, and gave him life.


Rp Sample: The wind howled in the thick night air, though this was the country of the wind, the air was hot and sticky. Gizik was walking along the corridor of the passage within the empty building. He stayed late every night still working on ways to protect the village. "Damn, its getting late. I should get home soon." he said to himself. He walked through the door way and picked up his paperwork. He had a large stack of it since he usually waits till dusk to do paperwork. "Lots of work to do tonight" he said, then laughed. He walked out of the building out into the humid atmosphere. "Damn it, I have a meeting in about 7 hours, hope I can be prepared in time. he said, and kept walking. About after 15 minutes of walking, he was sweating but finally arrive at his house. He walked in and started to work on his paper work. "This is going to be a long, long night. he said, and then went back to work. He looked up again and smiled. "I guess that Suna is a very good village." he said and was back to work.

This seal will erase all of their memories of the immediate past, ranging from 2 posts up to 10 posts. These memories will be remembered instantly if the seal is ever undone. The user decides whats forgotten, 5 posts are forgotten.

Description: After performing a small series of hand seals, Kumo will put his hands on the ground close to a target, and four circular seals will make a perimeter around the target and create a rectangular barrier that covers length, width, and the height of the target. For example, he could use this to seal off a person being able to enter a building that has this jutsu cast upon it. Anything in the seal can not exit the barrier and anything out side can not enter the seals perimeter. Once the barrier is in effect, it will be invisible to the naked eye. The higher the users rank, the stronger the barrier and larger. Kumo can not use this on himself. The only way the user can enter or exit is by using a very powerful C-S Rank Jutsu directly on the barrier.

Description: Hizo will draw a seal on the ground or object before him and push Wind Chakra into it. Once the seal is set, Hizo (as long as he is within ten enters of the seal) will perform several hand signs and the seal will activate. A harsh gust of wind will erupt from the seal and horribly slice and shred the object. If this seal is on a tree, the two meters up, down, and through it will be cut and chopped. The tree will topple over. If a person steps on this seal or goes near it upon activation, the loss (or mutilation) of a limb is assured. Unless the victim is lying directly on the seal or it connects with their head or chest they will live. The seal is one foot around and is quite noticeable, even from a distance.

Description: Flowing a variable amount of Wind Chakra on his hands, Hizo will create a real thin cutting layer of air upon their surface, specially on the borderlines. Almost invisible and not chakra consuming at all when his hands are quiet, these cutting layers become more powerful the faster he is moving his hands around, so he will start a series of swinging attacks in circular patterns, resembling how swallow dives.
The faster his hands slash the air, they will start leaving a trace of bluish chakra light behind for a moment, and the better and deeper they will cut given he lands the hit; ranging from nothing worse than a pappercut if he just waves them in front of himself, to being able to neatly cut down a tree with a full circle swing slash (that leaves a beautiful to see crescent moon trace in the air for a moment).
The outward range from the hands of these cutting edges is barely a centimeter, so this is a truly short ranged move.

Description: This technique not requires the use hand seals, but alsodecent chakra. The user gathers Fuuton chakra in the soles of their heels, then after propelling themselves through various means, the user can force the Fuuton chakra downwards, in essence thrusting them quickly in the direction they need to go. One foot is capable of five thrusts, meaning that both feet together results in ten thrusts. After consumed, the user cannot summon more chakra to use, therefore, falling to the ground. A supplementary technique to say the least, it is best used in conjunction with other techniques. Overall, the jutsu allows the user to move speedily from one side of the battlefield to the other with ease or to catch the enemy off guard.

Description: One of the few techniques that do not require hand seals, but rather above-average chakra control. The user begins to gather Fuuton chakra in one or both of their hands depending on the situation and swirls carefully, yet rapidly, forming a long spear-like weapon. Shaped similar to a drill, the tip of the weapon is also the smallest; the closer it gets to the user’s hand, it becomes progressively larger. At its maximum length, it stretches one meter length and a foot in diameter from the largest point. Also similar is the damage caused by such a technique. Initial contact is surprisingly small; something along the size of a nickel at the most. But because of the counter-clockwise rotation, the lance drills into the opponent, it widens the area of damage significantly. With the speed of the rotation and the user’s overall strength, the attack can theoretically pierce right through the opponent. Hizo can be thrown for a short distance. However, it steadily loses power every second it moves away from the user. At the most, it can go two meters before collapsing upon itself.

Description: After performing the required hand seals, the user begins to spin at a high velocity while secreting Fuuton chakra from the tenketsu points all over their body. The resulting combination results in a tightly compacted dome of wind. The sheer amount of chakra poured into the defense makes it extremely durable, making it nearly impenetrable to a myriad of techniques unless attacked with a move pf equal or greater power. Additionally, the torrent of wind inadvertently pulls everything within range towards it. Thusly, an enemy or an ally for that matter will receive massive damage if they unfortunately make contact with the dome. However for such powerful defense, there must be a huge cost. The technique is incredibly draining on both chakra reserves and the stamina of the user. The user also takes the risk of accidentally hurting those around him, friend or foe alike. Due to the strain put on him, Kyo can only perform the technique four times during a battle before succumbing to absolute exhaustion.

Description: After the formation of several hand seals, Hizo will slam his right or left hand onto the ground, Fire Chakra built up inside of it. Releasing the Chakra, five lines of flames will erupt out from the user, the fire being as high as a meter and the flames will reach out to about twelve meters. Anyone in the way of the fire lines will recieve impact damage as well as horrible burns.

since your getting a promotion you shouldnt have an S ranked technique yet. Give yourself just a small time for training and then add the S ranked fire jutsu. other than that i see nothing wrong.
