This is a Canon jutsu from Leafninja.com that was used by Orochimaru. I'm not really sure, but I think two snakes can come out of each sleeve and one from the mouth, though not all at once. And these aren't summoned snakes, they're normal ones that simply bind and bite, they can't use jutsu of any kind.

Remember the difference of ranking between yourself and Orochimaru.
