This hidden means of transportation makes it an excellent jutsu for infiltration, as a mere kitten can go where a highly renowned ninja can not.

Description: Nekoguchi Shibari is a Ninjutsu technique that transforms the surrounding area into the esophagus of a cat summon. By forming the needed handseals and then touching the ground, Kohakus transforms the surroundings into a soft maleable organ which she can manipulate at will. This ability to manipulate allows her to bind and hold the opponents she faces.
This jutsu can be cast anywhere, as it will simply change the surrounding area into the stomach. However, no matter where it used, it will start to grow until it hits a barrier. For instance, when inside, it will envelope it self around the room, not able to move through the walls. However if it were outside, it could go for a bit longer. (Maximum 30ft wide, but as far forward and backwards as it is possible before moving over water or hitting a wall.) Also, this jutsu take a surprisingly short time to cast, and a short time to take effect. Once the hand seals are done, the jutsu moves quickly around the area to for the transformation. In average, this jutsu takes a single post to be cast.
In the case that Kohaku uses the more advanced version of this jutsu, allowing more chakra to be consumed, she can summon a much larger stomach that does not have a limit to its expansive growth, excluding blocking barriers. If Kohaku uses this version, the stomach will expand over a much more vast area, provided its solid, (i.e: not over water.) and at a greater speed, to make up for the huger growth rate, allowing it too to take affect in only one long post, or two short ones.

Description: Nekomise no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that transforms a cat into a large shop. This shop can lure in customers who are unaware of the building's true nature. Once inside, the victims are imprisoned within the cat's stomach. The cat itself can then shrink back to normal size and retreat to safety.
Kohaku often uses this jutsu on her pet cat, Chuzu.

-Even though this technique is canon its very confusing. Does it work outdoor? Does it cover a certain area? How many posts does it take to form? Please explain in greater detail.

Reverse Summoning is denied. It's much too Overpowered.

But reverse summoning is a pretty basic jutsu that I need to go to the deminsion of the cats.
It's a simple cannon technique.
Naruto ses it to go and train for senjutsu...

Gah. It seems you, like others, don't seem to understand the fact that just because it's canon doesn't mean it's allowable. You can have them come here to train.

Get rid of the reverse summoning and your good to go.
