Clan Name: Torsion

Kekkei Genkai:Developed durring the original Great war of the Shinobi Age, the KKG of the Torsion clan gives them the exclusive right to use and manipulate the explosive qualities of the earth element chakra(From now on refered to as 'explosive chakra' for sake of having to type it out repeatedly). There are also techniques exclusive to the Torsion family developed to be the premiera in explosive accesability. These include the creation of a specific explosive substance along with the mastery of explosive tag technology itself.

Black Sand Transmutation: The original jutsu of the Torsion Clan, One can create gunpowder from earth based elements (ground, dust, rocks, sand etc.,) This was originally made as a way to generate large amounts for sale and distribution when 'guns' where still in development. However, with the Shinobi age stepping over what was to be the industrial revolution, these abilities were more geared toward securing the clan's place in the world. Just creating the gun powder isn't enough however, as it cannot apply be manipulated without the 'earth' element. This also make water it's natural enemy where it was originally strong against it; seeing as though wet gun powder is impossible to manipulate.

Explosion seals: The crown and jewel of the Torsion Clan. The clan was required at one time to do all of the sealing upon their Paper tags by hand, which was a painsteaking procedure. However, with ninjutsu becoming more advanced with time, it became possible to shape ones chakra into the seal in a sort of engravement. This takes alot of training simply to get the muscle memory of the shaping. However, once mastered and explosion seal can be created and imprinted upon a surface with explosion element chakra; to potencially turn any surface into a waiting explosive. There are two known levels of this, along with a third more legendary level. A single seal is known of this level, that casts a giant explosion seal upon a flat surface. It is necessary to have the 'fuuinjutsu' sub or main specialty to use these techniques, however.

With these three masteries, all available at their respective ranks, it is possible for one to become what is considered to be a 'Master of Explosives' (When Jutsu accepted, place link here)

Not necessarily a Bloodline trait, more of a Clan signature, the Torsion clan are known to use 'pre-made' explosive in battle. Battle Fire Works. Though small ones can be carried with ones person in place of the standard issue weapons. Many other, however, much larger pre-crafted explosions must be summoned via scroll or special summoning method. These are the more demolition type of explosives, and many of them aren't necessarily practical for a battle situation without a bit of strategy and skill. History: ~Fueling the future,
With a history of Bloodshed...
The Torsion Clan spans back into the ages before shinobi themselves, when war was waged with sword and sheild rather then kunai and jutsu. Originally a mining family that became a clan when joining with a guild of blacksmith and craftsmen. The Torsion clan spent alot of their time underground, harvesting minerals and profiting from rare finds. As markets changed and different minerals became rare and valuable, so did the target of the clan. Many tools were specialized in the time simply for digging a potencial gold mine. However, the world was beginning to change and the Torsion clan was ready to adapt. Change was coming as innovation and inventions began growing and expanding. This was the dawning of the industrial age. About the time, the Torsion clan came to meet a substance that would literally be at the forefront of fueling this revolution.

But with any change, sacrifice in the form of blood was needed. For a time it was thought that the future was to be carved with the blade of man. As inventions made life easier, so was the ability to kill. The Torsion clan adapted with the times. The next rare gem to be exploited, was war.

The Torsion Clan was one of the many to forge it's roots in the arts known first as magic and later coined as 'sciences'. These sciences were known as 'war arts' and considered some of the first explosives use on the field of battle. As industrial became avaliable and steam and coal powered machines began to revolutionize the world, the Torsion clan was some of the first to engineer an explosive substance that was battle ready. Made from Charcoal, Sulfer and a sell stable 'KNO3' this was coined as black powder and soon to be known as gun powder.

The Torsion clan invested in war. 'Gun' and 'ammunition' became their focus and as war became more profitable, so did the innovations that the Torsion clan needed to form. Guns became more elaborate, and in six months time of the discovery of war bound explosives, many models and types were made and available. This was due mainly to the competition with other clan and guilds that also specialized in perfecting the art of killing, and in a free market enviornment, it seemed as though the future were these 'guns'.

However... before man even had an oppertunity to raise a gun to another man, it seemed as though some sort of profit had arrived. A god of sorts with powers far greater than an gun could possibly accomplish. This man was a 'sage' and his religion spread like wild fire through the land. His magics made guns look silly, and nations invested in his religion rather than the guns and innovations of the approaching industrial age. The Torsion Clan, and many like it, had no choice but to burry the goals for their weapons. Guns became obsolete before they had even been used. The steam and coal that was to forge the future was all set aside for an art brought down from this 'sage of the six paths'. War was no longer profitable. . .

However, there came a time when this religion turned in on itself. When the profit was no longer there to lead it's followers, the followers began using these magics for their own selfish purposes. War wasn't profitable, it was a way of life. The Torsion clan no longer had competition, as those they competed with had moved on after the failure of 'guns'. Now the art of killing was popular again, and the Torsion learned that there was still room for a bang in this world.

Explosion Tags. Space/Time techniques of justu were considered to be some of the most powerful of their time. The Torsion were one of many to explore the possibilities of sealing and releasing explosion. However, they were the first to perfect it in a paper like form. With a correct seal, energy could be contained and released via fire. Many other forms of releases soon became possible, however what made the Explosion Tags of the Torsion famous was the ability to 'release' them with a command and hand sign.

This was a revolution at the time, as the Great War was coming to a peak the world. The Shinobi age grew these 'explosive tags' became standard issue. Nations weren't yet formed so they were basically the property of whomever paid the most for them. The Torsion clan thrived in this time of war, supplying a key weapon of mans destruction. However, many were of these 'explosive' techniques were to be kept by the Torsion, for in a world full of war, they needed a way to protect themselves as well. The KKG was said to be formed in these times, durining the peak of fighting, when the 'way of life' became one with the Torsion themselves.

During this time of war, many died. Generation after generation fell as time seemed to fast forward. It came a time when man no longer understood why they were fighting, and the stories and teaching of the 'sage' were simply twisted legends and myths. With the calming of war and the settling of nations, the Torsion clan took home toward the boarder of Sunagakure, where their supplies were most available. As time passed, the 'country' became more dangerous. Desertification swallowed much of Sunagakure leaving it arid and dry. The Torsion Clan choose to take refuge into the main city, many that stayed behind moved to Iwakagure, rich in earth and clay substances, however they were considered a derilect branch of the clan an no longer considered the 'Torsion'.

Explosive tags were still considered standard issue for what was quickly becoming the second most powerful country in the stablizing world. The Torsion got by with simply supplying to the nation of Sunagakure. Continuing to thrive through the second great war and came to be known as 'explosive experts'. Slowly fueling war from the shadows, the Torsion clan to this day are still a supplier in the latest in explosive technology to Sunagakure, and are known for their annuel Fire Works Display to celebrate the formation of Sunagakure itself.

(P.S. I depicted it this way to try and cover the history with known 'facts' of the naruto verse, even steming beyond The Sage of the Six Path. I would like to think that if he came to exist just as technology was starting to be developed, which would explain why they have... electricity and other such things, but still seem sort of rural in living. Perhaps if he hadn't brought ninjutsu to the world, the realm of 'naruto' would have been much like our own!?)

Description: Via touch with the palm, and applied pressure, one can create a replica of an explosion tag with a seal formed of chakra. This make the surface touched act as if it were infact an explosion tag (not the entire object, just the part the seal was applied to) The explosion as a result is about half the strength of a standard issue explosion tag. It is stationary an needs to be activated via a 'release' or powerful contact with another solid object of fire. If the seal is however broken or placed on unsteady 'land' such as water or sand, it will most likely be broken before any sort of activation can take place.

Description:Via touch with the palm and applied pressure, one can create a replica of an explosion tag with a seal formed of chakra within a 10meter area. This makes the definant surface ( the surface must be defined in the RP and must have some physical connection with the surface that is touched) equivalent to and act as if it were infact an explosion tag. This is possible as the seal is set, and transmitted along physical paths via chakra to the next destination where the seal settled. The resulting explosion is aobut the same strength as a standard issue explosion tag. It is stationary an needs to be activated via a 'release' or powerful contact with another solid object of fire. If the seal is however broken or placed on unsteady 'land' such as water or sand, it will most likely be broken before any sort of activation can take place.

Description: Via touch with the palm and applied pressure, one can create a giant replica of an explosion tag. One needs a surface at least 10x30ft to perform the enlarged seal, and the user must stay at the center to shape the chakra into the complete seal for a single posts time in order to complete this technique. The explosion is said to be 100x stronger then the average standard issue explosive tag, and to all caught in the radius of the blast, is considered fatal. Unlike standard issue tags of the sort, the explosion of this seal can only be triggered via release of the individual who set it. Physical disturbance and fire will not afflict the seal once it has been placed. Any disturbance during the placing of this seal however will result in the failure of the seal's completion.

It is very combustable and is to be considered flamable when dry.

Description: Requires six hand signs. Just like the normal 'summoning' technique except considerably weaker simply because it can only summon inanimate objects. Given it's name because i's original use was to give people the ability to conveniently summon tools to without having to carry them about. This way, large scrolls aren't necessary, a small sample of blood and a flat surface just as they would with a normal summoning jutsu. Seeing as though the contract can't be physically signed, the object of choice must have a specific seal placed upon it in the blood of the user to create the spiritual bond.

Description: Requires three hand signs. Using the masetery and experience of use of explosive tags, one can activate any sort of standard issue explosive tag, even those of the opponents. In this way it is possible to cause any given exposed tag to explode prematurly. It is also possible to extinguish a tag in this way. Exinguished tags will be considered neutralized and no longer work and when attempted to 'activate' will simply fizzle out. However in order to extinguish a tag, one must come in physical contact with the tag itself.

First I'm gonna nag you about this, seeing as it might change a few things, or maybe not:

~ That would require a master of Fuuinjutsu, meaning it would require being a main. Not to mention the ability to touch the object you are setting the marking onto, or requiring a long time for the marking to travel. Probably best used with a team to defend you as you do it. But I just don't see the benefit in using this Jutsu when you will be blowing yourself to pieces with such a huge explosive.

First of all, I got rid of the friction mastery... it was a bit of a stretch.

It does say that fuuinjust would have to be a sub or main. It also states that you have to be touching the surface of choice. Only the larger 'thousand' version of the tech would require time, and it thus has a time limit.

You figure, the summoning technique is a type of space time seal that is done in this way. The seal is created almost instantly, so it shouldn't take any longer to replicate the process in the form of an explosive seal.. not trying to overstep my boundaries, but I was the creator of the Odolwa clan, the one Pat uses, and I know a thing or two about fuuinjutsu, hehe.

I know but you misunderstood the second thing you mentioned from what I said. I am saying Fuuinjutsu would require being a MAIN, not a sub. Sorry for the missinterpretation, but if it isn't already, please set it as your main Skill.
