Appearance:
The under suit is all black. There are small, almost invisible pockets in several places on it. It is about half an inch thick. The Vest is a dark forest green, with multiple pockets, and compartments. It's rather thick. The gloves are fingerless and form fitting, with strong plates on the back. He has grey shinguards, which connect directly to his black shoes.

Special Abilities: Well, the black suit is made out of carbon microfiber, but there are several layers to it.
The top layer is actually rolled up lightning tags, that are activated should an opponent attempt a physical attack on him. The second layer is an insulatory layer of a cloth that permits no electricity below B rank to penetrate it. The third layer is an inflamable layer of cloth. The final layer is carbon microfiber and kevlar. Which is flexible. But Senbon and Shuriken can't pierce his coat. Kunai can, however, they are slowed, so they don't go in very far.
Seiko's vest is made similiarly to his black outfit. However, as it is much thicker, it has many layers, and they are thicker. The first layer is, like the other, Lightning tags, that seiko can activate when he punched. However, these lightning tags are inflamable. Beneath that is a layer of the same insulatory material as on his suit. Beneath that is a much thicker carbonmicro fiber/ kevlar layer. It can block senbon, kunai, and shuriken. Swords, however, will still run him through. However, if they attempted a slash with the base of the blade or something, it wouldn't work. The only other different thing is that hidden on either side is two reels of wire, a hundred meters each in length. They come out with ease.
The shin guards and shoes are made of the same material as the suit, but there is also a layer of chakra conductive cloth. Seiko will infuse wind chakra into it to make him go 1.5 times as fast as a regular S rank shinobi.
The Gloves are justt plain gloves, as far as the fabric they're comprised of goes. However, he has a katana sealed in the palm of each of them. He can access them by simply holding out his hands. The only other difference is in the plate. On top of them is the lightning tag seal. Because of this, when he blocks an attack with the plate, it will send a jolt through the opponent. Beneath the plating is an insulatory layer.
Origin: After being involved in a battle where he was very injured by a weapons user better than himself, he felt vulnerable to weapons. Because of that, he emptied his saving acount, and had the very best crafter of konoha create this suit for him. Though it did take an awefully long time to make, Seiko was happy with it, when it was finished.
