Name: Shira Name
Age: 12
Gender: Female
Village: Sand
Rank: Genin
Physical Appearance:
Shira has pearl-like white hair and bright violet eyes. She wears a black kimono and carries two fans which are used to manipulate water. She can occasionally be seen repainting the sides of her fans; they are never the same pattern two weeks in a row.

Element: Water-Acheived
Wind-Unacheived
Weapon of Choice: Fans, Hapkido, Aikido
Fighting Type: (Main) Ninjutsu and (Sub) Taijutsu
Background:
Pre Academy
Shira was found in the desert, starving and dehydrated, by a nonspecific Jounin as a little girl. Pity was taken on her and she was allowed into the Sand village. She could not remember her name, nor her history and received the name 'Shira' because of her white hair.
Although many of the villagers treated Shira as an outcast, she quickly settled in and felt at home in Suna. Though life was hard for her, she was happy to have as home at all. She promised herself that a place where she was alone could become a place where she had friends that were like a familly to her.
Academy
After a year in Suna, Shira started to develop an interest in finding fragments of her past. In order to do so she became a shinobi, hoping to set a spark that would trigger old memories to return to her. As she flew through the courses in the Academy, she hadn't remembered a bit of her past, but discovered she had a talent for both Ninjutsu and Taijutsu.
Even though she started the academy when she was ten, she managed to fly through the courses and finish a year earlier than most of the students her age.
Genin
There's not much to say, she only recently became a shinobi and hasn't been on any major missions yet. Sofar it's only been training and oddjobs for her.

Jutsu:
Basic Jutsu:
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)
Rank: E
Description:
This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise, which Sasuke has done twice in the anime. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.
Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique)
Rank: E?
Description:
This is the version we see Naruto use where the clones are solid and can disrupt the enviroment.
Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu (Escape Technique)
Rank: E
Type: Basic Skill
Description:
A basic jutsu, this jutsu allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up.
Name: Mizu Kisoku no Jutsu – Water Breathing Technique
Rank: C
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Water
Description: This jutsu allows a ninja to use chakra to extract oxygen from water and to block too much water from entering the lungs by forming a barrier around the bodily openings (nose, mouth, skin pores, etc). This jutsu negates certain water jutsu that rely on suffocation to kill and lasts for 20 posts.
Custom Jutsu =D (Does this have to be approved seperately? If so I'll move it.)
Name: Blooming Lotus
Rank: C
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Water
Description:
Using her fans to increase the power of her her water manipulation after an almost untracebly fast handsign, Shira generates water that soaks into the ground, and 'blooms' around her enemy. After blooming the petals fold, the water is extremally dense and plows them into the ground if aimed correctly. Unfortunately the jutsu takes a lot of concentration and can't be used in utter pandemonium. There is also a slim chance to escape the jutsu if the target is not in the center of the lotus.
