Elemental Guild

Though it isn't necessary, it's not a bad idea to have a general guild to the elements. I assume that 'advanced' or combinations of elements aren't allowed, but still it is imporant to know what is possible within the realm of each individual element. I have alot of 'no life' time so I would be happy to right it myself if need be! Just an idea!

Combo elements like wood, ice, lava, Etc. are allowed but they genearly are clan specials. You can have seperate elements at Jounin I think it was
