Can i make a pet that has human like traits, such as wears human clothing, stands on hind legs, and understands english?

If its a certain type of summon yeah. Like a kangaroo in your description.

But a pet well... is a "pet". Not a humanoid.

I think he means something like Enma. He wore human clothes and spoke.

As did many of the toads and some other summons. But I've never seen a full-time pet (i.e. Akamaru) that was permanently humanoid.

Could it talk? Yes, after all Naruto has talking animals such as Kakashi's Dog and Todd Summons. No it can't wear human clothes for its silly. xD

whoever said about akamaru not talking, in one of the 'jokey' filler episode bits (in shippuden I think) Kiba was standing up for akamaru and saying he'll talk some day

I dont want mine to talk. He's a wolf dog type thing( actually it's lucario from pokemon dressed as a hyuuga) He just understands english. Like if you told him good morning, he'd nod. If you said jump, he's jump. He never actually responds with words, just the occasional growl. And he wears Clothes, because he's been domesticated, and modernized. And he also was taught by Rai himself once he took him in as a pet.

Sheesh you guys automatically assume that when i sya he ca undestand english he can talk.

So, basically a pet like Akamaru (who understood human speech btw) who dresses like a human?

actually Kiba's mom's(Tsume) dog/wolf pet(Kuromaru) could talk O.o

and Ton-Ton wears a shirt and a pearl necklace o.O

so i don't see why not O.O
