Name: Suiton, Mizu Do-mu no Jutsu - Water Release, Water Dome Technique

Description: After forming the three required handsigns, the user will slam his foot onto the ground, sending a burst of chakra to the ground water (or any body of water), causing it to rise up and form a dome of water around the user that will protect him against attacks of its rank or lower for 10 posts. The size and blocking strength of the dome depends upon the rank of the jutsu. The higher the rank, the more chakra is required to create the dome. At C-Rank, the dome has a radius of 6ft and blocks C-Rank and lower attacks. At B-Rank, the dome has a radius of 8ft and blocks B-Rank and lower attacks. At A-Rank, the dome has a radius of 10ft and blocks A-Rank and lower attacks. As it is made of water, all Katon attacks of the same rank or lower will be nullified against the dome. Doton attacks will penetrate the dome with ease. Fuuton attacks of the same rank will cause nullification of both techniques, while lower ranked Fuuton attacks will be nullified. Raiton attacks of the same rank will cause nullification of both techniques, while low-ranked Raiton attacks will cause an electric current to run through the dome's wall. If enough chakra is sent to the ground water, then the dome will be strong enough to deflect weapons as well.

Description: This jutsu allows a ninja to use chakra to extract oxygen from water and to block too much water from entering the lungs by forming a barrier around the bodily openings (nose, mouth, skin pores, etc). This jutsu negates certain water jutsu that rely on suffocation to kill and lasts for 20 posts.

Near, do you RP on Ingoo? If so, you can see from their that my bro made this technique in his app. I just asked him if I could use it here and he was OK with it. Whoever you say I copied it off is the one who is copying, because my brother doesn't recall anyone other than me asking him about the first one.
