Shall we have alliance creation

We should have an alliance creation.u no like clan creation just no kenkkai genkai and their not related.it basically would have the same template as clan.Example:; swords men=ALLIANCE
akatski=ALLIANCE. tell me what you think.Their be a leader and an intiation ...IT'LL BE SO KEWL.Well it doesn't have to be intiation it can be...requirements like you have to be the following:
jonin or up
missing nin
have jutsus that leader thinks they need
a kenkkai genkai
and things that represent your alliance.
For EX:the seven swordsman have...swords
and the akutski have their rings.
dont have to but this is just a example.Tell me what you think
