The Baizougan is a very strange Doujutsu that causes the causes the user’s eye to look like an eye within and eye. Unlike most other Doujutsu the Baizougan is always active and can’t be turned off so to speak, which constantly drains a small amount of chakra from the user. Over the years medical nin have found a small pocket of chakra within only the Kajiyama Clan believed to be where the Baizougan harvests it’s chakra.

Description The Eyebite technique is one of the most basic jutsus given by the Baizougan. The user simply makes one simple hand sign and must be making eye contact with the enemy. If this criterion is met, the user’s eyes seem to grow teeth and make a biting motion, distracting the enemy for a short period of time. (1 post )

History:
The Kajiyama Clan has a long standing tradition in Sunagakure no Sato as a quiet and secluded clan. They have lived within the village walls since anybody can remember but very few people can even name a member of the clan. Especially in recent times when the clan’s numbers have dwindled dramatically, due to an inherent blood disease which to the dismay of the clan causes their blood to thicken as they age. From last accurate counts only 5 or so of the clan still live within the family compound in the Sand Village.
During the many battles of Sunagakure no Sato, including the Three Great Ninja Wars the Kajiyama have been known to come out of their home, and fight next to the rest of the Sand Shinobi. Not many people enjoy fighting alongside the Kajiyama due to their strange Doujutsu, and their usually benign attitudes.
