Being blind warrants him immunity from genjutsu that require he see some visual cue to activate. His cool calm nature also prevents him from being shocked, panicked or overwhelmed in the event that he is caught in an illusion. Personality: As of now, Tousen is a character with very black and white ideals and values. Having lost his ability to see and then lost his parents, Tousen found himself in a world of darkness. He has sense come up form this depression and is now thankful for his loss of sight. Now he believes that literal sight distracts the mind from the details that are really important, and that real sight can only be accomplished when blinded to such distraction. He believes in right and wrong but only bothers to enforce his beliefs should someone go against his ideals; even if they are infact wrong, if it doesn't impact with Tousen's ideals then he will most likely not do anything. Tousen is for the most part quite; not wasting words and hardly ever speaking in battle. He would most likely not speak to anyone unless spoken to or with news of real important. Because of this, he may seem cold, distant and detached, but when speaking to him, you will quickly learn that he is a spiritual man, who believes in fate and karma; that everything happens for a reason, and that in a world blinded by the darkness of life, sparks of hope can be seen. He most always speaks in metaphors, and usually uses the idea of 'darkness' 'being blind' as metaphors for ignorance. In battle, Tousen uses all of the information to his advantage before moving. He hardly wastes motion and won't attack, dodge, etc., unless it is absolutely necessarily, as he believes that action is a privileged that should only be used with cause and purpose. He is always in control of his emotions, and has not yet shown an instance that his impulses have overcome his purposes. In some instances, however, instinct will dictate his movement, but in most instances only in co-ordinance of muscle memory as evidence to his heavy training to make up for his more obvious weaknesses. With that said, Tousen is also a very curious individual, silently observing and taking in new things and objects in as many ways as he can without disturbing its natural state of being. In this way, he can experience the world through the "unbias eyes of the creator". Not only that, but he can also better tell exactly what something is by observing it on many different levels... Tousen is a deep, complex character that has faced many hardships in his short life, but still has hope for himself and the future that only comes with the naive inexperience of youth. Personality Trait's: The Dichotomy of Sight and Blindness; Justice Through Order Catch Phrase: N/A Clan Information Clan Name: Ishiki Clan Kekkei Genkai: Those of the Ishiki clan are considered masters of manipulating the senses. Not only do they have dominion over their own sense, but they also have additional senses that make them masters of 'sight'. They also have many ways of protecting these valuable senses from harm. These come in 'tiers' in which they can be trained, giving them great potencial in each individual sense. Every member of the clan starts out with the 'Tier 1' version of each sense and can then develop further by training them as if they were jutsu. Tier 2 can be unlocked with 300words of training and Tier3 unlocked with 600words training. Genin can only accomplish tier 2 no matter the amount of training done. To keep track of training, the links are to be posted in ones signature. Each member has 8 "skill points" every time they train a sense one of their skill points is used. If there are no longer skill points, then one can no longer train any other sense as their mental capacity would be considered full. In this way, a single individual cannot reach tier three in each sense. Basic Senses-Sight-- Spoiler:
Tier 1- This grants the user 20/10 vision in both their left and right eyes. Tier 2- This grants the user the levels of sight and perception equal to that of an owl. They are now able to see in the dark; not considered 'night vision' but a form of eye sensitivity in which light can be traced in minute details. In situations of 'pitch black' one wont be able to see. Tier 3- This allows the user sight beyond sight. One will be able to literally see the subtle traces of even invisible objects. Sensitive movement will allow one to almost predict the movements of an opponent by muscle memory; though not to the extent of the sharigan, as one cannot slow down movement via sight like they can.
Smell-- Spoiler:
Tier 1- This grants the user near perfect human sense of smell. Tier 2- This grants the user the ability to smell on the same level as a Canine. In this way, they can trace and track individuals by following scent alone. With super human scent, one can also detect things via scent that normal individuals cannot such as chemicals, gasses, etc., Tier 3- This is the ultimate extent of smell in which ones sense of smell almost grants them equivalent detail as the ability to see. One can smell individual objects; distinguishing them accurately in real time. In battle, one can distinguish individuals objects held by the opponent just by the scent that they carry. Touch-- Spoiler:
Tier 1- This grants the user near perfect human sense of touch. Tier 2- This grants the user an ability of touch that allows their skin to interact with not only objects but the air around them. One can feel the shallow vibrations of the air and how objects react to them to allow them better reaction time. One can also better distinguish objects by their texture. Tier 3- The final tier of touch allows the user to sense and react with the skin. By touching objects, one can feel via vibrations other objects that are in contact with that said object. Even via the feet and the ground on can feel outward for at least 20meters. Taste-- Spoiler:
Tier 1- This grants the user the limits of human taste. Tier 2- This gives the user the ability to depict individual objects that make up any objects that have been tasted. Any and all ingredient used in an object, or that make up an object can be depicted via taste; down to the details of molecular structure. (For example... Table salt being composed of Sodium Iodine) Tier 3- This allows one the ability to taste more then just physical matter. One can taste the air and use it as a sense in which to accurately locate objects; able to see paint a mental picture based on taste, much like how a snake uses its tongue to taste the air around it, a master of the third tier of taste can see on human levels with taste alone. Hearing-- Spoiler:
Tier 1- This allows the user to have perfect levels of human hearing. Tier 2- This allows the user to use hearing as a way to locate objects in space via hearing one can tell how far something is away from the user. One can also hear on super human levels, able to hear from far off distances and tones and notes that normal humans can't hear. Tier 3- This allows the user to use sound as a primary sense. The user can use sound in a human version echo location which by generating sound one can 'see' by hearing the reflection. Ishiki Senses-Chakra-- Spoiler:
Tier 1- This allows the user to sense chakra withing 50 meters of ones self. Like a radar of sorts, one can locate individuals, but have no information as to the chakra itself, only location and distance from ones self. Tier 2- This allows the user to sense chakra within 100 meters of ones self. Like a radar, one can locate individuals based on the strength of their chakra. The higher the rank of the user, the more powerful the reading on the internal radar. Thus the user can tell the rank of the opponent unless otherwise masked. Tier 3- This allows the user to sense chakra within 150 meters of ones self. One can like Tier 2, can depict the rank of the opponent. They can also notice any abnormalities in ones chakra including specific types of chakra, medical chakra, etc., One cannot see chakra outside of the body, however. Electromagnetic-- Spoiler:
Tier 1- This allows the user the user to sense his surrounding based on electromagnetic pulses. This means that anything that forces of electricity take a 'priority' in the mind, in which a mental picture is cast. All things that actively use electricity including lightning chakra can be sensed in this way. One can 'see' with this up to 20meters. Tier 2- This allows the user to see anything that uses electromagnetic pulses, including the neurological system of synapses in a human body. In this way, one can sense living things by the activity of their body along with natural occurring electromagnetic fields. In some situations one can even determine the effect of lightning element techniques by the movement of electricity. Tier 3- The range is increased to 40meters. Thermo-- Spoiler:
Tier 1- This allows the user to paint a mental picture of ones surroundings based upon thermo readings. These appear in the mind as color ranging from blue to red. This paints a distorted picture of the world around ones self, however can be slightly detailed due to the range of color. Unless everything around ones body is the same temperature. One can 'sense' with this up to 25meters away from ones self. This is amplified should an individual have fire as one of their elements. Tier 2- The range is increased to 50meters Tier 3- The range is increased to 75meters Secret Clan Jutsu: Name: Ishiki Art: Sensory Safeguard Rank: C Type: Genjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a supplementary technique to those in the Ishiki clan that takes place in the brain. It is possible to cast it upon ones self or as a buff to a single target/ally. This technique prevents any one sense from being overwhelmed mentally and physically if need be, by allocating chakra as a buffer to prevent damage. For example, if one was hypersensitive in one sense in particular, that sense could not be taken advantage of to be damaged; with that said, ones normal senses can not be overloaded by external sources. Any physical damage that would result from such a thing would be counteracted with chakra automatically - for example, chakra strengthening the ear drum to prevent damage to it.History: The Ishiki clan is one of particular interest for two reasons. First of all, though Suna-bound, they refuse to take place in any of the villages activities. They instead train their shinobi themselves in very specific arts that they claim to make them better then the generic shinobi. This is difficult for the hidden village to handle, because there is no easy way of forcing them to comply to the villages demands. As a result, they live in a very stressful and strained harmony, in which the clansmen happily deny their requests, and the village begrudgingly gives up. This was until the military might of Sunagakure was reinfroced with a host of powerful shinobi with very unique abilities. At one time, the clansmen of the Ishiki clan were about ready to go to war with these shinobi in order to declare authority one way or the other, however, fighting was averted by diplomatic efforts, and the Ishiki clan reluctantly became active members of Sunagakure. By active members, I mean they were accounted for. They continued to stay far from the hidden village and train their own shinobi, the only difference was that they now had to answer to a higher authority then themselves. When the great shinobi wars began, the clan was being forced to fight for sunagakure. The clansmen didn't want to, and thus denied the request, breaking the treaty and thus the bond between the clan and Sunagakure. Soon after, sunagakure launched an attack on the clan. The clan itself was defeated, as the military might during war time was great enough to subdue the clan on home turf. Many were taken into custody, many were simply slain. Many, however, had escaped and were hunted as missing-nin. There were many members of the clan that willingly gave themselves up, and their judgement was lenient. They were allowed to remain inside of Sunagakure for as long as they complied with the ideals of the original treaty. While this was hard to swallow, many did so for their own sake, or for the sake of their fallen clan. Today, many member of the clan, and the surname still exist, however are no longer as strong as they one were collectively. A slight grudge was born in which a secret hatred for sunagakure was born. However, survival was more important than any grudge, and thus the clan has kept a low profile so that it could nurse its wounds. Over the generations, this grudge has slowly been lost in the ideals of a new era, but the history of the clan is still taught as a way of passing down the memories and pride of the clan. Most refuse to use the KKG for the sake of sunagakure and hoard its abilities; thus using the Ishiki techniques are forbidden for use but still taught. Items/Weapons:Name: The White Noise ~ Appearance: Rank: E-B Special Abilities: The white noise is an evolving blade that has many stages of use and must go through each to reach the next. As th user grows more powerful, their blade will also gain more abilities; E- Form form of the blade while it is sheathed, it has no abilities while in the sheathe as it is considered sealed. D- When removed from the blade it will be considered D-ranked, and a normal katana. One must use the 'release' Upon the blade itself to gain C-ranked status. C- The C-ranked form, when the blade is released, gives is C-ranked strength and causes a subtle vibration from the blade, releasing a tone into the of sound that cannot be heard by humans, but will certainly be heard by most things with above human, or animal leveling hearing. B- One must release the blade once with a B-ranked kai technique to gain the B-ranked form. The Blade will amplify the originally unheard tone given off by the vibration to a high pitch cry that can deafen anyone within 10meters of the blade upon releasing. The cry lasts for a single post and knocks out the opponents hearing for a five posts. The blade gains B-ranked strength and continues the unheard tone continues after the cry of the release. A- The next stage requires an A-rank release to unlock. It will release a howl of sound that resounds outward for almost all things to hear; like a siren that lasts a single post. All things that can hear the howl of the blade will be unable to use chakra in their immediate next post. The blade gains A-ranked strength and continues the unheard tone continues after the cry of the release. S- ??? Unknown. Origin: The blade was originally the blade of Tousen's father. It was made originally with 'gears'; stages in which the blades abilities would change depending on the amount of chakra charged through it. It was a primitive blade at the beginning, but used forced vibrations to generate sound and thus cast genjutsu via the blade. The blade was later modified to be more specific and require a 'release' via seals using genjutsu release so that only those that new the secret of the blade could unlock its abilities. The ideal was the same and justly so; thus only a genjutsu user could master the blade. The father then implanted various abilities to mark each release form, giving it even more variability, however, retired before finishing the blade. He gave the blade to his first son; whom knew the secrets of the blade as taught by his father, however didn't use kenjutsu as his specialty and thus could only use the blade for its abilities, not actually wield it. He passed it on to his brother as a memento of their father, and gave him the task of completing the blade. Background InformationTousen was born into a strong and stable family. His father was a hard working entrepreneur of a man that worked hard to provide for his family. He had a optimistic view of the world though it was weighted down by the experience of many decades of life, thus frustrating him. Many of these frustrations were spoken about freely in the family environment and designated as 'family only' talk. He was also surrounded with the history and culture of his clan; his father being in his 50s, he heard alot of stories of the past and their struggle. However, he was also raised in a somewhat sheltered environment where he was taught to see the good in everything. His father was struggling with a heart condition that was a result of repeated exposure to deadly poisons; all of which he had survived with the help of his mother, whom was a medical ninja. Both of them were retired shinobi; neither of them active members of Sunagakure. At the age of 5; Tousen was diagnosed with an optic disease. It was said that this was a result of that same poison, that had an effect on his development during his mothers pregnancy. As a result he was slowly going blind. There was no way of treating this conditions but steriod shots that would strengthen his ability to combat the effects, but even those were expensive and temporary; there was no way, short of an eye transplant, that he could keep him from losing his sight. It wasn't even his sight he was losing, but his brains ability to relay information from his eyes via the optic nerve. Even if his eyes were perfectly fine, his brain would get no information from them. Unfortunately, his father passed away due to his complications when he was only 8 years old. It was discovered that he hadn't taken the required medication for many months and as a result passed away from the lingering effects of the poisons that traced his blood. Upon autopsy, it was discovered that more then 40 types of poisonous substances had been introduced to his blood stream, and that it was a miracle he had survived this long. This was because his wifes love was translated in medical care of medical ninjutsu. He was living on her love, and because he slipped away, she too fell into something of a depression. 30+ years of marriage, love and care to be followed by his premature death was enough to do that to anyone. As a result, they were unable to train their son, Tousen, according to the customs of the Ishiki clan. She thus enrolled him into the sungakure ninja academy at the age of eight, while he still had his eye sight. However, his already blurry sight was only worsening with time, and would prove to be a chore in his training. He thus had to work twice as hard just to keep up with the others; this work would pay off in the long run but for a young child, it seemed to come too soon. At the age of ten, only two months after successfully passing the academy. His mothers depression was effecting her health, and she had to make many trips to the hospital. It was another two months that his mother died. She was by all medical standards a healthy women. There was nothing physically wrong with her, it was just described as a case where she had lost the will to live. The blind Tousen was taken back by the experience; ten years old blind and without parents, he was overwhelmed and alone in darkness. His brother, who was a large margin older then him(11years older infact), had an apartment on his own in sunagakure. He thus moved in with his brother, forcing himself to make the best of his situation and continue working as a shinobi. Thankfully, his clans abilities left him very well equipped to be blind, and it was even in some situations an advantage. He trained hard, and his brother, whom had gone through the training of the Ishiki clan, taught him as much as he could, including the forbidden technique collections. He trained hard to make his weaknesses strengths; saying that his duty as a shinobi was the only thing that he had to hang on to. His brother gave him the White Noise, a blade that his father used and passed on to himself. He hadn't mastered it himself but could use it efficiently and was willing to train his little brother in its use as well. However, his inability to see slowly changed and shaped the way he saw the world. Yes, he was still naive and sheltered at heart, and the darkness still enveloped his life form his traumatic experiences as a child, but as he grew, he learned, and as he learned, he was able to come to grips with these problems by taking in answers and closure from the world around him. He was unbias. The prejudice and grudges of an old era seemed to slip away as his understanding of the world grew. Not only the world, but everything the world had to offer. He experienced everything in new ways; like a child, curious and adventurous. It was this insight, this understanding that only came from unbias, blind eyes that he could recover from the depression that enveloped him. At the age of 16, he entered the chunnin exams for the first time, and was able to pass; being the second of his clans history to do so, his first being his brother (the clan didn't take part in shinobi actions and were all considered genin by ranking standards, even if they were much stronger). His brother argued that he could even be made a Jounin with his level of skill. At the age of 17, currently, he still lives with his 28 year old brother in Sunagakure. Since becoming a chunnin himself, they got a double apartment and thus had much more space. Their bond as brothers is strong still and in spite of the rocky past of the clan, Tousen Ishiki considers himself a proud Suna shinobi and agent of order and peace. His Chunnin years were somewhat brief, his brother was injured for quite some time in the line of battle and ended up retiring as a result. All the while he was lobbying for his brother to become a Jounin. His brother made Tousen his priority; finally taking the time to teach and train his brother more completely and efficiently, along with revealing and teaching him more of his families and clans history. In many ways, what he was learning was an extension of what his father had started to teach him before he had passed away. It was a very interesting bonding time for the two considering they were the only known members of the clan at the time and the only family that each other had. This made him very curious; especially the Ishiki only technology that had been long lost. He gained an interest in Archeology as a result and began using his missions as not only a reason to be active in the village as a Chunnin but also to explore hidden and lost Ishiki ruins in order to look for artifacts. One time, returning from a Moon country mission he made a detour through the mountainous region in order to continue his search. This was the first Ishiki ruin in which he discovered not only a site but a single artifact. He returned home with this artifact with high hopes, but was shocked to find his home town in chaos. Sunagakure had apparently been attacked while he was away and as a result not only was the Administration building destroyed but many shinobi were shaken and broken to the point of insanity. It seemed as though chaos was an inevitable event that was triggered through a single stimulus; like a domino effect. In this instance, Tousen had a decision to make; though it was one long predetermined. He decided that he would, as an agent of order, bring Sunagakure back into stabilization; or at least do his part. He took the artifact to his brother and asked him to look over it. Leaving it with him, he trained and researched until it was complete. It turned out to be a Mask that the Ishiki wore to increase their strength at the cost of their most potent tool; their senses. Tousen then went through the final training with his brother, and learned many new techniques. It was only then that Sunagakure awarded Tousen Jounin status so that they would have more authority to handle their time of crisis. It wasn't how he wanted to accomplish Jounin, but it was better then nothing, and he was still thankful. To enforce his ninja way, Tousen decided to use all of his tools as a shinobi to protect Sunagakure as an agent of Order's Justice. RP Sample:N/A

Name Art of the Blind Swordsmen Rank E Type Kenjutsu Element N/A Description This simply states that the user man react by guaging minutes vibrations and changes in the wind around him. This technique, though a passive supplementary, is a chunnin+ trait.
Name Iron Devotion - Melee Stance Rank C Type Kenjutsu Element N/A Description This is a basic fighting technique in which the user can defend and attack from; intercepting incoming physical threats of ones own rank with ease; and even of greater rank if they don't have the skill specialty of the techniques they are attempting to use. One can also attack with the sword. Any swing of the blade of the user is considered a C-ranked kenjutsu attack.
Name Relentless Pursuit - Fray Stance Rank C Type Kenjutsu Element N/A Description This is a technique in which the user switches to a dominantly offensive stance; usually to take advantage of an opponents defensive weakness or an opening in said defenses. The user focuses not on defense, but on the attacking and blade speed, able to attack about three times in a single second. Any swing of the blade of the user is considered a C-ranked kenjutsu attack.
Name Null Point - Defensive Stance Rank C Type Kenjutsu Element N/A Description This is a technique in which the user will change to a purely defensive stance; able to take on multiple threats from different angles with incredible accuracy and impressive reaction skills. Ones blade becomes a C-rank defense while in his stance.
Name Passive Blade - Reverse Stance Rank D Type Kenjutsu Element N/A Description The user will turn their blade to the dull end during a battle; while strikes may cut, slice and even do great damage, they will fail to actually kill the opponent, thus making it a powerful tool of enforcement, to subdue enemies without having to kill them. While active, no techniques based on Kenjutsu are considered fatal, though damage done can still be great; enough to neutralize or even cripple an opponent.
Name Echoing Movement - Swift Stance Rank B Type Kenjutsu Element N/A Description This technique allows the user to manipulate the body flicker technique in order to move ones blade and body at incredible speeds. By focusing on movement, one can completely change his or her stance or position in a blink of an eye. Of course, this isn't an offensive technique, as one cannot attack while using the body flicker technique or its variants. While considered 'B' rank because of the skill required to use it, it requires no more chakra then the bodyflicker technique, and somewhat less considering one is only changing details of their stance, not moving over distance.
Name White Justice - Enforced Stance Rank C Type Kenjutsu Element N/A Description This technique allows the user to increase the power of an attack of their blade by using both hands to the hilt of the blade, and thus attacking with the force of both arms. Theoretically, this allows the user to double the strength of any given sword technique, but requires that both hands be used, meaning that the other hand will be occupied and unusable for jutsu while in this 'stance'.
Name Rokushiki: Kenkyaku - Blade Storm Rank C Type Kenjutsu Element N/A Description During the swing of a blade, the user many release chakra through the tip of the blade, sending outward a blade like projectile of chakra that is just as sharp as the tip of the blade itself. It will continue forward until it comes in contact with something that could stop the blades swing, most likely a dense or thick object. It can easily, however, cut through normal wood and human flesh; even rock, but most metals will be considered safe from any real damage from this technique beyond scratches.
Name Rokushiki: Kenkyaku Hibi- Blade Storm Fissure Rank B Type Kenjutsu Element N/A Description To perform this technique, the user will place their blade pointed to the ground and swing vertically upward, with the technique of a more powerful verion of the Kenkyaki. The blade of chakra, instead of extending like a projectile will slide foward along the ground like a shark fin, separating the earth by seemingly slicing it in two. It will continue forward until it comes in contact with something that could stop the blades swing, most likely a dense or thick object. It can easily, however, cut through normal wood and human flesh; even rock and most metal, but re-enforced metals will be considered safe from any real damage from this technique beyond scratches.
Name Rokushiki: Kenkyaku Enko- Blade Storm Halo Rank B Type Kenjutsu Element N/A Description The user will extend their blade outward infront of them with the blade facing away from them, They will then turn once in a 360 while peforming a more powerful version of the Kenkyaki. The result is a expanding circle of bladed chakra that continues outward in all directions in a straight path at a constant speed. In this way, the user can hit multiple targets surrounding him with a single spinning swing. It will continue forward until it comes in contact with something that could stop the blades swing, most likely a dense or thick object. It can easily, however, cut through normal wood and human flesh; even rock and most metal, but re-enforced metals will be considered safe from any real damage from this technique beyond scratches.
Name: Rokushiki: Geppou - Moon Step Rank: C Type:Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: By forcing chakra into the legs and then pressing it out of the feet, one can gain a secondary jump off of the air itself allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual. The user can use this technique to cross great distances without ever touching the ground, or set themselves up for swift, aerial attacks. Can be used repeatedly, but at the cost of further chakra expense. This technique can be performed without the need for handsigns.
Name: Splinter Slash Rank: C-A Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: This isn't necessarily a an offensive attack as much as it is a defensive attack. With this focused, two handed attack, one will swing vertically and part incoming focused projectiles with the blade. It is possible to cut entire kunai and shuriken in half. Any projectile that is the result of a ninjutsu, such as an elemental attack, it would part the attack into to seperate blasts that move away from the user at a 45 degree angle in either way, protecting them from ever getting hit. The rank of the technique is equal to the rank of the technique it is being used against.
Name: Rebound Slash Rank: C-A Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: This technique allows one to strike an object/projectile etc., with a blade that is infused with chakra. In this way it is possible to completely switch the momentum and send it back at the opponent. Of couse, large scale attacks or attacks that take up a large area or have special effects besides just being projectiles will be exceptions. The rank of the technique is equal to the rank of the technique it is being used against.
Name: Horizon Slash Rank: B Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: The user will bring the blade from one point to a linear point across the body in any particular direction. The focused slash is very quick and hard to avoid; When performed correctly, the user can cut through even steel with this one slash which only requires alittle chakra to re-enforce the blade. Name: Mark of Experience Rank: E-S Type:Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: This technique is a supplementary only possible within ranks of the users range, thus individuals with lower rank are restricted to those ranks of use. The Mark of Experience allows the user to predict dodge and counter techniques that they have seen before more accurately. This will make any technique 50% less effective once seen. However, it is only able to practice this resistance with jutsu equal or lesser then the users rank.

| Kenjutsu/Genjutsu Name: Illusion Blade Rank: B Type: Genjutsu/Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a technique in which uses sight as a cue to trigger genjutsu. At anytime, after activating this technique, should the opponent/target be looking at the blade, it becomes possible to use Genjutsu/Kenjutsu combinations without the prior need for hand signs. Only one technique per post can be accomplished without handsigns in this way, however. The blade used must be at least B-ranked or higher in order to be used with this technique.
Name: Dimension Slash Rank: C Type: Genjutsu/Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a technique in which the user will cast a genjutsu upon the opponent. To the opponent, the user will seemingly disappear. The user must then use a single kenjutsu technique, and upon doing so they will become visible to the opponent once more. If the user doesn't use the kenjutsu technique within a single post of afflicting the opponent with the genjutsu, the genjutsu will wear off and the user will become visible to the opponent once again. Can only be used on a single target at a time.
Name: Spectre Blade Rank: C Type: Genjutsu/Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a technique in which the user will cast a genjutsu upon the opponent. To the opponent, the users body will seemingly flicker and they will, a second later, feel as though they had been struck with a blade. The illusion includes all sort of basic slashes and the opponent feels pain on an illusionary level. Once successfully cast and used, the genjutsu will wear off, but the pain from the experience will be very 'real' as if feels like being struck successfully with a C-ranked kenjutsu, despite any armor or resistance the opponent might have. No actual physical damage is cause, however, which may lead the opponent to question the difference between actual sword strikes and illusionary ones.
Name: AfterImage Rank: D Type: Genjutsu/Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: This technique is a more advanced form of the bushin in which a targeted opponent will be made to see after images of the user. Once cast, the genjutsu lasts until released or broken, however the rank is relativity low and can be broken by most individuals. Almost at any time when the user is moving they can leave behind an illusionary copy of themselves in the opponents mind that fade in a single post. These however are illusionary, and upon attempting to touch said afterimages, one will physically pass through them.
Name: Slight of Hand Blade Rank: C Type: Genjutsu/Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a simple genjutsu in which the users blade will seemingly disappear from use; in fact, if the user is holding the sword, it will appear to the opponent as if his hand is loose. In this way, they can attack with an 'invisible' blade. Not only that, but though the brain is being tricked to not see the sword, they can still literally see it, and are thus still subject to the illusionary blade technique.
Name: Split Vision Rank: C-B Type: Genjutsu/Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a genjutsu in which the user will cast upon a single target. The user will seem to split or separate into eight or sixteen illusionary clones of himself that surround the opponent in a circle. Only one of these is real. They will all either scatter/flee to escape, move about him quickly to confuse, or rush from all angle to overwhelm. The technique ends should the user take damage, or two posts have lapsed.
Name: Phantasm Blade Rank: C Type: Genjutsu/Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a genjutsu technique in which the user will cast upon a single target. The user will seem to split into three separate individuals in a perpendicular line facing the target. Two of these are illusions while one of them is real (must be stated which one is real). They will then rush forward toward the opponent and perform an attack, however only one of the attacks is real. Defending against a fake attack will result in getting hit by a real one. Once the technique is used the genjutsu is released. It will also release if the user takes damage during, or in one posts time.
Name: Sounds Mind, Sound Body Rank: C Type: Genjutsu/Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a supplementary technique that comes from the discipline and training of both Genjutsu and Kenjutsu. The user will be mentally sound and focused, staying in control of their feelings and emotions, they can thus keep focused even when under extreme stress or strain, both mental and physical. In most cases, this means the user can prevent himself from flinching or yielding to illusions, pain, threats, etc.,
Name: Sounds Mind, Sound Body 2.0 Rank: C Type: Genjutsu/Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a supplementary effect which takes advantage of the users Kenjutsu and Genjutsu traits. One can mask their chakra be storing it as Stamina (Mental/Spiritual and Physical energy) in their body and then create and channel chakra as needed. Thus the user can mask their chakra efficiently and still use techniques as needed.

The D-ranked form is limited to small objects no bigger then 3.5 feet, however, the C-ranked form can make objects of bout 7 feet disappear from the opponents site. The object will remain 'invisible' until either the opponent releases the technique or another sense of the opponent interacts with the object. Aka, if they have another way of seeing the object, such as smell or feel, they will also be able to see it. Thus, if the object is a weapon and the weapon hits the opponent, they will be able to see the weapon after being hit.

As a result, minor pressure on the skin of the opponent will feel painful; as if pushing on a bruised area. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.
Name Ishiki Art: Sensory Safeguard Rank C Type Genjutsu Element N/A Description This is a supplementary technique to those in the Ishiki clan that takes place in the brain. It is possible to cast it upon ones self or as a buff to a single target/ally. This technique prevents any one sense from being overwhelmed mentally and physically if need be, by allocating chakra as a buffer to prevent damage. For example, if one was hypersensitive in one sense in particular, that sense could not be taken advantage of to be damaged; with that said, ones normal senses can not be overloaded by external sources. Any physical damage that would result from such a thing would be counteracted with chakra automatically - for example, chakra strengthening the ear drum to prevent damage to it.

This can only be used in 1v1 battle situations. With this technique, both the user and the opponent will be placed in an unconscious state in which their real bodies stop moving from the position that they were in. In the illusion however, the battle continues, and the two individuals will continue to fight. The genjutsu will end in 4posts time automatically, or if one of the two combatants is defeated. Everything within the illusion is to scale of the real world. No genjutsu can be cast while in the illusion. No phyiscal or mental damage is done to either the opponent or the user as a result of this technique. When the genjutsu is broken, the battle will continue where it left off; mainly used for gathering information. While the genjutsu lasts 4 posts time, in real life only 3 seconds will have passed.
Name Kai-trap Rank C Type Genjutsu Element N/A Description This is a genjutsu that sits dormant in the mind of the opponent after cast. The opponent will thus have no way of detecting whether or not they are under the effect of said genjutsu (unless with some special ability that allows them to do so). If the opponent attempt to kai on a C ranked and up genjutsu, the kai will fail and any genjutsu will be unharmed. The opponent will be unable to use Kai again until their next post.

| Name: Ishiki Mask - White Disappear Appearance: A blank white mask that covers the entire face like a fencing mask. (Kenjutsu Excessory) Rank: A Special Abilities: The Ishiki mask is a form of fencing mask and is thus exclusive to the Kenjutsu art. It is made even more exclusives in its effect as the one wearing the Ishiki mask will lose their sense of sight, smell, taste and hearing. These senses will be locked in an unusable, unmanipulatable state until the Ishiki mask is removed. However, all mental and physical energy that was needed by those senses is channeled to ones own chakra reserves, their speed and strength; increasing each by 40%. Not only does one gain this physical boost, but the front of the mask acts like a breathing mask, allowing one to breathe in almost any environment. Finally, the breathing device itself is funneled up and back through the lining of the mask as if it were hollow. The result of so many reverberation within the mask itself cause ones voice to emit a infrasound wave upon talking. This wave passes through physical matter and is not heard by the human ear alone. Thus, as one speakes, this infrasound waves can be focused, giving one the ability to use genjutsu or illusions simply by stating the name of the illusion within hearing distance of the opponent. Origin: The Ishiki mask was an 'ancient' technology, lost in a ruin of the old Ishiki clan. It was one of many technologies created by the Ishiki clan that were considered hidden gems and arts of genius at the time. To keep them secret they were however for the most part destroyed during the destruction the Ishiki clan. A single mask was covered by Tousen upon his voyages in between missions, he took it home with him, where his brother; the only other known living Ishiki blood member, discovered its use. He then gave refurbished it and its powers, giving it back to Tousen after training him in it's use.

While the opponent’s attack hit’s the afterimage, the user will waste no time in finishing the opponent from behind them. Only possible if one can anticipate the move behind them.
Name: Zetsumei Enkatsu no Giri- Death’s Harmony Rank: A Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a technique in which the user slashes so quickly that they appear as though they are split into different beings upon attacking giving one the ability to visually slash in up to five directions at a single instant; however, the most slashes used, the more space they occupy and thus more opportunity for counter attack form external sources.
Name: Odoyoumei no Giri- Ode to Order Rank: B Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: The user will use another weapon of bracer to block and parry an opponents weapon, sword, or physical attack. As the attack is blocked, one will crouch down and slash at the opponents midsection/torso with their free hand.
Name: Baree no Giri - Balled of Sorrow Rank: A Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: A form of fencing stance in which the user will keep their arms relaxed and extended, toward the opponent for range, they thus attack with tensed flicks of the wrist like a conductor. Any such attacks with this form are considered ‘C’ ranked kenjutsu attacks. However the primary use of this technique is the damage/destruction of items. Any item struck with the ‘Balled of Sorrow’ that is ‘C’ ranked or down will be considered broken. Any item struck with the ‘Balled of Sorrow’ will be considered one rank lower as a result. This effect can be stacked and weapons weakened until eventually broken.
Name: Bakemono Seimitsu no Giri - Phantom Minuet Rank: B Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a powerful stabbing motion in which one muscles generate a cannon like burst of energy from the end of the blade by brute force alone. One will thrust their blade forward toward the target sending the concussive wave (about 1meter in radius) toward the opponent; nearly unseen by the naked eye. Upon contact, the concussive force can generate an impact of explosive quality.
Name: Doragon Borero no Giri - Dragon’s Bolero Rank: B Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: The user will place their blade into their dominant hand, while their other hand grasps the wrist of their strong hand in order to steady it. The user will then flex their dominant hand causing their grip on the blade to tense. As a result, the blade itself will build in friction with the air around it. Not only does this allow the user to nullify the effects of piercing/vibrating techniques, but any solid objects struck with the blade will light on fire with a blue flame as a result of hyper friction.
Name: Otaki Serena-Do no Giri - Cascading Serenade Rank: B Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: This technique has two forms, both consisting of a downward slashing motion. While standing the user will swing their blade to the ground, sending a wave of brute strength along the surface, crumbling the ground for about 20meters in front of ones self; possibly damaging foes with the jagged rocks burst forth from the ground. It also causes the collapse of caverns or tunnels underground doing critical damage to those underground by not only crushing them with the force of a cave in but possibly burying them alive in the process. The second form is in the air, in which the user will wing their sword vertically, using the momentum of gravity with the powerful swing as a divebomb area attack option.
Name: Akumu Yasoukyoku no Giri -Nightmare Nocturne Rank: B Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: This technique rapidly thrusts the blade at the opponent in fencing like drives at different points. This technique is so quick that it appears as if the user has multiple arms at once attacking the opponent. It is possible to hit the opponent eight times in a single second with this technique, making retreating the best option of escape.
Name: Touji Zensou no Giri - Reigning Prelude Rank: B Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: This technique is usually the first kenjutsu move used in which the user reaches across their body to unsheathe their sword, generating a powerful bladed shockwave that can cut through almost every natural substance in existence with the exception of materials equal to or harder then steel. This can also be used by sheathing and then unsheathing ones sword.
Name: Lion’s Song Rank: A Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a powerful Kenjutsu technique that takes full advantage of the potential of the speed and strength of the user. The user will step forward and slash the opponent with incredible force mid dash. While incredibly fast, it is possible to block it with a defensive technique, however, the technique is faster then a single hand sign and an attempt to defend with a chakra based attack will most likely fail. Considered the most powerful simple Kenjutsu technique, able to cut through steel and even damage titanium. The user must be within 10meters of the target in order to successfully use this technique.
Name: T-on Yurushi no Giri - Note of Forgiveness Rank: S Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is the most powerful technique in which the user will literally slash the air many times faster then the speed of sound, causing a powerful shockwaves as their develop into a sonic boom like projectile; only seen as waves of compressed sound. The shockwave itself has no cutting potential but causes a concussive force strong enough to topple entire forests; about 100meters long and 20meters wide in potential area of attack. If that wasn’t bad enough, the roar of sound as a result to the sonic boom is enough to stun opponents to the point of being unable to even dodge the attack. Ishiki IllusionsName: Saido Metsubou - Two Pronged Sensory Collapse Rank: B Type: Genjutsu Element: N/A Description: With this technique the user can cause two of the opponents senses to fail. The two designated sense will no longer work for as long the genjutsu is active.
Name: Sankai Metsubou - Three Pronged Sensory Collapse Rank: A Type: Genjutsu Element: N/A Description: With this technique the user can cause three of the opponents senses to fail. The three designated sense will no longer work for as long the genjutsu is active.
Name: Kage Genshin - Shadow Illusion Clone Rank: A Type: Genjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a complicated illusion in which the user creates a clone in the opponents mind. This clone is a copy of the user and realistically replicates all aspects of the user; the user can even see and control their clone if need be. The target, if ignorant to the false hood of the 'clone' can fight the 'clone' as if it were real; his blows upon him will feel as though they connect, and any blows done by the clone will cause illusionary pain based upon the laws of physics. The clone, however, is technically indestructible, as it only exists in the mind of the opponent until the jutsu is broken. Any illusionary pain will not break this illusion. While using this technique, the user cannot use any other jutsu, and will force to maintain a meditative state while the technique is active. The user can at any time release the technique and break the illusion on the opponent.
Name: Tebiki Maindo - Focus Enhancement Rank: A Type: Genjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a technique that boosts the difficulty of any given illusion by one rank for three turns time. The user will cast the supplementary effect and for the next three turns any C ranked and down illusions cast will be treated as though they were one rank higher. For example, say a 'C' ranked genjutsu was used within the given time frame; it would be treated as though it were a 'B' ranked illusion until broken.
Name: Asai Maindo - Shallow Mind Illusion Rank: C Type: Genjutsu Element: N/A Description: This technique specifically targets the memory of the opponent, placing a mental block that disallows the opponent from using any techniques know by the user. If the user knows the technique and can actively use it in battle, then the opponent under the influence of the Asai Maindo will be unable to use it.
Name: Yurasu Maindo - Mind Resonate Rank: A Type: Genjutsu Element: N/A Description: With the Yurasu Maindo, one can use two 'C' ranked for down genjutsu in the same instance; casting them both upon the opponent in that instance. Both will be treated as a single illusion however and still considered 'C' ranked, thus both released at the same rate of difficulty.
Name: Shuuritsu Maindo - Barrier Rendering Rank: A Type: Genjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a technique in which any given genjutsu will stack upon the next. The Shuuritsu Maindo has two effects. The first causes genjutsu to stack upon each other. One can, for 1.5x the cost of the jutsu, place the illusion in the subconscious of the opponent that will activate automatically when the active illusion is broken. Every time an illusion is broken, the next illusion set in place will activate automatically (thought he user will have had to prep the technique before hand). The second effect of the Shuuritsu Maindo prevents any given 'kai' technique from breaking more then one illusion. If three illusions are plaguing an opponent then attempt to kai will only result in the release of the first chronological illusion that was cast. This is a supplementary passive effect, while the first effect is an active technique.
Name: Yuuryou Maindo - Gripping Plague Rank: A Type: Genjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a technique that places the responsibility of an illusion upon the opponent, and is a supplementary active technique that can be activated as an 'add on' effect to any genjutsu by paying 1.5x the amount of chakra it would take to use originally. On going illusions that drain the chakra of the user as they are used are placed upon the opponent and thus they will pay their own chakra to maintain the illusion. Not only will the illusion itself be taxing, but their own chakra will slowly be lost to maintain it. The opponent will, however, not feel the effects of loss of chakra until the Yuuryou Maindo is broken. As a result,however, the given illusion can be released with a 'kai' at any level of difficulty.
