Couple of Jutsu

Name: Parasitic Insect: Raiton Typhoon Technique

Description: An Aburame technique that is used with conjuction with the 'Insect's Typhoon Technique'. After doing succesfully the jutsu, the user must perform the neccesary hand signs to perform the second phase of the jutsu. After completing the hand signs the user will make his bugs capable of with stand the raiton chakra enough to create their own raiton chakra themselves after the member uses the jutsu. The insects will have a raiton chakra in top of them as they rotate around his opponent. As they rotate they will send shock waves of raiton chakra that will be so strong capable of paralizing an S rank for at-least a post. Other lower rank will be about two post before the paralizis go away. Keep in mind that the bugs will be absorbing chakra t the same time due to the Typhoon technique. That is performed before this jutsu.

Description: An aburame technique that the user must manipulate the bugs after performing the neccesry handsigns to engulf around the user. After This jutsu is completed it will seem like the Aburame will be walking with bugs all aroudn them. Since the bugs that Arashii got are capable of withstanding Arashii's natural chakra element they can withstand about two hits of raiton users and water users. Although a Fuuton technique will quickly break through the armor and damage the user.

Name: Electric Water Tornado

Description: A raiton and water jutsu combined. After performing a water jutsu or using a source of water nearby, the user will then make another set of handsigns and make raiton chakra burst out of his mouth at extreme speed to the water jutsu that was previously made. Therefore making a typhoon made out of water that has electricity in it. Sending out shocks of lightning to the opponent as the tornadoe moves. These shocks will not paralize the opponent but will make more damage than a normal B rank raiton jutsu due to the water in it. The tornado can be controlled and moved to certain places although it can be left in a single direction and not move it at all as it is more difficult to move.

Name:Lightning Pulse

Description: After the user performing the neccesary procedures. The user will expell a large amount of raiton chakra by his chakra pores. Therefore making himself be engulfed completely in raiton chakra. After this the user with raiton chakra will be able to be or blend one with it. Turning the persons' whole body into a yellow electrifying color. With this the user will be able to move at high speeds, about two ranks faster than a normal B rank, like himself. So with this Arashii will have the speed of an S rank although it will be hard to maneuver around and move to a desire location. This takes chakra as an A rank. But it can be used by a B rank. After the jutsu is done the user will recieve slight burns from the raiton chakra on his body and loose of stamina.

S rank certainly, two block two lightning AND two water attacks is a lot higher of a rank.

Im not saying it can block two lightnings and two water attacks. Im just saying it can hold two attacks. TWOP attacks only of those jutsu. Meaning hitten twice it will just break through it. Not meaning that you got to hit it four times to break through it. Just two times with either of those elements. Because they are resistant to them.
