Mission Board Opening!

Finally the Mission board is open to the public! *the crowd cheers in background*

The new Mission board system is finally up and open to the public. A lot of work as been put into this idea so that it makes missions more accessable to all members of the site. Please remember that this is a on going idea that has not yet been fully developed. Obviously there will be a few glitches and problems which may arise which is normal for any new system being introduced of this magnitude. This is why we are opening the Mission board strickly on a trail basis. We will use your feedback on any problems you see with the system so we can fix it and have a fully operational and easy system to work with. Your feeback is vital, without it the staff will not be able to make the appropriate changes to better this idea which we all know has the capability to do wonderous things for the sites activeness and constant RPing.

Some of you may be asking yourself "I have heard a lot about this Mission Board but i actually dont really knwo what it is?" Well! I shall hopefully explain it to you as briefly as possible, as most of your questions shall be asked in feedback ^^

~~~~~Introduction to the Mission Board~~~~~~

The Mission Board was designed to be a like a bulletin board which is commonly seen on Naruto where the ninja poofs in and picks up they're weekly missions. I wanted the mission board to be something fun and also something to occupy the bored who have no one to RP with and want the mission style that Naruto has. The Mission system also shows us who is consistent with they're missions and are active RPers adn want to move up the ranks, and those who just wants to do play around (which is fine).

~~~~~Missions of the Mission Board~~~~~

Missions of the Mission Board are ironically the hardest part about it. Its not the mission thing that is hard, but how to organize it and present it in a professional way. In the Naruto universe the Kage will tell the higher ranked missions, and the higher ranks will tell the lower ranks they're missions. But in the RPG world it doesn't go that smoothly. So the Mission Board has been divided up in ranks so it is easily accessable to read what missions apply to you. E.g D,C,B,A,S ranks.

~~~~~Score Keeping / Missions Completed~~~~~

As some of you may have noticed we have introduced a scoring system on your ninja profile. We needed to find a way to keep track of how many D,C,B, A and S rank missions a ninja has done. By creating a little box under our profile info we can keep track of the ninja who have done many missions and those who are falling behind (This will be important for genin):

Like i have said earlier your feedback on this new and revolutionary system is vital for it to work properly. This is a trail phase and we will take all your opinions into consideration when revamping the Mission Board to be the complete success that we know it can be.

The Missions Board is officially open!

Update: The mission board shall be going under some new construction and changes to better the system for your use. It will be done sometime this weekend hopefully so can we hold off doing some missions till then. (Sorry for inconvenience) People who are currently on a mission are allowed to carry on.

These changes will be beneficial to you and hopefully make it more active and accessable to everyone on the site.

UPDATE COMPLETE

The new update has been completed. Note that there is a new system for accepting and completing missions. This new system is here so it is easier and less confusing making missions a lot easier to access and to complete. I hope you like it! There will be more updates to come in the future so thank you for your co-operation with this one, I hope the next goes just as smoothly.

ANNOUCEMENT: Staff are currently reviewing the idea of Mission Points which will be an exciting prospect and incentive for you members to complete missions.

(Note: All members who have already completed missions they still count and just add them into your Report Card with the title and link to the mission. Also if you have already been accepted for a mission then you dont have to post in the accepting mission area)
