Description: This jutsu is utilizes teh lightning element, and can be very powerful. With this jutsu the user focuses their chakra into any part of their body. The user then has to be really careful so tehy dont shock themself. Wherever the user focused their chakra they slwoly release it. The chakra comes out in quick short bursts, and shoot out at the enemy. It isnt that strong, but can be dangerous if used correctly, and aimed at the right spot on the target.


Zeke walked into the training grounds. He wasted no time, and began to focus the chakra into his hand,
sine that seemed most comfortable to him. He concentrated really hard so as not to shock, or harm himself. He began to release the chakra, and pointed his hand at a training dummy. The lighting began to shoot from his hand. The lightning did not fly far enough. It flew about 4 feet away before it just fizzled away in the air. Zeke tried again, and this time when he released the chakra he thrust his arm out to make the lightning fly farther. He managed to get the lightning to go far enough, and it hit the dummy, but it did no real damage. It just made a burn on the target. Zeke tried one last time. This time Zeke focused a larger amount of chakra into his hand. When he released the chakra, and thrusted his arm forward he was successful. The lightning hit the dummy, and made it burn, and some of the straw instantly disintegrate. Zeke smiled, happy at his work. He walked over to the lake, scooped up some water, and put out the flames with it. Zeke walked home knowing he had just acquired a new jutsu.
