The jutsu's description is kind of... lacking. Making air particles denser won't make them more easier to walk on. They'll just make them sink lower. It'll still be air, it'll just be heavier like carbon dioxide or something, hence you can't walk on it.

I agree Ulkira, surely such a powerful jutsu should have a more advanced/in-depth description. I'm not aware of Pats description tho, so i guess if Cara's just C+P it to this topic then it's approveable right?

Well Ulkira unapproves. Even if this is Naruto, there still enough logic in the show to distinguish it from a magical series. Making molecules denser won't make them easier to walk on, if it were that simple than science would have foudn a way to do that by now.
