Thoughts(Open,No Killing)

Sukogetsu had been thinking a lot all day,and ended up heading toward the village gate without noticing. When he arrived he stood there staring out into the desert. As he stood there thoughts rushed through his head. I always say I'm going to protect my comrades,but am I honestly strong enough? Would I really stand a chance if we were attacked by an A-rank missing-nin I wouldn't be able to do anything. I'd have no way of winning,and everyone would end up dead!! He knew that it wasn't right to think like he sucked,he wanted to just forget but he couldn't. He wished he was stronger so he wouldn't have these thoughts. If I can't fight for myself or my comrades and win,than I don't deserve to have anything more than a friend. He stood there staring out into the desert for a while.

Ichigo had been walking along the outer parts of the village minding his own buisness until he came upon the gate.He looked up and dnoticed a ninja staring out at the desert as he had done many times.He woundered what the boy was thinking about was he goin to leave the village or was he just lost in a sea of thought.He noticed something about this ninja.He was one of the people that he had been assigned to be on a squad with.

Although it wasnt his was Ichigo walked up next to the boy and starred off into the desert with him.Pulling his hood back and revealing his face Ichgio smiled as he felt the desert winds blow threw his hair."nice day today huh?"he asked looking over at this new shinobi.Waiting for a reply Ichigo thought it might go alot smoother if he introduced himself."Im sorry were are my manores.Im Ichigo Okajima im your new team mate."he said with a smile he had never tryed to make a friend but if they were going to be teammates now was as good a time as any to start.

Sukogetsu looked over to the guy talking to him. He listened to him,and when he was done Suko spoke. "It's good to meet you,my name is Sukogetsu Kazemaru. You can call me Suko for short,it's easier to say than Sukogetsu. So we're teammates,I look forward to serving Suna alongside you." Suko returned his own smile,hiding his thoughts. So this guy is my teammate? I hope that I won't be the cause of his death,sometimes I'd rather be alone so I wouldn't have to be responsible for others. No he's a shinobi too,he can handle himself!! He's a Genin like me for a reason. "Well...it's nice to meet you,sorry I've been thinking a lot so I'm a little out of it." He kept his smile on his face the whole time.

Ichigo felt happy that he had talked back it broke that silence and since he never tryed to make a friend before it felt good."i look forward to serving suna with you too im sure we will serve it well and bring pride to our great village."he said running his hand through his hair and chuckling"and as for the beeing out of it.Dont worry you have no idea how many times ive come here and got lost in thought just staring into the desert.Just like its so long and barron so our the thoughts but any worry you have can be done away with just as long as you work at it and now that we are teammates ill be right along side you to help out."chuckling he patted him on the back and smiled.

Ichigo then took a couple steps forward into the sand and knelt down and picked up a handful.Standing up he released it into the air watching it blow away he jokingly said"and who knows maybe one day one of us will be able to become the leader of all this sand." he laughed as he knew his new teamate would be a great one and they would go on to do great things for this village.He felt so relaxed.He had never been able to just talk to someone and laugh with them.

Sukogetsu laughed a little. "It's a little funny that you said that. You see..." His eyes went from their empty emotionless appearance,to one filled with passion and determination. "...Because I plan on being Kazekage one day,to protect this village and all it's people that I love so much. This place has served me,now it's my turn to serve it,I have a debt of gratitude to this land and it must be repaid. I will be a strong shinobi so I never have to watch my comrades die." He sat down,and stared into the sands of the desert again. "You just promise me something teammate,promise me you'll protect this village too. Then you and I can stand side by side,and fight for our home,along with our other teammates." He looked over and smiled.

Looking back suko he smiled and in the most sincere voice he could speak he said"i promise you suko to be the best shinobi i can be and stand by you the whole time to protect this great village.And as long as i draw a breath ill fight by your side and have your back."he contiued but with a more of a tone of pride "and besides about that commrad dieing thing.I am Ichigo Okajima of the Okajima clan masters of metal and i wont die until i bring pride to my family name and this village.And i now want nothing more than to help you realize that dream."He then reached out his hand and said"lets promise eachother that from this day forward we will have eachothers backs and help eachother realize our dreams."smiling hoping he would return the handshake.

Sukogetsu took Ichigo's hand and shook it. "Alright you got my word,and when I promise something I mean it. I'll have your back until the bitter end!!" Suko smiled assuringly and held his right fist in the air,the other chambered under his left armpit. "I swear it by my nindo!!" Laughing a little bit afterwards. It was something he did with out realizing,kinda like a signature pose.

Ichigo smiled and chuckled at the pose suko was doing."thats neat" he said as he mimicked the pose."maybe i will use it for now on"he said jokingly.He then took out his staff and stuck it in the ground to leaned on it and looked back at Suko."this is going to be the most fun team ever.Provided we ever find the rest of our team."he said jokingly.

Suko laughed. "Yeah,I haven't met anyone else other than you. Well,I did introduce myself to our female teammate,but we didn't get much time to talk..." Laughing a little,he scratched the back of his head. "I'm a little surprised our sensei hasn't started a team meeting,I thought that we'd want to get to know each other."

Ichigo laughed at Sukos remark about meeting the female teamate"Yeah i fought the girl before i even knew she was our teammate in a spar of course but shes a talented fighter but a bit quiet and shy" he continued "But i havnt seen her since and as for our sensei i havnt ever seen him".Ichigo was so happy to have finally made a friend he feared he never would with his attitude but this beeing nice thing felt a whole lot better.

Ichigo then thought for a second and came up with an idea as he burted out with it like he couldnt hold it in."i know lets start our own meeting and advertise it and maybe they will show up"he said laughing but thinking its so crazy it just might work."what do you think?"

Suko thought about it. "Well as Genin we really don't have much to do,so even if it fails it will be something fun to do. So why not? I'm game!!" He stood and pumped his fist in the air again. "Lets go!!" As he turned to run off,he looked back at Ichigo. "Oh,but,how do we do this? We should go ahead and plan the team meeting location,and stuff like that."

Ichigo laughing turned around as suko ran off.Ichigo took off after him."your right but where should we start it probobly a place that will be most noticable.I know how about the sparring area?"he asked realizing thats were alot of ninja go to train so that must be the most likley place to find them.

Suko nodded and ran toward the sparring area,at top speed.
