Description: Like the Act of Tree Climbing, or walking on top of water, this jutsu makes use of placing chakra on the sole of your feet. By doing so, it creates a cushion which allows the user to walk on any terrain with no noise what so ever. This is very useful for stealth missions or even when you wish to escape and are running through a forest. It does require fine control over your chakra, just like it would to walk on water.

Description: After performing a set of handseals, the user will force chakra into the water beneath him forming a 3ft long spike which has 6 inches in diameter. The spike comes up from the water right beside the performer’s feet, and is at a forty five to seventy degree angle. The purpose of this technique is to ruin a frontal assault by a close combat user.

Description: Through formation of handseals the user starts forming all the moisture from the air in his hand which he pressurizes to form a thin layer of water around his palm. The technique continues with the user punching towards the enemy, the water in his hand launches and flies for 17 feet before dissipating. At pointblank range the jutsu’s impact is the same as the force of a moderately strong punch, jutsu’s strength weakens with range.

Description: Focusing water chakra into his blade, the user will channel the air’s moisture to pull it around the blade, creating a soft sheen of water over the surface. The water will be revolving around the blade at high speeds, building pressure due to a large amount of chakra focused within the blade. When the user goes to slice with the sword, this water will release, creating a large splash of pressurized water. This aids greatly in the slice, making the blade able to slice large boulders with little trouble. This technique must be renewed after the slice, with the water being released in a powerful gush that knocks back even those off to the side. It takes up a considerate amount of chakra, but the technique can be savored for several minutes after first performing it, waiting for the perfect opening to slice--it does not release by itself, only at the user's command.

Description: After the user has made the appropriate handseals, he slams his palms on the ground, sending an electric discharge in it. The technique continues with ropes made out of the same electricity which travel to the enemy and then rise from the ground, and try to ensnare the opponent. If successful the ropes can tie around the opponent restricting his movements, numbing and slightly electrocuting him.

Description: Forming the needed hand seals Ryuu will expel lightning chakra around his body. The lightning chakra will manifest itself into a swarm of up to 50 Senbon made of pure lightning around his body. With a flick of his wrist he can fling the Senbon as a storm of lightning that if they strike they could cause mild injuries and perhaps if the senbon hit in the right spot even numb the limbs.
