New Snake Summon [Done ; Permission From Pat]

(I have Pat's permission to change my summoning contract, since I wasn't pleased with my last summon)

Name: Orochi

Species: Snake

Looks:
Orochi’s total body length is more or less 6ft in length, and he is as thick around as a python. Like many constricting serpents, Orochi has powerful muscles that can allow him to crush a tree after binding it. His body is covered in black scales, over which he has a covering of black feathers, with a thicker bunch around his neck. His face is narrow like all snakes, and his bright yellow eyes are usually cold and sly. In his mouth is a foot-long tongue, as well as several 2 inch-long fangs.

Personality: Orochi is, to put it frankly, a loyal robot. He accepts whatever order Kazuto gives without questions, trusting him completely. He is Kazuto first friend, the first person that Kazuto ever trusted. He doesn't mind killing people, nor does he mind deceiving others (except Kazuto). In short, he is the perfect match for Kazuto, having a personality almost identical to his master's. Orochi looks forward to fighting, but he doesn't just charge in blindly. He will first wait for Kazuto's orders; if he has none, he will fight in his own way, ruthlessly and without mercy.

Age: 14 (Human Years)

History: One day, when coming home for lunch, Kazuto found his mother and father discussing something. He paid no attention to them, but made his way to the bathroom. As he passed his parents, his father gave in to whatever his mother had been saying. Telling Kazuto to take a seat, he went to his closet where he kept his souvenirs from his ninja career. Opening the closet, Kazuto's father took out a scroll and placed it on the table in front of Kazuto. He explained to him that it was a summoning contract, for summoning snakes. Kazuto took the scroll and thanked his father. His father explained to him what he had to do to sign the pact with the snakes, and told him how to summon one once he had done so. A little while later, Kazuto took the scroll and signed his name in it with his blood, and the followed his father's instructions for summoning snakes. The first snake Kazuto summoned was Orochi.

Special Characteristics: Orochi’s body has of powerful muscles that allow him to squeeze the air out of his victim’s lungs in a matter of seconds. His fangs also hold a deadly poison, that when injected into his victims bloodstream through a bite, will begin paralyzing the victim. In 1 post, one limb will be paralyzed. After 4 posts, the target’s entire body will be paralyzed, and he will be unable to move until the poison is extracted from his body. If the poison is not extracted from his body within 24 hours, the victim will die. Orochi’s feather-like scales can also be erected and made as hard and sharp as blades, or as soft as feathers. Orochi has special heat-sensing receptors beneath his nose that enable him to detect the body temperature of any living organism within a 25ft radius. Living organisms 3ft underground can also be detected. Orochi can also tunnel underground and use his heat-sensing abilities to determine the location of his target. Finally, Orochi can also extend his tongue to a range of two times his body length.

Name: Sukin Bunshin - Skin Clone

Description: Right before an attack hits him, the snake will shed out of his skin and dive into the ground. The "Skin Clone" will remain in his place above the hole, and due to the small amount of chakra sent into it before-hand, it will not crumble upon shedding, but will instead take the damage of the attack and will cover the hole into which the snake went. The snake can use his heat-sensing abilities to navigate while he is underground.

Name: Hebi no Baindo - Serpent's Bind

Description: The snake will wrap himself around the target and begin crushing them with the help of his muscles, which allow him to exert a great amount of pressure like all constricting snakes, thereby reducing the blood flow in the target's body, which will result in a deficiency of oxygen for the body. This will result in the target feeling weak and dizzy and blacking out for 1 post. This effect shall occur 1 post after binding, and if the target is constricted for 4 posts straight, his bones will break from the pressure. Humans without armor or similar protection black out after 1 post, while iron armor takes 2 posts to crush. Items of protection stronger than iron cannot be crushed.

Name: Kouzetsu Kei - Tongue Whip

Description: The snake will extend his tongue from his mouth and will either bind or whip the opponent with it. The range is twice the body length of the snake. The tongue will be able to shoot out and extend to its maximum length in 2 seconds.

Name: Doku Hari Rendan - Poison Needle Barrage

Element: Poison
Description: The snake will fire a barrage of needles from his mouth, which will require quick reflexes to dodge. The needles are covered in his poison and will poison the target if they hit. After being injected into the target's bloodstream, the poison will continuously harm the target's body until it is removed, and will cause death in 24 hours. In 1 post, 1 limb will be paralyzed, so after 4 posts, the target will be completely paralyzed.

Well, actually the assault thing is a possibilty. I'll remove the attacking part from the description, but the main point of the technique is the shedding and retreating into the ground. It's just like substitution, only instead of magically appearing in another spot, the snake has to travel there while's he underground. Also note that heat-sensing is a common factor in most snakes, otherwise they wouldn't be able to hunt as efficiently.
