With either hand, the user will snap their fingers, causing a spark that will generate a small, near harmless flame. The fire is only capable of minor burns that will cause reddening. The real use of this jutsu is that the sparking that generates the flame will instantly catch the attention of anyone facing in that general direction. The eyes are innately drawn to the small flame.
