Description: This jutsu requires no handsigns, only a high ability to control their own chakra. The user's body will be turned into pure chakra for a span of four seconds. While this jutsu is activated, he will be able to phase through objects or attacks. The jutsu uses a good bit of chakra, but can not be used more than once a day because it would cause him to become disconfigured, including the systems within his body, meaning they will not be able to function right, and cause him to die.
RP Sample: Pendo narrowed his eyes at the incoming kunai, he was trapped being tied to a tree by ninja wire. He would be killed. Or would he? He closed his eyes, focusing solely on his insides as he felt lighter, the ninja wire no longer restraining him. He opened his eyes to find that he was made of chakra now, and the kunai had passed through him, and he had passed through the wire. It didn't last long however, before he turned right back to his normal self after four seconds of activating the jutsu.

I don't think it's possible to become pure chakra and then reconstruct ones own body, unless it were some sort of crazy medical jutsu. First you'd need a mechanism for converting all of your body to chakra. Next you'd need a way to be able to hold yourself together and stay cognizant. Then you'd have to perform an elaborate medical jutsu to create a completely new body for you to inhabit. Basically, this would be an advanced rebirth technique. Being that you don't have medical as a spec, there is no way you could even attempt this. Denied.

None of that is true. It has nothing to do with medical jutsu and it's not a rebirth technique, simply a materialization technique. That's also, basically, what a clone is - the only difference, is that I will be an intangible form of chakra, until the jutsu wears off and the chakra converts itself back into it's original form.
