Description: The user makes the hand signs and creates a large amount of water to materialize out of nowhere. The water can be directed at opponents or used for other jutsu. At genin rank A small amount of water is made and the amount of water gets higher for each rank.

I've looked them up and these should both be okay for genin

Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking

Description- A basic Jutsu that allows the user to walk, run and jump on water by focusing chakra into their feet. Similar to tree climbing jutsu.
Because it is E rank it does not need a training post as far as I remember.
