Jutsu Name:Violent lightning dragon

Jutsu Description:The first part of a two part jutsu,His hands begin to crackle with lightning.Then with a loud yell he forces the chakra from his body and sends forth a large bolt of lightning that quickly takes form of a serpentine dragon.Flying towards the boulders he moves the dragon with all his control.The dragon crashes through the flying boulders,Crashing into the ground below with a large burst of electrical charka shooting in all directions.Dissipating 3 seconds after impact.He lands breathing heavily,His smile returning as he stands from kneeling


Role-playing example of the jutsu in action:The 3 konoah genin tracking his movements suddenly move in front of the lone stone genin. Thair actions lead vallen to believe he will have to fight so he wasts no time and gets ready to fight.Knowing a prolonged battle is not in his favor,He opts to end it quickly

His hands move with a blur as he makes his hand seals.The seals crackle with energy.The genin all rush him,Just as he planned,One of the konoha genin then breaks rank and hides."It's too late for him"With the thought his hands scream forth a serpentine dragon made of lightning.It moves quickly towards the Rushing konoha genin.With a blood curdling scream it hits the first 2 sending lightning through there entire body's.Focusing on his attack he changes the course of the dragon to strike down on the head of the 3rd genin.It crashes down with a violent explosion of electrical chakra.(to be continued in thunderous applause)

Jutsu Description:It is the second part of the 2 part jutsu It sends the explosion hurling back into the opponent.Quelling the explosion making it less noticeable.

The last genin feeling the dragon crash into him screams out but survives barely.He lies on back with most of his body still smoking as he notices His target forming more hand signs.

As soon as the hand deals are done the extra lightning that shot out from the jutsu furiously slams back down onto the genin putting him out of his misery.The electricity that was the explosion being forced into the konoha genin.

where do the flying boulders come from?

I made them boulders...but thought i changed it to rocks since boulders might be a bit too much...Sorry

but where do they come from? This isn't explained in the description.

ITs just part of the terrain....Please don't make me go back and type more......

Please describe the jutsu as if there was no terrain... what would you do if you used this technique on water? or on sand?

It would do the same thing..Cept with Water it would go through the entire body of water.....Since thats what lightning does...With water he wouldn't be able to do the second part(Thunderous applause)

actually. water is an incredibly poor conductor. For instance, if lightning strikes a lake, the only fish that would die would have to be within 5 feet of the surface. only those within 15 feet of the surface would feel anything at all.
