| Basic Character Information:Name: Ryuu Hitoshi -Nickname:None Age: 12 Gender:M Clan:None Looks:He has light brown hair and eyes, normal length. He is about 5'5" and weighs about 130 lbs, with a stocky build. He wears a long sleeve black shirt with the sand Village symbol on the left and right arms and green pants with black shoes. He has his staff on his back and a pouch on his left side which hold some Kunai and two trench knives, on his right he has his chain whip wrapped tightly to his waist. on the back of his belt line he has some nunchaku in a holster Personality:Very friendly nature, he is often the first to approach a new stranger with a smile and a hand shake.This Peace advocate often like to avoid conflicts if possible but is not one to back down from a fight either. He is a very bright child and was considered a genius back home at a very young age. He also has hardworking attitude when he is pushed, or has a good reason too,like a rival ninja, but if not he is very laid back and will choose to just lay back and watch the clouds in a field or lay back in the ocean. He is very confident in his weaponry skills and often thinks his skills are much better then they really are. Description: This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. The transformation jutsu is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.

The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however; it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Description: Suiton • Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Izumo will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows Izumo or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.

Description:The user of this jutsu moves toward their opponent, whirling their weapon in ridiculously fast circles, deflecting most ninjutsu or projectiles. This is a defensive offense, which essentially means that it’s used to get into close range on an opponent with a longer reach.
History and RP Sample:History:Ryuu grew up in the Village Hidden in the sand, under his strict father who owns a small dojo near the kage's residence. His father was a powerful Taijutsu master who specialized in weaponry, unlike his mother which specialized in Suiton Ninjutsu and elemental battling. Their families where at a constant clash, often trying to distill their teachings onto him on which style of battle was best to learn. Ryuu decided to go on a different route in his training, despite choosing which side he was to go on he chose to study both style seeing as how devoting ones self to one thing will leave you open to the other forcing him to have a weakness in it. Ryuu was a smart child, almost reaching the top of his class during his time in the academy, often devoting himself to his weapons he very much enjoyed training with. During his genin exams he placed 2nd in the class, coming only second to a genius ninja in his class. He was also the top of his class at Weapon combat, thanks to all the training from his father. Rp Sample:Ryuu's father stood the before him with a wooden sword in hand with his eyes closed, he was awaiting his sons attack. He stood their as the wind from a window came in from the east blowing his robe sideways as he finally opened his eyes and attack Ryuu, he lunged forward with a straight strike towards Ryuus stomach but Ryuu quickly hit the blade out of the way as he aimed to wrap the wooden sword from his fathers hands. The blade was overturned and launched into the air and fell to the ground as Ryuus father laughed out loud, happy for his son who had accomplished no easy task, he was able to disarm the master of arms, his father then proceeded to say "Good job Ryuu" he said laughing" now i believe the score is 1-599". Ryuu then laughed as he stopped spinning his nunchaku and said "Well only 598 more to go, ready to go again" he said with a smirk on his face as he bows towards his opponent.
