Im not allowed to tell Shikos plan, so im saying this as a spectator, not a person involved in the 'rebellion': If Shiko was smart, he wouldnt go to Suna. Its kinda obvious that wed be wanted there too. Konoha would send messenger brids to every one of there and aliies's outposts saying that theres a group of 5 Genin running loose, so once we stepped foot on any of there territory, wed be dead, or captured...

Still, a Hokage, Adam nonetheless, shouldnt be able to be caught off-guard by any Genin, unless theyre like an A or S-Ranked Genin XD
