Special Abilities:

When used regularly without any chakra, it's basically a normal sword, you'd think. But no, even without chakra inserted into this blade, any hit from with sword to your opponent can drain small amounts of chakra, but only available when the sword is at a A-Rank.

At it's lowest rank, it cannot drain chakra, but when inserted with chakra, spike come off the sides, as my drawn picture, but the spikes are wind, made with chakra. If you insert a certain amount of chakra, the longer the wind spikes remain.

C-Rank :
Low chakra insert : 2 minutes.
Medium chakra insert : 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
High chakra insert : 5 minutes.

B-Rank :
Low chakra insert : 5 minutes.
Medium chakra insert : 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
High chakra insert : 8 minutes.

A-Rank :
Low chakra insert : 7 minutes and 30 seconds.
Medium chakra insert : 10 minutes.
High chakra insert : 15 minutes.


Origin:

Isato made this sword. While in the making of it, he inserted chakra into the sword the
whole time during it's making, with the result of taking many months to complete since
his chakra got low while working on it.

Isato had made this sword so it could improve his results in sword training and jutsu
training as well. Even until this day, Isato has tried to put new jutsu into his sword. So
basically he wants to make some jutsu which he swings the sword which will fire
(launch/fire) wind type jutsu. For example, Isato put chakra into his sword, then he
swinged his sword firing a thin, sharp, wind slash through the air to whoever.

Just say if there's anything wrong with it.

First of all no spikes at anything below A rank. That would mean channeling chakra. chanelling chakra for the simple Hien technique is B rank, and this technique is much more complex. Chakra drain is also a no for anything beneath A. and with chakra drain and Spikes, it would be S rank.

Chakra drain is only available to the sword when i'm jounin level at an A-Rank.

Once at a A-Rank Jounin level, is it possible that chakra drain can only be used when the sword is not in channeling chakra mode. Same for the opposite. Can that be at an A-Rank level or still at an S-Rank? I didn't mean use them together at the same time anyway.

Channeling chakra is a B-Rank, hey? So could we lock this until after the Chuunin Exams and see what happens with my rank? How's that sound?

That would be the easiest way for now.
