Looks: Despite his status as an infamous shinobi, his appearance was not the most intimidating, beyond the intensity of his eyes. While living in Konoha, he would regularly have a gentle and caring look in his eyes. After joining the academy, he would regularly have a stern look to them. He was a fairly tall shinobi, whose basic appearance was very much like the rest of his family.

His eyes are the same as all the member's of his family members, grey. This young man wears no such ninja gear and prefers to were a black suit with black and white squares of his collared shirt. He's skin color is fairly toned, and his hair is also grey.

Personality: Ryo had always been mysterious, and had acted as though he was hiding his true self. He possessed incredible self-control of his emotions. He constantly displayed an emotionless personality. He only showed surprise when opponents proved more powerful or skilled than he had expected, and even then he didn't lose his composure. He did not possess any arrogance, and fully justified any statements he made about his power, even complimenting his opponents at times on their abilities.

Though he's not afraid to show his emotions when the moment calls for it, and is entirely capable of crying or losing his temper. Funny, lovable, caring, creative, natural, calm are all some of his characteristics.

In addition to being an extremely young child, Ryo had equally impressive intelligence, and was shown to be very wise. He was exceedingly sharp and observant to any situation at hand, as he was rarely surprised or caught off guard. He also displays great intuition, as he was almost never deceived and even then almost instantly realized the truth.

Ryo, had no enjoyment of violence or combat, instead preferring to avoid battle or, if this was not possible, end it as quickly as he could.

Background Information

Up in the far north of Konoha lived a people known as the Takeshi, a clan that was just a family really, they had ancestors, children, fathers, mothers, and no special bloodline traits. They were merely the owners of a farm at the base of one of the largest mountains in the land owned by Konoha; they also owned a Hot Spring and numerous little buildings, for they were a wealthy family. But because of their vast wealth Ryo was often sheltered as a child, being unable to do much except go out to school for a few hours at a time, where he did excel at all subjects academic. He had friends come over and they would play games, like sword fights with wooden swords and playing ninja, but he knew he would never grow up to be either of those things; of course that's what he thought.

One dark night a rebellion seemed to be happening in the land of Fire, as soldiers stormed the estate and town, bring out all families in the dark night. They stood them in a line and would yell loudly, demanding to know who was still loyal to the Feudal Lord. Knowing that because of the policies of the lord was the only reason that the family had such wealth Ryo's parents stepped forwards, along with most of the other adult villagers and children. Only a few stayed in the original line, but his parents shoved him back as they stepped forward, they did not know what was to come, if he stayed back they could always say he was too young to understand such words, and pull him forward. The only reason he lived was because of that choice his parents made. All those who stepped forward were killed on the spot, executed in a glorious gruesome fashion of beheading in front of the village, Ryo's parents included, the men spared nobody, killing man, woman and child who stepped forward for being loyal to the ruling lord. Over half the village was killed, Ryo's friends and family gone, he was left standing alone when the men let the families return to bed as they strolled off in the night, they were rebels, or just mere criminals, either one. He was only five years old.

Ryo had nothing now, but a large estate to manage himself, with no help. He would spend days doing little of anything, sometimes playing by himself, managing the family business and having neither happiness nor companionship. People would say Hi to him when he left the estate on rare occasions for supplies, but that was the only contact he ever seemed to have with people. Every night he would lie awake for hours with the traumatizing memories replaying themselves over and over again in his head, until he silently cried himself to sleep. He would spend hours doing nothing but occupying his mind with the reading and practice of ninja techniques. Soon he became a strong warrior, but with no goal in mind, his development as a ninja was just out of pure boredom and emptiness that he felt inside. He would retain much of his loving attitude but with a twist of solidarity.
Fed up with his disappointing life he left home at the young age of Fifteen, he would begin his life of wandering, looking for something to bring happiness to his life.
