Kekkei Genkai: All members of the Hete clan are born with four arms. All of these arms are the same length. Because of having four arms, their upper body is larger than any other human. To balance out having a bigger chest, the Hete have naturally bigger muscles than the average person, making them naturally 35% stronger and faster than the average person. The Hete are generally an aggressive clan with little to no hesitation when their own life is at risk. Hete generally tend to be good, caring leaders wish a desire to win.

Description: This style allows the user to run on all six limbs (four arms and two legs). This increases their speed when running. This style can be combined with another taijutsu style. This style is used to escape, evade, and to use rising taijutsu techniques.

Description: The user will hold his/her arms out, forming two diagonal, parallel lines with their arms. This exposes the user's chest, symbolizing pride and honor. It doesn't effect the style at all. The user will take a few seconds to calm down and focus chakra to their eyes. When the user opens his/her eyes, his reaction time will be increased 30%.

Name: Machine Gun Punching Technique
Type: Taijutsu (can be mixed with Ninjutsu)

Description: The user throws a rapid series of punches that is used to beat the opponent or drive the opponent back. This can be used with the opponent standing or on the ground. It can even be done in the air. It utilizes all of the users speed. At B rank, fire chakra c an encase the fists, burning the opponent and adding 10% more speed to the punches. This combo has no preset amount of punches and will be ended when the user gets tired or decides to stop.

Description: This move is used to counter being ran at. The user will grab low on the torso and high on the torso, usually the arms. This is done after basing out for balance and power. The user will then pick up the opponent and use his/her momentum against him/her. The user will arch his/her own back and fall quickly to the ground. The user will hold on so that the opponent lands on his/her head, giving the opponent a concussion. This is done very quickly.

Name: Side Counter Concussion Throw Technique
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: C
Element: N/A
Description: This move is often used as a counter to a thrust or punch. The user will sidestep while grabbing the torso, two hands grabbing lower, two hands higher. If the user is already on the side, no sidestep is needed. The user will arch his/her own back with all of his strength and speed and fall to the ground. If the target goes with him/her, they will land on their head, earning a concussion.

Description: The user will hold his/her arms out, forming two diagonal, parallel lines with their arms. This exposes the user's chest, symbolizing pride and honor. It doesn't effect the style at all. The user will take a few seconds to build their rage and focus chakra to the eyes. This increases strength and speed by 15%.

Name: Fire Tip Jutsu

Description: The user sends chakra to his/her finger tips. The user will not be burned. The fire will burn anything that the use touches, excluding the user. This is could be used to melt flesh or burn something. If used properly, it could cauterize a wound.

Name: Jumping Spider Technique
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: C
Element: N/A
Description: The user will do this move from a Spider Crawl Style stance. The user will enhance his/her bottom pair of arms and legs with chakra and jump upward at the opponent. The top pair of hands will attempt to grab the back of the target's head and pull it down. The chakra enhanced limbs will push off of the ground. With this force, the user will attempt to elbow and/or knee the opponent in the jaw and break it. Both an elbow and a knee could be used at the same time.


Name: Reverse Concussion Throw Technique

Description: The user will grab low on the torso and high on the torso, usually the arms. This is done after basing out for balance and power. Name: Grizzly Hold Technique
Type: Taijutsu

Description: The user will grab the opponent from behind or from the front. The user will attempt to pick up the opponent. The user will try to get one pair of arms on the diaphragm and push in and up to force all the air out of the opponent. The other set of arms will attempt to rear naked choke the target. If it is on the ground, the user will roll onto his/her back, sink his/her hooks in, and try to choke the opponent out the same way as standing, without the lifting up.


Name: Fire Jet Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Element: Fire
Description: Fire Tip Jutsu must be activated before this jutsu is used. The user propels chakra forward, pushing the fire on the user's finger tips, causing a flamethrower effect. Reaches up to four feet. It doesn't burn the user.


History: This clan came into existence in Suna. A medical ninja was experimenting with all cells of the human body. The formula on how to do this was lost, but the medical ninja, known as Otiniki, discovered how to create extra limbs. For months he experimented and tested on animals and occasionally prisoners. His tests consisted of injecting the test subject with a serum and recording what happened over time. Most of his experiments died. The rest were crippled and had to be killed. His period of experiment lasted for about six months before he perfected creating four arms in a human. The prisoner used to test it and successfully was able to gain two arms had to be killed, but Otiniki had the serum now. He injected the serum into his family and himself. This evolution was passed down from generation to generation. Unfortunately, the serum was lost in a fire. Many of the Hete clan suspected that the fire was caused on purpose.
They were made outcasts because of their difference and forced to live in the poor district. Every four armed person was evicted from their residence. All of their things were dumped into homes of the poor district. Many belongings were broken. When they went to see the Kazekage on the matter, they were ignored. The Kazekage didn't even let them into his room. Outraged, many of the Hete planned to rebel. Otiniki, however, stopped them. He told them to earn respect by serving the village. He told them to earn honor by defeating every enemy that threatened Suna. He told them to have pride in who they were and to be the best shinobi that they could be, no matter what others did or said.
And they listened.
They all served Suna with pride and honor. Over time, the Hete became known as the clan that accepted and completed the most missions. They became known as fierce fighters and hardcore leaders. They fought in every Shinobi War. Many of the most noble and valiant ninja, a leader of men, was of the Hete clan. It didn't matter though. Their differences pushed them apart from everyone else. They were still outcasts. To this very day, the clan resides in the poor district, fighting for respect and honor.

This is most defenitely is going to need a ranking system to describe and explain the strength and speed increase i.e. D-S. Bolded parts are the highlighted areas which need to be better described.

Triples their speed per rank? I dont think so. Triple the speed would be the S-rank level of this technique, please describe the speed which the other ranks can obtain.

You need to better explain the significance of this when using your jutsu, as it has been described in multiple techniques.

- And seeing that you have 4 arms there are many, many ways in which you can create a interesting and exciting clan history. So 4 lines is defenitely not fine. Please increase the length of the current paragraph and add a second paragraph to the history atleast.

So do you want all those percentages to be a jutsu of some sort? I'm kind of confused on what you want me to do with that.

Getting triple the increase in speed is what I am worried about. But C-S ranking one a speed increase for each level, as triple isn't allowed for C-rank.

Well you haven't really explained it well. You have said because of their large chest they are 10% stronger and faster, that is fine. But then you say to cope with the added weight they are 20% stronger and faster. Is this additional or another 10% added onto the existing increase? But they can only move 15% faster because of the weight?? but they develop 10% faster??? It is just compiling a load of stats that doesn't make sense. So you need to sort it out by individual rank. So at C-rank the clan member would gain ##% strength and ##% speed, graduating it over the ranks. ok? Because atm it is really all over the place.

Still really havent done what i asked. So is that a total 35% increase in speed and strength for all clan members, over the average shinobi? this needs to be stated. For easier clarification.
