new appreance in konoha ~P~

The sun was up and it was a hot sweety day. Not to much wind blew as the heat from the over head sun shone over the whole area. The ground was moist and wet from a rain that occured a few hours ago, but the insane heat had pickd up from that time and now it was hot and humid with a stench about the ground. Every where was muddy and slimy.And with the lack of wind provided it was not something you wanted to get caught with no water in. Small animals ran about looking for shade as insects could be seen running about under dried leaves and such. The trees lookd deyadrated and wilted witha sad expression in them, if trees could be sad. But the village of konoha was still as busy as ever.

Maxtio was walking from the water country an was extremly tired.The gint axe on his back wasexasting to carr yand ade the trip very unberable. the fie day long treck made it so pinfull tat he sometmes wonered wh he carrid it. but this weapon was his love, what made him whohe was and he woul dnever part wit hit. Upon ereaching the dirt path that h eknew led righ tinto the gates f konoha h stopped and took asmallbreath. He was going t otry a simple way into konoha, with a walk in and smile, hsi headband secretly hidden under his vest. He wasgoing ot spend some time here an dhpefully have a little fun at that. Ater the short time of cacting hisbreath h stood up and contiued on his march.

The large green gates to konh stood open in front of him. It seemed noinja where comeing in and out for missions today, but the watch towers where gaurded, and the gate post was maned by to shinobi. As a large group of visiting merchants passed by Maxtio saw this as his chane to enter in the village. A group of abouttwenty or so people arrived at the gate an stopped. Maxtio was now in is group. Hesnuck his way into the ceter of the group and walked along likeit was nothing, smileing the whole time at the pople beside him. A man at the frnt of the goup, maybe th eleader, stoped at the ninja post an handed a papert othe t omen, the whole while maxtio tried to keep from looking at them. The grou oon staedback up after they psse dunder the gate, haveing approval to be allowe din the vllage.Maxtio wasin, and no was time to split from the group. As many o the merchnts walked into the centerof own maxtio broke off into anotherpart of town, staying well hidden n the sadows hopeing not to beseen.

The sound of Orito jumping from roof to roof was a quite wind. He was silent. But the silence was soon broken by a loud thunderous noise of breaking glass. Orito turned around as he saw Shunsuu leap out of the Hokage’s office window and follow Orito’s path towards the village gates. Orito sighed, Shunsuu was becoming bothersome. Orito saw Shunsuu catching him. “You owe me a new window kid” Orito yelled out to him scattering away from the genin. Orito kept scattering across the roof tops as he got closer to the gates. He stopped hiding behind a water tank on the roof of a house.

He looked down to the mysterious merchant who had separated himself from the rest of the group. Orito quickly pulled a single hand sign and transformed himself into Shunsuu. He looked exactly like the genin now. Orito then pulled another hand sign and made a clone of himself, which was Shunsuu. Orito quickly transformed back into himself and prepared his attack. He drew out a kunai spinning it around his finger before gripping it tightly. The real Shunsuu was still a bit of a distance away. Orito quickly sent the clone out. The clone jumped out of the building roof top, yelling in attack formation as he was sending a kick towards the mysterious merchant. The merchant would most likely assume and attack position and kill the clone. But that wasn’t Orito’s plan. Orito used the Body Flicker Technique to quickly move behind the merchant before he could move.

Next second Orito was standing directly behind the merchant with a kunai across his throat. “Whats your business here?” asked Orito in a very firm tone. He looked over to two chuunin guards who were beginning to run towards the scene. Orito signaled them not to come any closer due the chances of the danger of this man. Orito looked over to his clone of Shunsuu which let itself disappear into a puff of smoke. Orito was pleased with the quick success of his offensive maneuver.

Shunsuu hurried towards the scene as Orito yelled at him about paying for the windows. He was going to remark that the Hokage could pay for his own windows but before he got the opportunity, he saw that the Hokage had quickly henged - into Shunsuu himself - and was now confronting the suspicious merchant with the axe guitar. "Henging into me of all people, is he trying to piss me off for breaking his windows?" said Shunsuu quietly to himself as he decided to view the action from a safe but short distance. The Hokage seemed to have it handled so there was really no need for him to get involved but if the merchant tried to escape, then he'd help out to prevent the suspicious person from getting away.

He hid himself in the shadows of another building before forming a few handseals. Holding the rat seal, he used the Nara clan's signature jutsu: Kage Mane No jutsu. The shadow of the builidings provided plenty of material to work with and his own shadow crept around the buildings to surround the suspicious merchant in a radius. Using the cover of other shadows such as that of the buildings, his own shadow would not be seen and he would perhaps be able to strike by surprise as well as prevent escape.

Description: The Shadow Imitation Technique allows the user to extend their shadow for as far as it has sufficient area. Once it comes into contact with a target's shadow, the two merge and the target is forced to imitate the user's movements. Therefore, the two can throw shuriken at each other at the same time if the user desires that. (Of course, to prevent hurting themselves, the user just has to have the shuriken holster in a place where you don't normally have it, like the back.) If the target is out of range, the user can produce a better light source to increase their shadow's size or rely on preexisting shadows for their shadow to freely travel through.

The major downside of the Shadow Imitation is that it is tiring to use repeatedly; Hidan notes that the ability is subject to some form of diminishing return and decreases in potency after repeated use. If the user is low on chakra, the performance rate of the technique also deteriorates. Insufficient lighting will make the jutsu less effective. A particularly strong opponent can also resist the shadow's forced imitation.

Shikaku Nara calls this jutsu by its old name: the Shadow Bind Technique (影縛りの術, Kage Shibari no Jutsu; English TV "Shadow Paralysis Jutsu"). The old version simply paralyzed the target. The imitation aspect was apparently added sometime between Orochimaru's defection from Konoha and his later invasion of the village.

By now most of the merchants that maxtio had entered with were all gone, scattered otu into the distance and among the village, but he was on a different path. These merchants were just here to do work and bussiness in the village, makeing some money to feed their families and do there honest job, they never even realized that tey were to tool to assist a missing ninja enter the village. A grin spread across his face as he applauded himself on the susscesfull entrence into konoha. He was not one to try and cause a great commotion, he actually liked it calm and quiet, but he was afraid it was abotu to get the oppisite. The villagers were not quick to stay quiet if found, most likely he was spotted at the gate and the hokage already knew of his stay here. That was what maxtio feared.

And his fears were exact. But he was not sue of that, because what took place was not what he had expected at all. He was going at a steady pace, walking behind a group of bulidings when a figure jumped down to him, angery and ready to strike. He looked about to size and age of a small child, genin rank if anything. look ki... Maxtio tryed to venture a sentence but he was disrupted by another figure behind him, he could not see him but figured it was another small genin. And then the one in front of him dissapread in a puff of smoke. so a clone ehh. Thought maxtio to himself. “Whats your business here?”Was the statement said to maxtio by the man behind him. He did not want to cause a fuss so he didnt do anything to rash. Well my kind fellow. I am here from water country, on a little bussiness you see, and i was hopeing to find an escort around this village. Maxtio was planing on telling half the truth to this man, but not everything. He wanted to stay alive yes, but also didnt want to ruin his visit in town. now i do not know you, but may we kindly talk before you attack me? Maxtio did a hand seal and held it, keeping it ready if needed.

"I'm the Hokage of this village, If you do not release your handsign immediately I will slit you throat. Release it now!" Orito demanded. He held the kunai firmly, keeping his eye on the man at all times. Meantime. Orito was sending bugs across the kunai and onto the man quietly. They begun slowly draining his chakra. But here hidden and spread out to make sure the man wouldn't notice. Orito was making sure his move was untraceable by the merchant and it wasn't. Orito took his eye off the merchant for a mere half a second. Noticing his headband. "If you are from the Water Country, why have you put a line through your village symbol on your headband. Like a missing ninja would do so"

Orito steadied himself again. Nodding over to Shunsuu to use the Shadow Technique on the merchant. "This shadow coming at you will not hurt you. This is make sure you do not pose a threat to our village. Let it hit you or you die where you stand. I will not hesitate to do what I must for my village" Orito held the kunai right next to the merchants throat. "Then we will talk" Orito was really saying. Then I will interrogate you.

As the Hokage nodded to him, Shunsuu immediately began to move his shadow towards the missing-nin. However instead of going straight for the man, Shunsuu opted to manipulate his shadow in a circular and spiral fashion so as to surround the man with his shadow and block off escape routes before making contact. The shadows from the nearby buildings gave him plenty of shadow to work with so that his shadow would not only easy reach the missing-nin but also chase him if it was necessary. If Kage Mane was successful, the missing-nin would be unable to move or use jutsu and would be reduced to mirroring Shunsuu's own movements.

If the so-called merchant decided to run away before the shadow reached him, he'd still have to run past the radius of the surrounding spiral shadow, and the moment he'd make the slightest contact with the shadow, his movements would be stopped as Kage Mane would once more be successful. Further more, if the merchant did manage to escape the shadow, the shadow would merely give chase and if necessary, Shunsuu would use some other sort of jutsu to support the Hokage.

Maxtio was a bit offended, he was asked to do alot of things he was not really keen on doing. First of all he was asked to lower his defene, release the jutsu, something that could be dangerous to the situation. Then he was asked to willing allow some other user to trap him in a technique and go willing. This was not his style, but after hearing it was the hokage who had attacked him and held the kuni to his throat. What a surprise, the hokage himself came to escort me around his village, how nice. Ofcourse he was being sarcastic and rudem but that was just his way of doing things. He looked about and felt the cold stell on his skin, so he released the seals and droped his hands, allowing the jutsu to stop and his chakra to re fill.

Next was to allow his capture, he was not so keen on this again, but he also did not want to make a scene around town and cause any unwanted trouble. So he stood in place and watched as a shadow snaked its way around him and insnared him. He could feel hi sbody go motionless and loss controlem he was trapped in this user jutsu. Ok mr hokage, lets talk. First of all im not here to assualt your village, true i am a mising ninja, but we arnt all bad, some of us actually have good intentions. I juts came to konoha to take a relaxing break and maybe supply my services to you and your shinobi. Maxtio was not really here to aid konoha, although if needed he woul dnot stop from supplying his needs, but he was not here to assualt or attack, simply to get away from the outside world.

The kunai fell from the missing ninja's neck and sat nicely in Orito's hand. Orito lowered his guard only the slightest, due to the missing ninja now being catch in Shunsuu's shadow technique. The missing ninja begun talking as Orito clenched his fist at the mans words. Orito didn't like being insulted. "You do not talk to me as Mr.Hokage...understood?" Orito said waving the kunai at the mans face again. Orito wanted to punch the man full throttle in the face.

"We can talk when we reach our location" Orito waved to Shunsuu and the two chuunin guards telling them to walk with Orito back to the Ninja Corps where the missing ninja would be put into solitary confinement so they could talk without the danger of the missing ninja attacking anybody. Orito turned back to the missing ninja for a moment. "By the way, I'm not escorting you. I'm how you would say...Capturing you" Orito smirked as he knew this would taunt the missing ninja.

Shunsuu chuckled quietly at the situation, he knew something like this was going to happen and he could only feel a mixture of pity and humour as he made himself move so as to force the missing-nin to follow the guards towards confinement. He held his seal carefully, although he wondered why the Hokage simply didn't knock the man out to be safe, sure it would require carrying the missing-nin, but it was a safer option incase something peculiar happened. "You should make me a chuunin just for helping you out," he said lazily, "It actually takes some chakra to hold him in my jutsu. Please make sure your bugs suck him dry." He knew about the fearsome abilities of the Aburame Clan that used bugs to drain the chakra of their opponents, furthermore the bugs were hard to detect and the process usually began before the opponents noticed. However, it didn't really matter now that the missing-nin was caught, the chances of escape were almost zero.

Short post, but not much to post really? Do we relocate to another topic?

The was a hint of humor in maxtio now. He had seemed to make the hokage angery by creating rude and sarcastic remarks. But this was maxtio, a smart mouth, back talking missing ninja, and he loved everything about himself. He didnt care what he was told by these so called supriors or what they thought of him, he wouldnt stop doing what he did. But he couldent help but to wonder what this man was going to do, i mean so far maxtio had done nothing to disrupt his village or even attack his name. All he wanted was a rest and vacation. But it was obvious he wasnt allowed to do that any more. Ok..Ok my Lord Hokage, can you ever forgive me for being such a smartass? Again maxtio coul dnot hold back a smile as he contiued the walk forcefuly. He was enjoying this a bit.I dont know, you say your capturing me, i feel like we are doing a little bonding...Huh huh, sounds good right?Maxtio as not sure just how far he could push this man but he was willing to try.

Then the small boy who had him trapped in the jutsu began to talk to him. As a vigilent ninja maxtio took in all of his words. Somthing about makeing this boy a chuunin because of all this hard work he had to do. This let maxtio know who he was up agaisnt. a hokag and a genin, so the weak point of this defense was the boy. Maxtio noted that and keep on going. But something else caught his ear. The boy mentioned something about the hokages bugs better suck him dry. Emditly a red flag went up in maxtois mind alerting him that he was already in danger. How could ehe not have felt that. Thi sman must have at some point slipped bugs into his clothing or onto his skin. and by no wthey must have been draining his chakra. There was still alot left in him due to the fact he could not feel weak or drained yet, but he knew with every passing second the situation grew worse. But what to do next? He knew that this boy was a genin now, and would use this agaisnt him. Sure the Shadow possion was a strong jutsu, butt it required chakra also, and a genin agasint a A-ranked missing ninja, he had the upper hand. So he began to struggle, trying to move his body enough to break the hold. The genin would haev to use more chakra to sustain him, or risk the hold breaking. Maxtio only hoped he had enough time, for this boy could not hold him much longer as he contiued to shake his body. It did not appear to be moveing, but still caused starin on the possion.

Orito didn't like the missing ninja's remarks. He had enough of it. Orito had placed the kunai back in his pouch as they kept walking through the village. They were walking down the side alleys of the village so they wouldn't get noticed and this also gave Shunsuu lots of shadow to work with. But being as untrustworthy as a regular missing ninja Orito heard some struggling going on. The missing ninja was trying to get Shunsuu to release the shadow possession technique. Orito's bugs had not yet sucked enough chakra for the Shunsuu to be able to hold the technique for a long time. The group stopped as Orito walked up to the man who was still struggling slightly, but Shunsuu was still in control. Orito pulled his right hand back and swung his fist at a great speed and force. Hitting the missing ninja to his knees. Orito knew that Shunsuu's movements would copy this, but at least he wouldn't feel the pain that the missing ninja was feeling.

Orito raised his hand inches from the missing ninjas face as the bugs swarmed to Oritos hand. "You try anything again, This boys will be sucking your chakra dry. Understood" Orito grabbed the man and stood him up again, as Shunsuu mirrored the movements. They began walking again.

As Shunsuu was walking, he quickly began to realise that the missing-nin had began to struggle against his Kage Mane no jutsu. It was annoying, and it meant that he had to expend more effort and chakra but for now, the missing-nin's struggle was futile so he had no worry. As he continued to control the technique, he saw that the Hokage had decided to punish the missing-nin for disobedience. The punch thrown, made Shunsuu move as well as his legs automatically buckled, mirroring the missing-nin's movements. It was lucky he didn't feel anything as he knew it was a hard punch. Once that incident was done and over, he automatically stood up once more and continued to walk.

"Hey, you want to know something about this jutsu?" he said to the missing-nin while walking, "I'll treat you to some knowledge for struggling against me. You probably know by now that you have to mirror my movements while in this jutsu and to an extent, the same occurs to me although you yourself can't move to exploit this. Heh, furthermore, it's not like I can't harm you, with this jutsu, sometimes it's better to be smaller than the opponent. Here I'll show you. Consider it a gift." When he finished talking, he suddenly stopped walking for a while, bent over and punched with all his strength down just before hitting the ground. The missing-nin on the otherhand, had longer arms as an adult, so while mirroring shunsuu's movements, he would inevitably punch the hard ground with all his force - causing pain to his fist. It was a small revenge, and Shunsuu's own punishment for the missing-nin trying to struggle against his jutsu. "Try struggling again and I'll show you my method of cutting off other people's hands while in the shadow bind. It's useful, they lose blood, feel pain and most of all can't use weapons and form handseals. Harsh but useful." Shunsuu merely continued walking as if nothing had happened but he wasn't the sort of person to go back on his promises, even if the Hokage advised against it, he'd make sure to carry out the threat.

Maxtio was pissed. His day seemed liek it was going to be a relaxing day, to sit back, maybe have a few drinks, and enjoy himself. but instead the hokage and his little henchman had to show up and burst his bubble. He had not even done anything wrong. sure he came in hidden, but the guards woul dhave stoped him other wise. He was tired of this mess and now it was getting even worse. He knew that he could get otu of this boys jusu, but with the hokage watching over it made it hard. He kept struggling a few minuets but failed to see the hokage swing at him in attempt to punish him for trying to break the jutsu. The kick to his knees sent him flying face down into the dirt, the pain shot up his legs and into his waist. He could barely see the boy out of his eye, as he to fell to the ground. but no pain found him, just maxtio.

After the two arose from the fall, the small genin boy stopped, thus stopping maxtio also. He was sure something bad was abotu to happen. The boy went on a rant for a second about the skill he had used, the thought it would be nice to punch at the ground. Haveing no way otu uof it maxtio also punched the ground, his fist meeting the dirt, the boys not long enough. This was bad, the pain shot up his arm and into his neck, the nuckles torn as blood dripped from his hand. He was angery. As they comtiued the walk the anger built up in him so much he burst. DAMIT, WHAT THE HELL HAVE I DONT TO YOU GUYS FOR THIS Poo, crap. I COME TO KONOHA TO RELAX AND SEE SOME FAMILY, AND I GET ATTACKED BY THE FUCKING HOKAGE. SOME LEADER YOU ARE! Maxtio knew that he would get punished for this also, btu he stopped caring, he was angry and upset and pissed off.

“Shunsuu leave the man be…” Orito told the young genin, as Orito turned back and started walking again he let out a small smile. Shunsuu would be a great shinobi in the future; maybe the young boy would shine in the field of interrogation, for he seemed pretty good at it. They continued to walk. They were nearing their destination when the missing ninja burst out yelled. Talking about how innocent he was and that he was being abused by the Hokage.

Orito had to deal with this; he decided he would take a different approach this time. He reached his hand out placing it on the missing ninja’s shoulder. As one single female bug ran across Orito’s hand and onto the man’s shoulder digging into his neck, which would cause a mere pinching pain. As it began sucking the man’s chakra slowly, but with the other fifteen or so bugs already on the man, the speed would quicken. “You don’t keep quite, I will send every male bug in my body out freely, they will swarm to the female bug I have just placed on you, and devour your chakra in less than thirty seconds” Orito dropped his hand from the man and folded his arms. “If you choose to cooperate, you will not be hurt, or treated like a criminal or you can act like a rebel and I let my young friend here cut off your hands” Orito continued walking almost at their destination.

"Alright, I was just trying something new out," replied Shunsuu as he ignored the missing-nin and continued to walk, "Besides, you're way more harsh than me, threatening to devour his chakra and all that with your swarm of bugs." As he was walking, he was starting to get bored, wondering when they would finally get to their destination. The distance probably wasn't too far now that they had done a bit of walking but the boredom made time pass slower and slower. He looked around a bit and then noticed the missing-nin's peculiar weapon. He had seen it before from the Hokage's office but on closer observation, it looked more like a guitar of some sort than a battle axe. "Hmm, maybe we should get rid of his weapon and destroy it," he said to the Hokage, "If it's a musical instrument then it could mean he uses sound jutsu."

He raised his arm and moved his hand to the back of the body, carefully observing the missing-nin who was forced to replicate his movements. When he saw the missing-nin's hands touch the guitar, Shunsuu grasped air with his hands and held his fist tightly, making Maxtio grab onto the guitar-axe and pulling it out. "Nice guitar, do you like it?" asked Shunsuu who then moved his right arm to an horizontal position across his body, his muscles tensing to hold the position, "Man I'm bored so let's play a game. The guitar looks pretty heavy so I'll make you hold it with your arm outstretched to the side of your body. The longer you hold it, the more it's going to hurt and it's tiring but if you drop it then I'm going to destroy your weapon. Basically, if you can hold it by the time we get to our destination, you win our little game and if you don't then you lose your guitar."

Maxtio was not happy at all, but he wasnt stupid either and saw that he was in a bad postion. So he would simply go along with these two until they got to where they where going, then explain he meant no harm. He would comply with their request as best he could. In ruth, he did not want to fight these two, so he shut his mouth.

But then the boy tried a little game on him. Moving his arm to pick up his axe guitar, he knew this genin was going to try and smash his guitar.Look little boy, i can hol dthis guitar for hours, so unless we walk around the village all day, i can manage.

After a while of Shunsuu's game with the missing ninja, Orito decided to put a stop to it. "Shunsuu enough we have reached our destination" Orito walked into the building with Shunsuu as the two chuunin guards went back to their command posts at the village gates. The missing ninja was put into a special room and strapped into a chair. By this time Orito's bugs had drained so much of the missing ninja's chakra, that he wouldn't even be able to perform any jutsu.

"Here you will be interrogated by the Anbu. Where they will then report to me what you know. It would be best to cooperate so then you can be set free as quickly as possible. If your not since as a threat" Orito took the mans guitar and stripped him of all weapons and tools. Orito placed it all on a room away from the interrogation room. Orito entered the room again and commanded Shunsuu to leave the room. "Answer their questions, don't have an attitude, you will be out here soon if you obey"

Orito left the room and gave a brief yet detailed description to the two Anbu that would be interrogating the man. Robin Kaguya, leader of Anbu Black Ops and Ayumu Peinto, Co-Leader of the Anbu Black Ops. After the discussion of why the missing ninja was here and the akatsuki letter. Orito left the building with Shunsuu for the Anbu to continue what the Hokage and young genin had started.
