PostSubject: In the Greenhouse(Open, No Fighting)   In the Greenhouse(Open, No Fighting) EmptyTue Apr 07, 2009 7:16 am

The greenhouse was humid, but wet. The plants and herbs rooted to the soil in the house. The sun bared upon the greenhouse as it made its "Greenhouse Effect" on the p;ants. It was hot outside and the weather was baring. Hizoruki was out in the greenhouse looking for herbs to make medicine for the hospital here in Sunagakure. He has been trying to become a more professional medic. "So......what else do I need?" he asked himself. He looked up and down the rows and columns. "Hm......." he hummed. His dark blue eyes swept the greenhouse. In the basket he had, there were many herbs and plants for medicine. Though it was hot, Hizoruki was nervous for he was wanting to meet with the Kazekage and the retainer for his lord. He still looked around for more plants and herbs.

Ketsueki was planting one of his special flower seeds to see what the effect was once they would be infused with his tribe chakra and his nature blood that gave it life. He knew the greenhouse was the perfect place to test these things out. The oxygen, humidity and temperature was just right to do the preliminary test.He grabbed a special needle with a little blood reservoir at the top out of his leather belt.He looked at the needle while he stabbed it slowly in the palm of his hand. Once the the needle reservoir was fully filled with his dark red blood he injected the blood inside the earthen soil where he planted the seed in.

Suddenly the door of the green house opened, Ketsueki looked up from behind his seed experiment and yelled rather aggravated to the trespasser.
Quickly close the door behind you! This place is sealed for a reason!!

Ignoring the one that entered he continued with the stuff he was clearly busy with. A beautifull white flower grew out of the seed and Ket knew it was the valley lily. He quickly pulled the white leaves of the flower. Grabbed a stamper out of his pouch and stamped the leaves into powder form. Once he got a bag of white leave powder he placed it in twenty glass vials that he quickly sealed oxygen free with a Earthen Chakra burst.
"Hmmm this gass poison can be handy some day"

Revan would open the door to the green house, the summons he got from his Sensei told him that he would be here, he only wondered why. Revan slowly walked through the isles of flowers and smiled looking at them all, noting the colors the smells and what they looked liek in his mind, most of these could be weapons used by Ketsueki-sensei.

Revan stopped suddenly and bowed his head " You needed me Ketsueki"
Revan would say as he lifted his head and looked down at the table where ket was working.

Ketsueki still standing in front of his flower beds suddenly heard the greenhouse open once again. He looked up and saw his pupil standing in front of him. Ah Revan! good thing you are here! I have a special training for you!But follow me outside to the stone road

Ketsueki left his experiments behind while walking outside with his pupil. He sighed because of the temperature change he had to endure once he stepped out of the regulated flora of the greenhouse. He looked at his pupil while saying

Are you ready to learn on of the earthen element signature moves?

Revan looked at the powder in his senseis hand before he could put it up, he smiled knowing it was a new weapon, Revan hoped he would get to see it one of these days. Revan moved to let his Sensei walk out before him. Once Ket passed Revan would turned and follow him out the door to the road outside. He would stop quickly and look up at Ket " Yes i'm ready " Revan would nodded quickly after he spoke and stepped back away from ket. I wonder what he is going to teach me, Revan would think to himself as he waited for the training to begin.

"what is this jutsu your teaching me Ket" Revan wondered why Ket was training only him out of the group, probably due to the fact that Revan was the closest to Kets styles of fighting, Doton jutsus where revan specialty.

Ketsueki nodded when he saw that his pupil was ready to learn the basic move from him.Ketsueki used this signature move a lot over the past years. Especially to help plant seeds in the grass country but also to make very unexpected traps for his opponent. This jutsu didn't do any damage on it's own! But it was uber useful to stop a tai user coming at him with great speed or just to create fun in the summer and play in the mud.
Ketsueki gasped for air when he started the explanation of the basic fundamentals of this jutsu.
I know you can manipulate earth to a degree Revan, but this is a different jutsu. First you channel as much chakra to your hands as possible! Once you got this mas build up you slam your hands together like a joyful clap! But once the hands connect you have to relax your body completely so that the builded up chakra mass can flow threw your body strait into the ground! Once the chakra hits the ground the earthen soil will transform into a liquid substance! The beauty of this technique is that it's invisible for your opponent that the ground is liquid! We earthen users like to call it a gen ninjutsu!

once Ket finished his explanation, he clapped his hand together and executed the jutsu in front of his pupil!Once he was done with the example he said with a cold voice to Revan! Now you know the way to execute the jutsu! That's all the info i will give you! if you will be able to master it is your own chose! So train hard my friend!

Ketsueki turned around and stepped back inside the greenhouse to finish his experiment.

Quote :
Zizu Saba (Smooth Arms)
Rank: D
Skill: Ninjutsu
element: Earth
Effect: The user of the jutsu claps their hands together and concentrates chakra into the ground. Doing so, they can loosen the ground to a degree till it becomes as fluent as water, this way any enemy can step on the ground and fall into it like it wasn't there.
Special: Clap hands together to cast
Drawback: Allies and basically anything else can fall victim to the water-like earth. Max depth of the ground that can be loosened is eight feet down under, the wider and deeper the loosened ground is, the more chakra the user must use.
Description: A widely used jutsu in certain trap making families of the Stone village. It is impossible to tell where the loosened area is located with any sort of sight, because once the jutsu is over, there would be no more need to keep chakra there, and the ground is still the same looking with the ground around it. This jutsu is also used to loosen the dirt up so that it can be easier to dig through. If it was used as a trap, the ground would settle back to normal in two hours, and it must be cast again. However, skilled Shinobi use the jutsu to plant explosive tags within without disturbance to the earth, thus creating unnoticeable traps. There are many other uses to the jutsu as well, including trapping animals in seconds, making it easy to make mud for playing in or in some cases mud baths, it can also be used to farm by making it easy to sink seeds in the earth. Lots of other uses are available to the jutsu, and it is not limited to only traps and digging.

Spoiler:

Revan listened to what his sensei had to say, the jutsu seemed easy enough, and seemed to be useful. Revan bowed to his sensei as ket walked by him. Revan smiled as he leaned back up and heard the door slam shut. Revan would walk forward and instantly sink into the ground.

"OH HEL......"
Revan would say as his head went under, he came back up and grabbed where he had stepped from. he pulled himself out fo the mud and walked the other way. Revan spit mud out of his mouth and wiped the mud from his face " well that was nice", Revan laughed as he walked off the road and into a open area. he could see a couple people in the distance and figured they would be nice test subjects.

Revan would do as Ket would say, Revan held out his hands and focused hard, he could feel the chakra moving to his hands, Revan smiled and slammed his hands together quickly. He felt the rush of chakra run from his hands to his feet, then into the ground. Revan could feel the earth in front of him change, going soft. Revan looked up as the jutsu completed.

" Hey you guys", revan would say yelling to the two men a couple yards away, the men turned as Revan waved them over, the two men nodded and ran over to where revan was, as they got closer the suddenly fell inward into the trap.

" Well thats a clever jutsu for one to know " He would say before whistling while he walked away.

Once Ketsueki was back in his greenhouse he had a great idea for a future experiment, but he needed to find the scription of the neurotoxins. Ketsueki went mental when he didn't find the book right away.
I know i left it here somewhere, where is that god damn book!
He searched in the flower scriptions that were neatly organised in the back of the Green house. This was like his personal experiment quarter. Everything he needed to create new stuff could be found here..but the book he searched for was nowhere to be found. Suddenly his eyes gazed upon the black cover. Yataa he yelled when he found what he was looking for. He quickly placed a flower bed somewhere else on his work bench so he had room to read and study the info he would need to complete the wonderfull idea he had

NEUROTOXINS
Poisonings by mushrooms that cause neurological problems may be divided into three groups, based on the type of symptoms produced, and named for the substances responsible for these symptoms.

Muscarine Poisoning:
Ingestion of any number of Inocybe or Clitocybe species (e.g., Inocybe geophylla, Clitocybe dealbata) results in an illness characterized primarily by profuse sweating. This effect is caused by the presence in these mushrooms of high levels (3- 4%) of muscarine. Muscarine poisoning is characterized by increased salivation, perspiration, and lacrimation within 15 to 30 minutes after ingestion of the mushroom. With large doses, these symptoms may be followed by abdominal pain, severe nausea, diarrhea, blurred vision, and labored breathing. Intoxication generally subsides within 2 hours. Deaths are rare, but may result from cardiac or respiratory failure in severe cases.

Ibotenic acid/Muscimol Poisoning:
The Fly Agaric (Amanita muscaria) and Panthercap (Amanita pantherina) mushrooms both produce ibotenic acid and muscimol. Both substances produce the same effects, but muscimol is approximately 5 times more potent than ibotenic acid. Symptoms of poisoning generally occur within 1 - 2 hours after ingestion of the mushrooms. An initial abdominal discomfort may be present or absent, but the chief symptoms are drowsiness and dizziness (sometimes accompanied by sleep), followed by a period of hyperactivity, excitability, illusions, and delirium. Periods of drowsiness may alternate with periods of excitement, but symptoms generally fade within a few hours. Fatalities rarely occur in adults, but in children, accidental consumption of large quantities of these mushrooms may cause convulsions, coma, and other neurologic problems for up to 12 hours.

Psilocybin Poisoning:
A number of mushrooms belonging to the genera Psilocybe, Panaeolus, Copelandia, Gymnopilus, Conocybe, and Pluteus, when ingested, produce a syndrome similar to alcohol intoxication (sometimes accompanied by hallucinations). Several of these mushrooms (e.g., Psilocybe cubensis, P. mexicana, Conocybe cyanopus) are eaten for their psychotropic effects in religious ceremonies of certain native American tribes, a practice which dates to the pre- Columbian era. The toxic effects are caused by psilocin and psilocybin. Onset of symptoms is usually rapid and the effects generally subside within 2 hours. Poisonings by these mushrooms are rarely fatal in adults and may be distinguished from ibotenic acid poisoning by the absence of drowsiness or coma. The most severe cases of psilocybin poisoning occur in small children, where large doses may cause the hallucinations accompanied by fever, convulsions, coma, and death. These mushrooms are generally small, brown, nondescript, and not particularly fleshy; they are seldom mistaken for food fungi by innocent hunters of wild mushrooms. Poisonings caused by intentional ingestion of these mushrooms by people with no legitimate religious justification must be handled with care, since the only cases likely to be seen by the physician are overdoses or intoxications caused by a combination of the mushroom and some added psychotropic substance (such as PCP).
