Description: Renjiro uses this technique along with Earth Release: Earth Flow Rampart to create a waterfall as an example of elemental chakra to people. Due to the anestry of this technique within his clan this is rather a medium combination technique for a senju genin to use, due to being able to use mokuton jutsus at a young age. The base of the waterfall itself is created using the Earth Release: Earth Flow Rampart. The Water Release: Waterfall Basin Technique can be used to summon a large amount of water from the ground to form a wave to drench the area. although in the context of a waterfall it will fill the huge hole in the waterfall to hold the body of water and then by osmosis the waterfall will keep flowing for days until it needs filling back up again.

Description: Suiton • Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Izumo will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows Izumo or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

- Needs to be explained better. How big of a waterfall are you able to create? Are there any two specific Jutsu that that create the waterfall? Where does the water come from to the point where it keeps flowing? Explain.

Its a cannon technique and is c ranked feel free to look it up any site. so far they all say c ranked. Id welcome any other proof that says otherwise

But I do agree that 'flowing for days' is a bit OP for a C rank technique, even if it is canon. I doubt a Genin would be able to produce that much water from a C-Rank technique even if they do have suiton affinity. Maybe a few posts sounds good, but a few days is a bit much.

Also add how long it takes for you to fully create the waterfall.... and more importantly how big it is.
