Atsui sensed a couple things. Lightning chakra, severe amounts of it. Then the whistling of a weapon coming towards her. She started to dash away, in the opposite direction of the goop on the ground. Then, another sound. The genin man was running at her. A jutsu was performed. She heard water shooting from behind her, an extreme rush. Atsui made a sharp turn, attempting to dodge the water. Unfortunately, to her behalf, the water had crashed into her arm. The aftermath of the attack left her arm weak with a couple broken fingers. Atsui lightly winced, but pushed the pain away, simply. "This doesn't seem very fair..." She now knew perfectly well that her jutsu had been broken. A light flick of her wrist shot the kunai in her hand at the blue-haired boy, aimed for some vital organs in his torso, or, if lucky, his throat.

((Sasuke was that fast, before he mimicked Lee's speed. So being a Uchiha had nothing to do with it so yes, a Genin CAN be pretty fast.))

The Konoha butcher ran at high speed toward the girl, in his way some Chrystal pillars with sticky fluid on that weren't really a obstacle issue. He jumped over the first while changing his position in mid air to a flat belly jump with cleaver blade first to avoid the second Chrystal pillar. As a falling kitten he was back up to his feet. The anger inside of him was raising while he restarted his dash toward the girl. In his run you could hear thunder and see lightning strikes in the sky “thoughts: hmmm it started, those two Konoho virmin will not know what hit them once the storm of destruction begins”

The ugly looking blue haired Gennin was rather fast for his level when he appeared in a straight line in Ketsueki's eyesight right behind the girl. Behind his mask Ketsueki started to grim demonical.
Ketsueki moved his hand grip on the cleaver to attack stance while he raised the blade. At that moment a big stream of water sprouted out of the mouth of the ugly kid, that assaulted the blind girl partially. She was hit and moved out of the way...Now the butcher had free attack room to assault the blue boy with green blazer in front of him. Still charging forward while lightning starts to swirl in a rotating manner around the cleaver blade.
3.5 meter in front of the boy he does a cleaver slash that creates a extremely fast lightning bolt that shoots strait out of blade at the kid .Ketsueki could see how his bolt hit the kid direct on his shoulder bone. The kid immediately fell to his knees because his body muscles started to contract due to the electrifying effect of the lightning impact on his body.Right in time because a kunai thrown by the girl just missed him by a couple centimeters.
The blue haired kid had lost total control over all of his muscles and was numb from head to too.
Ketsueki arrived at the kid that just endured the lightning strike cleaver technique on his body.There Ketsueki started to laugh while speaking in a demonic tongue

Hey boy! Let's play a game!

Ketsueki kicks the boy in his chest so that he tumbles backwards flat on his back in the forrest soil. Ketsueki walked up above the boy that was lying on his back, now the boy only could look at the butcher his face while he resumed his speech.

Look above you boy! Soon the clouds will burst into a explosion that will create lightning rain off which you never seen the likes before! Now this is the game... Is your will of fire strong enough to survive? Your lying immobilized on your back!! A burning doom is coming from above!! Do you have the will to survive? If you do! Seek me for more power UGLY KID!!

with these words Ketsueki moved his upper body away from above the kids torso, now he could look strait in the sky where his end was looking strait back at him.
With a last head movement Ketsueki gazed upon the blind girl before he fled the area.

what will happen next? The konoha Gennin was hit by a lightning bolt that fucked up his muscles, as a result he now lies immobilized on his back. Above him a large black lightning cloud is ready to release it's wrath. Will he find a way to move himself out of harms way before the storm strikes?

Even the blind girl isn't safe, altho she can hear the thunder she has no clue that the black cloud soon will smite upon tho with a destructive force. Will she find a way to move himself into safety before the storm strikes?</sup>

"I'll never move! Your a fool! I wanted to help you defeat the blind girl but now your on your own!" he shouted, barely able to wiggle. He couldn't move, and the clouds above swirled into darkness, lightning cracked the sky and thunder roared into his ears with no sign of mercy. "I'll lay here until I die, I will not run away, even though I can!" he shouted again, his voice barely audible under the thunder. He lay there. "Maybe I don't have to run..." he muttered, wiggling his body until a large crystal ball rolled out of his pocket. He focused on it and it transformed into an exact replica of himself. It was a Crystal Clone. "Try this out for size." he said, his voice dying under the loud thunder. The clone transformed both of his hands into razor sharp blades. "I'll give you another chance." both of them spoke at once. "What's your choice?" they asked in unison.

"He ran away..." Atsui slowly walked towards Noxurou, only half aware of the cloud. "Do you want any help?" She asked, not caring that he just tried to kill her. Her dead eyes pierced through the boy on the ground. She had doubt he would be able to run from whatever was going to strike and could feel him weakening. For some reason she sensed two bodies on the ground, both almost identical, but one had odd shaped hands. Atsui's head was starting to hurt. She had been in situations where she had no idea what was happening because of her blindness, but this was too much. All this talk about him maybe dying if he didn't run, but he couldn't run, but now he could run? It was a bit much. She didn't show this confusion physically, though.

'She's helping me...?' he thought, confused. A little while ago she had blinded him. "His crystal clone stood up his pure crystal eyes narrowed. His skin shimmered across the clearing as the lightning from the sky shone onto it. He shot one crystal senbon from his hand before running to the Genin's aid quickly, picking him up and dodging the tree. As the blind girl helped Nox up the crystal clone through him over his other shoulder. "Where are you going to go?" they asked, mimicing each other.

OOC: So this means every gennin can dodge a A rank jutsu? that means i can kill sennin and hokage with ease then?
I only gm'd in one post [said it in the first line of the post] and if you read it clearly it is purely to change the ugly one's way of rpg.

In the post of the storm i clearly added some stuff to awake the country there was something going on in the outskirts! Fire,smoke,thunder and lightning will eventualy draw a jounin's attention.

OOC: Actually, I could have used substitution jutsu. xD I didn't want it to be voided though. I asked Adam not to void it but I guess he has his reasons. *shrugs*

OOC: Not as gennin lvl against a A rank jutsu, the bolt would hit you before you even could do the substitution. And on top of that, you where still sprouting water when i did the cleaver slash...

OOC: Anbu it makes it incredibly hard for a Genin to dodge a A ranked jutsu. Nut its possible.
And you CANNOT write about hitting your opponent. Its the MAIN rule of Roleplaying.

((a gennin dodging an A ranked lightning bolt would also be considered god modding. although he could have possibly substituted, he would have had to have extremely quick hands.))
