Training a new technique [ No one join ]

The day was calm.It was sunny too, actually, it was a hell.The sun was provocking big heat waves, making everyone sweat, making lakes beeing used alot, but of course, alot of other stuff.The wind was strong, but it was a soft breeze that shortened the heat sometimes.The weather resumidely was hot, was hell.Vergil, had suffered this heat waves for days now that he was a missing-nin, and he was wondering on a way he could use to get water from anywhere and to help him take of the heat.

He had his hair pulled back, in a spiky style.He was wearing his normal, long blue jacket, with a red part in the end, and some golden draws on it.He had a blue undershirt hiding his full musculed body he worked to obtain.He had a pair of blue jeans, and some long brown boots.He was sweating, not alot, since he could control himself, and he had found a small river when he was going up the mountain.That's when he got the idea to absorv water from the ground.

He first stoped and looked at the ground, focusing chakra to his palms, he first executed the suiton handseals, and he slowly tryed to absorv water from the ground, but it failed badly.He wasn't sure on how to do it, so he first started by slaming his chakra focused hands against the ground and try to lift the water from there, using that source.It failed at first, but after several trys, he managed to do it once.He was able to focuse some water particles on his hands.

He then threw the water he had catched over his head and body, cooling off.He was starting to get tired, and doing these chakra exercises tired him, since this was gonna be a strong technique.He even had a name for it, he just couldn't do it yet.He kept trying and trying until he was able to get alot of more water from the ground, but of course, the water would come to his hands, after each try, smaller.Since the ground has limited water.He then decided to go to other part of the mountain.

He arrived the other side of the mountain, and strangely it was clear.It didn't had one single rock, or a tree, anything, just the solid western type of ground.Vergil stoped there and started making handseals."Suiton!Daichi Mizu Houmen!"After saying these words, he focused chakra to his hand.And after expeling the chakra in a wave, the water started coming out of the ground, slowly, piece by piece, in the end creating a giant water quantity in his hands, which he used to refresh himself from the heat.

He then tryed to think of a way to take the water out without expeling the chakra in a shockwave, since in the worst scenario, it could hit him.So he though of something, if the chakra focused is strong enough, it can make the water come out.So, Vergil started focusing chakra, not alot, but yet, the chakra he focused was strong.He then made the handseals, and said the same words again."Suiton!Daichi Mizu Houmen!"And after these words, the water came out.

Vergil plan was cleared, he had accomplished a new jutsu.This technique was hard to execute and to learn but in the end it all came out perfectly fine.But to be sure, he decided to do the technique.After focusing chakra, he made the handseals and said the same words again."Suiton!Daichi Mizu Houmen!"And then, the water started coming out of the ground directly to his hand.Then, he stoped the chakra flow, making the water fall over his body, his hair falling forward slowly.

He then decided to get out of there.He was soaking wet, but he didn't minded with that, after all, the heat wave was giant, but now, whenever there was ground with water, he could absorv it and let it fall over his body, cooling him.He flipped his hand up, pushing his hair back, making it get spiky again, his favorite hairstyle.Then he turned back on the mountain he had been training.He picked up Yamato from the ground and started walking away slowly, in peace.
