I was looking at some character apps (bored) when i realised how many chars had good looking profile images.... I was wondering, where the hell do you get/find/make them?

Oh yea, could you also mention if this is a noob question or not?

Some people use the google image search engine, other deviant art. Some, not too many, but some, are skilled enough to draw their characters.

I suggest Deviant art. ^_^ also, though my graphics shop is down, I still do recoloring and character image edits.
