Name: Ehh. It's a souped up akatsuki cloak.
Appearance: The actual appearance isn't any different from the outside. However, a close Eye will see that it is thicker than the regular akatsuki cloak. this is because it has a grid of wire running between the layers of fabric, as well as a thin layer of incredibly tough leather. The outside layer does not look any different, but is fused with the same chemical Near uses to stop explosions, making it flame retardant to a point. The inside of the coat is the only other noticeable difference. On the inside is hundred of tiny seals. Each of these store weapons or items.
Special Abilities: Near's cloak can deflect any thrown weapon, and can deflect attacks from any weapon below Katana in size. Near's coat is flame retardant for attacks ranked C and down. The Coat has tons of seals on the inside of it, where Near has tons of weapons and items sealed. All of these seals are within reach of Near's hands. The following is a list of what is sealed:

30 Senbon
10 Shuriken
25 exploding tag kunai
25 exploding wind tag kunai.
Origin: Near made this cloak when preparing for a battle between the Akatsuki and the Leaf. He got all the materials from outside sources and put it together in a couple of days. He figured it couldn't hurt to have a little extra protection on. The longest part was sealing all of the weapons into the inside of the cloak.
Name: Ermm, its just a souped up uniform
Appearance: Well, it's a plain black Long sleeved shirt, appearing anyways. It's thicker, and can stop most weapons, other than Tanto's and larger. It's also flame retardant, same with the cloak. The pant's are long and black, also made of a thick material that can stop most weapons. Although invisible, there are tons of black seals from where weapons have been sealed in it.
Special Abilities: This uniform is flame retardant for attacks below C rank. It's thick and can stop any throwable weapon, except large shuriken, and can deflect any weapon attack thats smaller than a Katana. The Uniform is covered in tons of tiny seals that all contain weapons. Near will use this as a last defense in conjuction with the release burst technique. The following is a list of weapons contained throughout the uniform.

When Near activates the release burst technique in conjunction with the mass summoning technique, he'll release all of these weapons at once, and anyone that is Near him will have no chance of escaping the torrent of weapons in all directions.
Origin: Near made this at the same time he made his cloak. He felt the need for more protection and an extra attack in a pinch. he also used outside materials for the uniform. The longest part was infusing the weapons into the clothing.
