General Information
Name: Ookami Hete

Looks: Ookami has a buzz cut that is too short to do anything with. His eyes are blue with gold streaks. He has a strong jaw and is a ball-chinian. The tip of his nose is rounded and relatively close to his face. On all four hands, he wears black gloves. These gloves are made of a silky material. Attached to the gloves are three medal strips going down the glove. This is used to block weapons. The gloves end at the middle knuckle, leaving the ends of the fingers unprotected from the cold.
He wears a leather vest that gives him a small amount of protection from shurikun and kunai. He has this unzipped at all times and it only goes down to the beginning of his pants. Six pockets are on the vest, three on each side. They hold ninja materials such as food pills and smoke pellets. Under his vest, he wears a sleeveless muscle shirt. This shirt is blood red. If the user fakes taking a kunai or shuriken, then this shirt could help him fake it. This is the same tactic the British used in the American Revolution. His pants are black and fit to his form while allowing him to have full flexibility. His muscles are thick and show through his muscle shirt and pants. The muscles in his arms are easiest to see because he has no clothing there.

Personality: Ookami Hete, first of all, is family oriented. He would do anything to protect his family. If someone insults his family, he is quick to throw down without a second thought. They are his weak spot. Another weak spot of his is his honor. He acts with as much honor as he can in every situation. He does this to gain his family respect. He is very prideful and is quick to defend it. He trusts his instincts and doesn't take much time to think about things. If needed, he will sit there and plan, but he doesn't enjoy it. He is intelligent, but prefers to use his speed, reflexes, and strength in battle. He doesn't have good people skill. He has come to dislike people for their cruelty. He is quick to snap at people, unless he is working with them at the time. If they are united to solve a common problem, he is relaxed with them. He refuses to back down from fights. He doesn't want to start fights, but if his pride and honor are challenged, his goal is to rip the challenger apart. He tends to use a lot of sarcastic remarks toward shinobi of his level. He shows respect to those that are higher level than he is, unless they are his enemy. He shows no respect to his enemy, only fierceness. He wants to lead whatever team he is on. He cares for those that work under him and does not want to see them die. Though he is willing to put their life at risk to get the job done, he would put his own life on the line to save them.

Clan Name: Hete (H-eh-t-eh)

Kekkei Genkai: All members of the Hete clan are born with four arms. All of these arms are the same length. Because of having four arms, their upper body is larger than any other human. To balance out having a bigger chest, the Hete have naturally bigger muscles than the average person, making them naturally 35% stronger and faster than the average person. The Hete are generally an aggressive clan with little to no hesitation when their own life is at risk. Hete generally tend to be good, caring leaders wish a desire to win.

This combo has no preset amount of punches and will be ended when the user gets tired or decides to stop.

Description: This move is used to counter being ran at. The user will grab low on the torso and high on the torso, usually the arms. This is done after basing out for balance and power. The user will then pick up the opponent and use his/her momentum against him/her. The user will arch his/her own back and fall quickly to the ground. The user will hold on so that the opponent lands on his/her head, giving the opponent a concussion. This is done very quickly.

Description: This move is often used as a counter to a thrust or punch. The user will sidestep while grabbing the torso, two hands grabbing lower, two hands higher. If the user is already on the side, no sidestep is needed. The user will arch his/her own back with all of his strength and speed and fall to the ground. If the target goes with him/her, they will land on their head, earning a concussion.

Description: The user will do this move from a Spider Crawl Style stance. The user will enhance his/her bottom pair of arms and legs with chakra and jump upward at the opponent. The top pair of hands will attempt to grab the back of the target's head and pull it down. The chakra enhanced limbs will push off of the ground. With this force, the user will attempt to elbow and/or knee the opponent in the jaw and break it. Both an elbow and a knee could be used at the same time.

Description: The user will grab the opponent from behind or from the front. The user will attempt to pick up the opponent. The user will try to get one pair of arms on the diaphragm and push in and up to force all the air out of the opponent. The other set of arms will attempt to rear naked choke the target. If it is on the ground, the user will roll onto his/her back, sink his/her hooks in, and try to choke the opponent out the same way as standing, without the lifting up.

Description: Fire Tip Jutsu must be activated before this jutsu is used. The user propels chakra forward, pushing the fire on the user's finger tips, causing a flamethrower effect. Reaches up to four feet. It doesn't burn the user.

History: This clan came into existence in Suna. A medical ninja was experimenting with all cells of the human body. The formula on how to do this was lost, but the medical ninja, known as Otiniki, discovered how to create extra limbs. For months he experimented and tested on animals and occasionally prisoners. His tests consisted of injecting the test subject with a serum and recording what happened over time. Most of his experiments died. The rest were crippled and had to be killed. His period of experiment lasted for about six months before he perfected creating four arms in a human. The prisoner used to test it and successfully was able to gain two arms had to be killed, but Otiniki had the serum now. He injected the serum into his family and himself. This evolution was passed down from generation to generation. Unfortunately, the serum was lost in a fire. Many of the Hete clan suspected that the fire was caused on purpose.
They were made outcasts because of their difference and forced to live in the poor district. Every four armed person was evicted from their residence. All of their things were dumped into homes of the poor district. Many belongings were broken. When they went to see the Kazekage on the matter, they were ignored. The Kazekage didn't even let them into his room. Outraged, many of the Hete planned to rebel. Otiniki, however, stopped them. He told them to earn respect by serving the village. He told them to earn honor by defeating every enemy that threatened Suna. He told them to have pride in who they were and to be the best shinobi that they could be, no matter what others did or said.
And they listened.
They all served Suna with pride and honor. Over time, the Hete became known as the clan that accepted and completed the most missions. They became known as fierce fighters and hardcore leaders. They fought in every Shinobi War. Many of the most noble and valiant ninja, a leader of men, was of the Hete clan. It didn't matter though. Their differences pushed them apart from everyone else. They were still outcasts. To this very day, the clan resides in the poor district, fighting for respect and honor.

Description: This jutsu is generally used while in a Spider Crawl Style stance. The user will turn his/her lower body to where a high round house kick (from the ground) can be thrown. The force from the round house and the leg kick will force the opponent backwards and land on their backs on the ground. Not landing on their backs, head tucked in, will most likely cause injury.

Description: The user will hold up a one handed hand sign. He/she will point his fingers of his other hand at the target. Fireballs the size of the user's fingertips will come from the user's fingertips. The fireballs can reach up to ten feet in distance and shoot at a rapid-fire rate. The fireballs will give burns where they hit. If enough hit flesh over time, there would be enough damage to keep a ninja incapacitated.

Description: The user makes three hand signs, double handed. The third one is two closed hands. The user puts fire chakra into his/her hands. When he takes his hands apart, a fireball the size of the user's palm will be in both his/her hands. This does not burn the user. The user can throw these fireballs. The fireballs go twenty feet before dissipating. The shorter the distance, the more serious the burn.

Background Information

Birth Arc

Ookami Hete was born in his own house because the hospital refused to give "his kind" birth. He was raised in the poor district, though the clan was not poor. Actually, the clan should have been considered medium class. But the village rejected them because of their appearance. The clan had to pay more and more taxes as the years went by. They were charged more at stores. Their money was being taken from them with no just cause. The saying "justice is blind" was a lie here. Justice chose to look away. Ookami grew up learning about the cruelty of man. Daily, he was pushed around. He was kicked. He was mugged. He was jumped. This is where he learned to street fight. He learned from the summyest scum that he could find. He talked to those that were so scared up, so toughened that he couldn't help but learn from them. His father, a great ninja of his time, taught him Taijutsu. He was a street baby with a cold attitude for those with no respect towards him. He had the speech. He had the swagger. He had the attitude that would form his pride and honor. His father taught him the basics of ninjutsu. He taught him about chakra. He taught him how to control chakra. It wasn't long before he could substitute and shushin with the best of them. Ookami had learned many taijutsu techniques and a few styles before he was even in the academy. It made him the king of the streets, the Thug King. He didn't lie, cheat, or still, but he had earned respect from the streets. It wouldn't satisfy him, however. He wanted respect for his clan.

Academy Arc

When Ookami started going to the academy, he was well prepared. He could take a punch. His aim was on target, only to be improved by the constant drilling and pressure the academy put on him. He knew everything that the academy had to offer, jutsu wise. In some areas, he nearly matched his sensei. Nearly. He strived to match his sensei's skill. His dad started teaching him higher-level jutsu, such as fire ninjutsu. He learned how to throw a fireball. He learned how to throw a fireball straight and how to make it curve. He learned how to make it awe-inspiring. Ookami was taught how to be a performer. With what Ookami learned, Ookami preformed for travelers, not only bringing in extra cash, but practicing his jutsu. Because of this extra cash, his family was sometimes able to stay afloat and pay for their belongings and food. It got him a reputation and travelers sometimes came to Suna just to see him. He was proud. This got him into fights with the other academy students, but he quickly rolled them. They couldn't match his skill...yet. He knew they would eventually. He was the set bar and they were determined to pass him. He fought everyday, and everyday, he gained a little more respect. After a few months, no academy student wanted to mess with him. No bum, no thief tried to do anything against him. He was one step closer to earning his clan equality. He would not let his clan down.

I thought those jutsus were for everyone...I took them out because Hage hates me and would take days before letting me have them, if not weeks. Three jutsu isn't worth that. =]
