Description: This jutsu does one of two things, though the concept is the same. Seiko will make several handseals before snapping his fingers in the sky. Two spirals of smoke with a bright spark leading them will shoot into the sky or in whichever direction Seiko points his hands. If using a D rank amount of chakra, they will explode in a shower of harmless and colorful display of vibrant sparks and heat booms.

Description: The user will make several handseals before snapping their fingers, and holding out their hands. They will hold the spark resulting from the friction of snapping their fingers for just a second or two, building up fire chakra. Then they will release the spark, and several hundred burning sparks will shoot out from that single spark. Each small spark is hot enough and powerful enough to burn in a small amount. Each spark could cause damage, burning the tissue, but would stop at the muscle layer, after fully burning through the skin layer. A direct contact with one or both streams of bullets would result in death.

Fireworks: So we know what the D rank does, what about the B?

Fire bullets: is this jutsu accurate? What is it's range? How much accuracy is lost over range? Do the bullets become less effective farther from the source? Also, please rephrase the killing part to be less absolute.
