Ryuusei Hyuuga

The Hyuuga clan were one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be the ancestors of the Uchiha clan who possess the bloodline of the Sharingan eye. Each clan member possess the "Byakugan" or "White Eye." When the "Byakugan" is activated, the clan member gains an extra-sensory perception, which gives them penetrating sight and telescopic vision. This allows them to see the internal chakra circulation system in other beings. This vision also grants the member a near 360° view of their surroundings. The higher the skill of the clan member, the further the distance from which they can sense incoming attacks. Unfortunately the vision does have a weakness, a small blindspot that extends outwards from their upper back.

The clan uses this ability in conjunction with their own chakra creating the Juuken (gentle fist) fighting style. By focusing the chakra to their finger tips, they can press the tenketsu or chakra pressure points of their opponents body. When the finger nears the tenketsu the chakra is forced out, collasping the targetted tenketsu for a period of time. The tenketsu serve as the connectors and exit points for the chakra pathways. So when they are stopped by the Hyuuga clan member, the ninja greatly loses his or her ability to utilize their chakra for jutsu.

These great powers lead to internal strife within the family. Because the eye grants such a unique and powerful ability, the clan became possessive and over-protective of it. Seeing only the main family as worthy users and inheritors of the eye, the heads of the clan began to place restrictions on those branch family members not in power. What resulted were two Hyuuga lines, the powerful main family who would represent the line, and the branch family who were directed to protect the main family and bear the cursed seal.

The cursed seal is placed on the foreheads of branch family members. It serves as a means to protect the secrets of the Hyuuga Byakugan eye. If the branch family member was to ever betray the main family or be killed in battle, the seal would be activated to destroy the body's secrets. Thus forcing the branch family to further bow to the will of the main family.

Ryuusei was born on a very dark day for his clan, it was known as the cursed day. It was full of death, sadness and much misfortune to the hyuuga clan. The day was so bad the hyuuga leader committed suicide, leaving the clan in chaos and turmoil for many years.This lead to him moving to Suna The day was so bad that Ryuusei's parents aren't even allowed to celebrate his birthday due to it being bad. Ryuusei was luckily enough born into the main branch of the hyuuga and as such would grow up to be very powerful and prosperous. Ryuusei's life started out hard and would seemingly remain that way for many years, which it did. When Ryuusei was seven he was often pushed to the limit by his family as they thought he could become the strongest, often Ryuusei would come home bloody, battered and worn out. Ryuusei had to permanently wear bandage over his hands and legs because they were so battered, however they were not weak not by a long shot they were easily the strongest of his age group.

When Ryuusei was 9 he had fully mastered his byakugan and was able to start learning the techniques for them, he knew this was going to be more perilous and hard then ever, but it was lucky as the clan had only just come out of turmoil and chaos, they even had a knew leader. Ryuusei was 10 before he mastered his first few hyuuga jutsu which was the simple gentle fist, the 8 trigrams 32 palm, the 8 trigram 64 palm, 8 trigrams heavenly spin and protection of the 8 trigrams 64 palms. Ryuusei was put in more perilous training so he could learn the last jutsu which was chakra needle eventually Ryuusei did learn this technique and was very strong with it.

Ryuusei was now 11 and was flying through the academy with flying colours, in fact because he was so far ahead they had to give him his own sensei so he could prosper and learn as much as he could for the genin exams and after wards. Ryuusei was a shoe in to become a genin, it was obvious that he would and if he didn't then he was a looser, and nobody a washed up talent. Ryuusei had no worries however as he knew it would be easy. After again a year of super hard training he became much stronger and faster, faster than anyone of his rank.

Ryuusei had been taught all of the academy jutsu and the jutsu they could teach. Ryuusei was easily able to beat every academy student he was with, probably at the same time as well. Ryuusei had no friends as he liked no-one respected no-one and would do anything he wanted, even if it harms someone. Ryuusei was a bully, and he knew it very well. Ryuusei bullied everyone for their money, lunches everything. He would often get very very strict punishments that even the most hardened criminals wouldn't like, this started to make ryuusei better but not by much, he only took lunches as that wasn't a bad offense only a little punishment.

Ryuusei passed the genin exams with flying colours as usual. He was 13 and extremely strong. He swiftly got his elements which were wind and earth. Ryuusei liked these elements as they would make him stronger and faster very much. Ryuusei was surpassing some chuunin but there was no exams for him to prove it which enraged him a lot, and made him go on a rampage defeating and sometimes killing genin and chuunin, this went on for 3 days until his parents calmed him down.

Ryuusei afterward became a good boy for a short period of time. Ryuusei was being caught up with his intense training that he was so exhausted to be 'evil'. Ryuusei started to gain respect from everyone and started to respect everyone and the hokage often chose him for tough missions that she wouldn't send a chuunin on. Ryuusei started to like life at the sand village until his parent got sent on a mission and never came back, this made ryuusei resent the sand village more than ever and he swore his revenge upon the village when he was strong enough.

Description:The Gentle Fist style of combat is based on palm strikes and generally aims to damage the body's Chakra Pathway System, thus creating difficulty by inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. The chakra can then be used to rupture or divert chakra flow, preventing them from using jutsu. It can also be used to attack the opponent's internal organs, to which the chakra pathway system is closely tied. Even the slightest tap from this style can cause major damage, hence the name "gentle fist." Because the chakra pathway system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. Since the Byakugan is unique to the Hyūga clan, it has become their signature style of combat.

The released chakra blocks any possible attack on the user. The user then spins rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a rotating shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any nearby attackers. The user can also actively control the size and power of the sphere to suit the situation. This jutsu is only effective when rotating, since the chakra itself is not enough to stop a physical attack. If they cannot rotate, the user becomes vulnerable.

With natural flexibility, the user can reach any point around him, allowing him to hit any target within their field of vision. While using this jutsu, the user moves extremely fast (the movements become a blur), allowing them to hit hundreds of targets with extreme precision, much like the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. Additionally, the user can control the size of the chakra beams in them palms, allowing her to create larger, arc-shaped chakra beams that spread out across her entire attack range.

With the addition of the users flexibility, the technique creates an "absolute defense" effect similar to that of the Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin, though the cutting nature of the chakra prevents any outside force from restricting it. In this way, the technique can be used as both an offensive and defensive maneuver.
